Very neat and open floor plan with full window side seating with a decent street view and a comfortable vibe. Service was friendly, fast, and the food was brought to the table fresh and delicious. The El capitan was sizzling deliciousness and the mango habanero hot sauce was delicious with just the right amount of heat for enjoying flavor and bite. The El capitan with carne asada was so good I bought another with barbacoa and a pastor street taco. Definitely stop by and enjoy the food and a draft brew if you so choose.

This spot was simple, clean cooking, not over salted and fresh. The sauces brought the meal to life. The server/cashier was patient, gave suggestions and explained the menu with ease. The food was worth it's dollar. I'd have to add that the beans and rice were a bit dry. Overall, a good experience.

This is an amazing place. As a vegetarian it’s always great to hit Salsa Limon knowing they’ll provide a delicious meal. The people who work here are a amazing and extremely accommodating. I ordered two veggie burrito’s and the man behind the counter added extra avocado to my meal for free. This is the kind of reception waiting for you at Salsa Limon

The queso is phenomenal!!! It's a "if I was stranded on an island and could only eat queso" type of queso! The tacos and horchata were also very good! Nice spot for a quick bite with a friend after visiting the art fair.

A great place in the Dallas downtown area. A full bar and excellent salsa selections. A great happy hour where you get chips and salsa with your drink order. El Campeón barbacoa burrito is “da bomb”.

I rarely rank a place 5 stars but this one deserves it. The food is authentic, and well priced for the location. Everyone is nice, the service is fast, and the place is clean. The meat is well prepared and it shows. Did I mention my filling lunch was only $10? I will be coming back here!

Always love coming here when we happen upon downtown. Service is fast & friendly, and the tacos are great as well. I ordered pastor and asada tacos, all very flavorful, the slaw & lime nicely balance out the saltiness of the marinated meats. They had 4 bottles of salsa where you get your plastic forks/spoons, we tried 2 out of the 4. I personally liked the green salsa more. Hubby got the breakfast migas with asada & a bacon egg & cheese taco, he said both were really good. It doesn't look like a big portion if you look at pictures, but they do fill you up! Horchata & limonada are amazing as well, the horchata has a nice cinnamon after taste to it but not too overpowering, it balances the drink nicely. Limonada is sweet & tart, very refreshing on a hot day.

If you mess up street tacos, you simply shouldn't be working in a restaurant. One of my coworkers recommended Salsa Limon to me, so my lady and I slide through to give them a try. Location: C... Corner spot... If you aren't paying close attention, you'll drive right past it like I did. Small inside, but enough room to support the in & out crowd they receive. Staff: C... The cashier presented a lot of customer service skills. However, the rest of the staff didn't speak much English, which showed. Their lack of customer service was off putting, due to the language barrier. Food: D- The carne asada was lacking seasoning, and the corn tortilla were undercooked, leaving them tough. I requested cheese for my tacos expecting cojita cheese, but I noticed shredded cheese had been burned on top of my tortilla. Which gave my tacos an unnecessary amount of excess grease. I eventually removed the filling and ate that with my rice because the beans were spicy. Why?!? Nobody wants spicy refried beans...Ugh, this meal was a waste of time and money. I left the same way I came hungry!!!

A clean and spacious Mexican restaurant. Tacos are reasonably priced and taste well. This is the first time I see shredded cabbage on tacos but it turns out that they work well with tacos. Happy hour gives me a discounted beer and free chips with salsa. That salsa has a nice kick, those who love spicy food would enjoy it. After I ordered, they will bring food to my table. There are four different sauces at your own service. Maybe this is the reason that tipping is not necessary here. The only trouble is that when their employees have a turnover, around 6 pm, they seem to have a break with food in the dinning area which is shared with customers, which is fine; but several of them were watching videos with extreme loud volume.

I got an Al Pastor Taco with everything and an Al Pastor Burrito w/ Avocado (I love Al Pastor). Everything in this place is good down to the free water with lemons, cucumbers, etc.

Our go to Taco spot in Dallas. The steak tacos are so good and lean. The quesadilla are so tasty as well. Chips and salsa with bean dip are so good.

Wow. I had been told to come here for years and never did. What I’ve been missing out on! I had two El Capitans, one chicken and one pastor. I preferred the chicken but they were both so good, you couldn’t go wrong!

Just had a tiny vegetarian taco out here and it was super tasty! It comes with avocado that I ate first. The only reason I gave a star less than a full 5 is because I felt that the taco was pretty small and I find eating open tacos to be uncomfortable (maybe it’s just me cuz I didn’t grow up in the US)

Atmosphere was amazing. The lady at the counter was super helpful with recommendations and patient with us. The food came out fast, tons of drinks options. NOW THE FOOD… it was by far some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Everything down to the tortilla was fresh and tasted delicious. We got a side of guacamole which I highly recommend, it was so fresh. The sauces you can grab on the side were a great touch, our favorite was the hottest haberno one!

I love everything about Salsa Limon! I really enjoy the rice, Molca Bowl and the tacos. The staff is beyond friendly, no matter the time. I have visited early in the morning and late at night, the food is always fresh! I really enjoy the lemonade and Margaritas too. I high recommend dining in for breakfast, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and very clean.

Delicious. I ordered egg and potato breakfast taco and added on avocado, pork, and cheese and it’s heavenly (The other tacos I got were good too but I’m a breakfast taco lover). Definitely coming back next time I’m in the city.

This is a cool place! Reminds me of a 50s diner done in a taco shop. I got the Al Pastor tacos and added cheese and avocado. I used their 2nd hottest salsa and BAM those tacos were DELICIOUS! 🤤🤤🤤 I got a Mexican Coca-Cola to wash it down and couldn't have been happier with it! The staff were all very friendly and the food came out quickly. This place is a gem!

From out of town and saw they had amazing reviews and decided we would come here. Food is ridiculously good! The barbacoa just fell apart and melts in your mouth. So so good!

One of the worst tacos I have ever try, the tortilla was really bad. The restaurant as a structure is cool. But I don’t recommend the tacos here.

Great place to eat, great neutral atmosphere, enough to give a great vibe but chill enough to not make you feel put out of place. And what taco shop do you know has a full bar that's not crazy expensive? Normally, I dislike burritos because there is too much tortilla, but here I truly leaned what a light meal feels like. I ate this while borrito, but I don't feel weighted down, I wasn't there, just chewing tortilla. It had flavor, it had texture, it had my vote for sure.
