This place is in need of update. Staff is good and friendly. Service is alright.

Overall bizarre experience. When I approached the drive thru, a man’s voice greeted me then immediately a woman’s voice repeated it. When I tried to order they immediately told me they were out. Which is absurd, I drive by this place all the time and I rarely see a line. Next once I approach the window, after I pay they ask me to back my car up. It was odd. Almost as if they didn’t want me to see what was going on.

There always out of items. Their chicken has raw flower taste where dries your mouth instantly at times. Miss or hit place.

Food was absolutely terrible here at the time we went. My friends even ordered something different and said the same. Chicken almost tasted undercooked or something? 🤮 cmon 🤮

Speaker was not working pulled up to window and rude woman refused to take my order and then it took pictures of me in my truck and said she was going to call the police on me went to Popeyes instead....will never go back there

Please visit some other branch Lady who took my order by drive thru first she said she will make sandwich then someone said her something so she said we will close soon so I can’t make & then she kept saying I don’t have sandwiches & this is what she gave me! This food they were about to throw & they gave it to me Please visit some other branch Not a toxic person, i just want you guys to spend your money on food not garbage 🙏🏻❤️

Loved it, chicken is awesome, my daughters love the fried skin, it's the best part of chicken.

I don't think that you should order for delivery because this is the 2nd time that I didn't receive my full order. 3 out of 5 meals delivered. 1 meal missing stuff and all condiments missing and you have to pay for some and alls uber does is refund you for what's missing and a $5 credit but that doesn't help me cuz now I have to reorder food for 2 people and pay all the extra delivery fees service fees and tips for an error that is no fault of mine. and $5 doesn't cover that. so there needs to be a new system put in place for situations like this.very unhappy and now hungry as well.

They completely messed up my order, asked for mac and cheese and never got it but somehow still got charged for it? also they didn’t give me my receipt. Whatever, but a bug being in my drink?? DISGUSTING.

If I can give them a zero I would.Their website stated that they close at 1am I arrived at 11:52pm the drive threw was closed and employees were inside.I also called them around 10pm and there was no answer.They shouldn’t state that they are opened until a certain time when they cannot provide that service.

Good great. Service great. Armoaphere great. Ample parking. Didn't use bathroom so I'm not sure how they were. Dined in.

So I ordered a sandwich and a bowl. They guys waves me back and I notice 5 cars parked waiting for food. I said hey ill give them a few minutes since it happens. I've now been here for ten minutes. Come to find out by the other customers that this is normal for them. I never come at 10pm. During They day everything is fine.

Too much grease, chicken are not even cooked properly. Mash potatoes smells like it’s bout to go bad at times even. I stopped buying from this location, no bueno. Y’all need to do better please

I got the sides wrong, but the fixed the situation right away. Good service!! Definitely I'll recommend and coming back.

I rarely go to KGC but decided to go earlier this morning to buy food for my loved ones. The drive thru cashier was extremely rude when assisting me. It appeared that my questions about the meals were annoying her. She ended up yelling at me “ It’s number 9”. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My family and I decided this is not a place we will be going to again. I ended up leaving and buying food somewhere else. Extremely disappointed in customer service.

Easy to order and quick to receive your food

Got us a bucket of original recipe and surely beat the heat with a everything ready meal as soon as I got home. No fuss just country Chicken with fixing that hit the spot.
