I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Como, and it was truly fantastic! The staff at B&B Como were absolutely amazing. They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything I needed. One of the things that stood out to me was the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, as were the common areas. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. Overall, my experience at B&B Como was outstanding. The staff's exceptional service, the spotless cleanliness, and the convenient location exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend B&B Como to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

5/5 staff 3,5/5 bedroom 1,5/5 bathroom I stayed in this hotel only one night and then continued my journey to Bologna. The lobby of the hotel looks quite cozy. There are very nice people at the reception who speak English. As for the room - the bedroom is quite a large room with a bed, a small table, a wannabe wardrobe and a TV. For how big the room is, it's pretty empty. The bathroom is really small. The bathroom smelled of cleaning products. I believe it was cleaned, but unfortunately there was mold in the old shower. Part of the shower door was missing, so water was rushing out. Breakfast was a buffet. On the table was everything that a normal person needs - sweet and salty pastries, fruit, vegetables, ham, cheese, yogurt, coffee and tea. Absolutely fine and satisfactory for me

Excellent greeting when we checked in after a very long drive and the rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms was lovely and well appointed, and Dad appreciated the free parking both outside and in the garage.

We stayed at B&B Hotel Como for 2 nights and it was a absolute pleasure. The staff were helpful, friendly and more than willing to offer advice on getting about the local area. The rooms were clean, tidy and offered great value for money. For the price we paid for the room we couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was also very good and was worth adding to the room when arriving. All in all I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting lake Como, it offers great value for money and the location is only 10 mins by bus from the main town.

Overall good place. The rooms at the front of the building can be very loud and there isn't a receptionist from 11pm-7am. The automatic check in worked smoothly for us but the family before us had a lot of issues with it. Receptionists working were very helpful, they can help you with the public transportation. Public transportation is not as reliable as it seems and the hotel is quite far from Como center. Breakfast consists of apples and kiwis, scrambled eggs, deli ham and cheese, cut hot dogs, plenty of pastries, many flavors of yogurt, and a couple of cereals, it’s worth the add. Air conditioning is fantastic. Would recommend this place if you don’t mind the hassle of getting into the city center.

I just left the hotel and my oh my what a stay we had! The staff, Martina in particular, were so helpful! She assisted us in planning our hiking trip and got us extra towels even though her shift was basically over! Thanks Martina!!! I’m giving four stars because I would’ve loved a fridge in my room and because of the location. The train stop isn’t far, but it’s a bit of a pain to get to the lake.

We found 'Hotel B and B' Como to be an excellent Hotel in every respect. Both our room and the Hotel public. areas were very clean; staff were very friendly and helpful and the on site shop and facilities were well stocked with necessities. It was a short and inexpensive train ride to the lake. We would highly recommend this Hotel!

B&B Hotel Como is the ideal destination to spend a few days. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is situated near both the bus and train stations. The front office team is extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are large and well-maintained. One of the notable strengths of this hotel is the breakfast. There is a vast array of products to choose from, including scrumptious brioche and sweets. Without a doubt, it is worth visiting and I look forward to returning

Good experience and good quality for price. Clean and comfortable. Also the ladies at the desk were very helpful in a personal problem that we had. I would just advise to have more than one socket in the room and some hanger for the hands towel.

Stayed Nov. 11-12 2022 in a triple room. Although the room is large and beds are comfortable there was a cigarette smell. We wanted to air the room but as you can’t open the window ( it is sealed) we had to stay in this bad smell. The vantilan from the bath room is giving cigarette smell. Don’t be fooled with the nice walll paper , we did. As you will see in the attached picture the room looks at the courtyard but the window is covered with a layer you can’t see outside. Why don’t they show the picture of the window so one knows what they are buying. Breakfast and staff are good. Room temperature is set to 15C , so you can’t warm the room as it is locked. No slippers and no hair drier. AVOID 201 and ANY ROOM THAT LOOKS AT COURTYARD

Good value for price/quality. Very close to the Como lake, easy to reach it by train. Bed is extremely comfortable, the room is very new. However breakfast is very limited. Anyway I would recommend it.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast (€7,20) we used this hotel as an intermediate stop. Parking and WiFi are free and it is conveniently close to city centre by car. A day trip to Milan, Como and Bellagio are very easy.

Usually you say: you get what you pay for. Not in this case. The hotel offers clean and simple rooms. Unfortunately the so-called deluxe rooms (ordinary rooms with a balcony) all face a very busy and noisy street which makes it hard to get sleep without using earplugs. The breakfast room is the "get something and leave quickly" type. The hotel itself is far away from the city center. All this for 200 euros per night is what I call overpriced.

B&B hotel como like it's other hotels is a basic and minimalistic hotel chain. Rooms are equipped with a good bed, table and chair, safe, hangers, hair dryer, toiletries. What could improve is some details like marks on the ceiling, wall and dirt outside the window. You pay extra for the rooms with windows, so I would expect that the outside is good enough to open the windows specially during spring time when hotels across Europe switch off the air conditioners. The hotel is located away from the main como city but if you walk a few metres to the main square you get bus number 1 to go to como city and the pier. Tickets can be bought at the tobacco shop like other places in Italy. A big supermarket chain esselunga is right opposite the hotel, which has a nice place for breakfast. So Incase you don't opt for breakfast at the hotel, this is the place to go which is open even on Sundays. What stood out for me was the staff. They were very kind and accommodating. But after 11, the reception is not available and you check in yourself. Parking is free which is a big plus. Good place to stay on a budget while visiting the lake.

A very pleasant budget hotel. The room was very clean and in good condition with a comfy bed. The staff were very nice and helpful. Certainly recommend it to others.

Convenient location next to the train station so easy access to Como Lago and Milan. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful too. Great value with breakfast as the supplement was very reasonably priced at €7 per person. Rooms were clean and well presented, beds were very comfortable. All in all I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the the Como Lago area.

We would like to thank every employee of this hotel for their hospitality and care. We are pleased to be back here again and again. We are two adults and a child of 10 years stayed in this hotel several times. Pros is the Price=Quality. Delicious breakfast. Spacious rooms. Clean. Free parking. Nearby, within walking distance of a large supermarket Esselunga. A nearby bus stop will take you to the city center of Como. Quiet area. Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi. Humid. In some rooms for three people, do not open the windows, and the windows are covered with film tape/blured as they overlook the yard. Unfortunately, the windows in the roof do not open, and there is a feeling of horror and claustrophobia. Very important thing! Do not walk from this hotel to the center of Como. Only public transport or car. The reason is Via Milano street. It is dangerous there and walk from the hotel to walk 45-50 minutes.

I was heartly welcomed by Martina. She gave us cristal clear instructions and has a good sense of humor. Simone was also kind to give me a better pillow, cause mine was too flat. He went especially to the first floor to get it. Very good service

Lovely hotel in a great location at affordable price. Our room was clean and quiet. We had a fantastic stay.

Good hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious but the walls could be thicker. Additionally, for some reasons there are no towel racks. The staff is always really nice and gives recommendations. The breakfast is ok, something you'd expect for 7€ per person. But if you want high quality don't do it. The location is good for travelling by car but you need to take the bus to the center. The other b&b Hotel in Como is located much more central.

We stayed there for 2days. Overall experience was good. Breakfast was good enough per person. Room was neat and clean. Soothing wallpaper 😍 based on scenic beauty of the Lake Como, Italy. I loved it 😁

This hotel is a standard hotel. It’s a decent place if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel. Unfortunately, some accommodations are not easily met. The beds are decent, somewhat hard but not too terrible. Extra pillows are not given, there is also only 1 available charger port in the rooms. My room specifically had 1 outlet to charge with, and it was broken. I understand hotels are never perfect. But the access to charging outlets was discouraging.

the hotel was nice. staff were lovely and always helpful if we needed them. good location near to train station and bus services. breakfast could be improved a little with a wider variety. apart from that it was really good, thank you!

A quiet and comfortable hotel for an overnight stop. More than I can say for the B&B Hotel we used the following night in Metz. The room was large enough with a comfortable bed. Spacious parking garage. Breakfast was good enough.

I had a fantastic stay for 5 nights during a work trip. The service was absolutely amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, always with a smile! The rooms are large, comfortable and super clean. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the train station, 2 stops (10 minutes) to Lake Como. I would.hughly recomend , B&B Hotel Como. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Sunday May,22 was extremely hot. I tried to switch on the airconditioning in our room which was not working. I informed the hotel and they promised to arrange it. We went into the city and came back a few hours later. The hotel said upon our return the A/C was working again. I retried switching the A/C. This caused a short circuit on the whole first floor. The hotel proposed us a total refund if we would stay in the same hotel room without working A/C. We accepted the offer. We would be contacted by the head quarter for handling it further. Today 10/06/2022 I got the message HQ doesn’t want to do a total refund but they offer a reduction of 10% for a next booking in one of their hotels in Italy. This is a COMPLETE SCAM. This is not what has been promised by the hotel.

Stayed for six nights, was there for work and have to say I regret leaving such was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the people on reception (especially Martina who was an absolute diamond) right through to the cleaning staff who kept the room spotless, were always friendly and smiling and made sure I had everything I need. I stay in hotels a lot for my work and this is one of the best thanks mostly to the people who work there and the fantastic rooms. It's not the closest hotel geographically to the lake ,(30 minute walk) but there is a train station just behind the hotel to get you there and it is ideally located for hiking the hills around Monte Croce which I was more interested in and the staff were able to tell me everything I needed locally from good restaurants to places to visit.

Self check in was great because we arrived late. It is not well sound proofed though, if people talk in the hallway you hear everything. Electrical wiring was bad, you could not charge your phone at night unless you would sleep with the lights on. It was directly wired together and it was on or off, also it was the only power outlet available so you did not have much choice.

Great stay! Perfect location. Really good breakfast, and shop if you forgot anything from home. Rooms are spacious and clean. Both reception and housekeeping staff always available if you need anything! Will definitely come back soon :)

The room was clean with a nice private bathroom. The terrace was nice but a bit noisy with no privacy at all. The breakfast offered was ok with a good selection of sweet and savory items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars - the elevator was not working and had been broken for several weeks with no repair expected for the near future. The staff was very helpful with our luggage.

We stayed at room 107 The isolation was so bad from balcony gate , otherwise we enjoyed the stay , reception staff are very welcoming. Breakfast very basic nothing special.

  • 5/5 Iona G. 1 year ago on Google
The staff was really friendly. The parking is spacious and the location was very convenient. The bus stop going to the city center/port was right in front of the hotel. There's a tabaccheria nearby where we got our tickets. The hotel is pet-friendly and there's a huge parking lot. It's also very secured as the gates are closed at 11 and can only be opened by your hotel code.

+ Train station and bus is close by + Hotelroom is clean + Hotelroom is warm + Good housekeeping and polite cleaning ladies + You can park the car -0. This way you can be sure that your car is safe during your stay - Small TV - Elevators are not safe. Needs maintenance. Used the stairs my complete stay - 2 of the 3 concierge were not really helpful or interested in helping you out (Francesco is awesome 👍)

Everything ok, the hotel neat, clean. On a huge plus free car parking + in addition to a choice in the garage. The only downside was that it was very cold in the room and that the piece is to the center. On foot about 45 minutes. By car very close. Overall I would recommend.

  • 3/5 Gerard James T. 1 year ago on Google
Location was 5kms away from central. There was no window in our room so make sure to confirm before booking that you have a window in your room. I think the reception was not so friendly, it was still 9pm but he did not let us play with the foosball table anymore. But idk maybe it was hotel policy. Price is too expensive even though it was not summer anymore. Just my opinion :)

I stayed here for 20 days during my move from Chicago to Como. The staff goes above and beyond to help you with every need and is beyong accomodating and friendly. They bring you new towels every day and make your bed everyday as well. The breakfast is excellent and there are many options to choose from. The lobby has an awesome convenient store with anything you could need and more. The rooms were warm and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. I stayed in room 404 facing the back of the property. This facility is also in a fantastic location near everything including the train station. Also a very nice lobby witk work table as well as comfortable couches.

Arrigo and Francesca are FABULOUS hosts at this modern hotel. From the moment we met at check-in (and throughout the stay) we were treated as welcomed guests. These folks are hospitality oriented and it shows! We asked about directions, help with electronics, and suggestions in several other areas and both Arrigo and Francesca were never short on answers. The room was an essentially modern, clean (VERY CLEAN), and basic/standard type of room with all the necessities. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location of this hotel to get downtown quickly - helped us to to Switzerland and back in short order and allowed us to visit Bellagio and surrounding towns with ease (um...the roads are very narrow so get a small car and drive carefully!) Many thanks to Arrigo and Francesca for their gracious approach to everything - we love them. The photos are not the best because we took them when we were tired but the room was spacious and easy to deal with.
