Let me start by saying this place made me love France. I made so long lasting friendships in this establishment and the owner is the kindest most welcoming man in all of France. Not Cherbourg, not Normandy, Frankie is the kindest pub owner I have met in my entire life. I have been around many pubs in the United States and in many countries and I have never had such a warmer welcome than I have had here. The locals were intrigued just from my accent and became tremendous guides around the city including local night life. It all started right here at the diver. The prices are the best in town and the regulars are the best people you’ll meet in all of Normandy! Also you can come by for a beautiful sunset!
