Absolutely amazing place to stay! The check in process is easy, I can even check in at 10 AM. The staff is very knowledgeable about the city. The room is spacious and amenities are ample. The infinity pool has heating system with the best view I ever seen. During winter the price is much more affordable compared to summer, so a visit won’t hurt your wallet.

Lovely hotel. We felt very pampered. This hotel has all the amenities you could ever need and more. My only knock against it is its location on a busy street. The restaurant and views are stunning and the breakfast is mouthwatering. The tub in the room will make your day melt away. Best pillows I've slept on in a hotel.

Fantastic experience! The hotel staff was the best I've ever seen - cleaning, kitchen, front desk! All around. The heated rooftop pool was great, there's also a jacuzzi there. The spa was amazing as well, really liked the sauna and the different water massage options of the spa indoor pool. The gym was also well equipped to get a workout in. And lastly, the breakfast had lots of options and was delicious! Would highly recommend this Hilton, it was perfect for a 5-day getaway for us.

This place was awesome! From rooms, to service, to services the hit all the boxes!! About a 20 min walk from bus terminal/town center, but a great place to stay. They really take care of their Hilton Honors members also. Spa, Breakfast, room space and comfort all top of the line! And outdoor heated pool in the winter - FANTASTIC! Can't wait to get back

Third visit. After the 3rd visit - I don’t see the point of staying here again. The rooms are small despite clean and modern. The rooftop pool is small and over crowded when busy hotel. The indoor pool can only be used at an additional cost! Gym use age has to be also pre booked. Only lunch you can have is at rooftop restaurant and that is a limited one also. Customer service is good - but everything is at a price. For the prices you pay - the hotel hardly has any facilities so please be aware of booking a 4 star hotel at 5 star prices.

A really beautiful, clean place with FRIENDLY, professional staff. Always willing to assist. They're a lot more modern than the Sheraton hotel too. Lovely breakfast buffet options and delicious meals too. Didn't make it up to the rooftop but I heard that's beautiful too.

I booked this hotel as my fiancé and I had spent a week further up on Lake Como and we wanted to experience the town of Como itself. I assumed this hotel would provide a high-quality experience given the reviews and price ($500 and $700 per night respectively). How mistaken I was. The location itself is not convenient in any way - it’s a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. I would recommend taking a cab as the streets are very narrow and not suitable for dragging luggage on. There is a path along the water which is better, but that doesn’t show on Google Maps and you will need to find that on your own. The hotel itself is far overrated as a 4-star hotel. If it wasn’t for the Hilton name, I don’t this hotel would attract so many people. The pool is extremely crowded and small, and we were asked to leave the pool area around 6PM. I’ve never experienced this at a hotel before. For the price, you can likely find much better, especially if you book in advance. Our room had material and paint falling from the ceiling tiles, leaving much to be desired. Also, our mini bar was not stocked (and never was), which isn’t a big deal, but points towards the level of service you will receive. Look for other accommodations before jumping at the brand name here.

This hotel has the best view in Como. The Terrace 241 retaurant and bar is amazing. Terrace also has a wonderful infinity pool. Parking is very convenient. The hotel is like a maze cause it has multiple lifts but once you get used to it you will enjoy everything. Gym is open 24/7 and has many different exercise machines. Breakfast was extremely rich, which I enjoyed the most. Will definitely come here again.

Enjoyed my stay!! Amazing staff, great service always there to help or guide you and to answer all of your questions. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, and the cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing. The location is really good, nice view from the top and few minutes walk to the center. Highly recommend👏🏻

Obviously top notch amenities. Gym had everything I wanted except a squat rack-equipment was very clean well maintained and high end. Extra amenities such as down pillows that included 2 soft & 2 medium to cover their bases which was so lovely since I have a sensitive neck. House keeping here gets 10 stars, they cleaned my room twice everyday (morning and in the evening) and folded my clothes that were scattered everywhere. And each time I took a bottle of water from the room it was replaced by the evening. Felt like things magically appeared and organized themselves which is sort of a dream

This is an amazing hotel! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself is nice and I will say, the service was the best you can find. Marco and Lucia from Streetfood were amazing, as was Davide from the pool bar and Camilla at the Spa. The location is within walking distance to downtown and the views are tough to beat. Planning on returning to Como soon and will absolutely stay here again!

It’s pity that such a big hotel with nice territory and view has a very bad service. Our weekend was ruined from the beginning by rude and not professional Night check in manager. We wanted to leave hotel but they refused to do refund. And in general, in Hilton Como we heard only phrases : “ No, Not possible, We cannot , We don’t have table available, etc”. And of course at 11:50 (before check-out time) they already started to call and ask if we need help with luggage :) it’s unbelievable to be honest , or staff is lazy or just tired of tourists. - Territory is perfect, view is nice , food is Ok , Rooms -could be better clean -

Most narrow car park entrance, ever. We are talking here about 3 millimeters left and right side of car (Mercedes Benz mid-size SUV) This architect should be fired. Receptionist not capable to write my name properly, 4 different approaches, despite original ID card. Clearly the wrong person at the desk. Room: no face towels in bath, Kleenex box empty after 2 sheets, no glass or plastic cup in bath for teeth cleaning. Forest rain shower: virtually no water coming, @Hilton: stop this nonsense with reducing water flow and saving the planet. I want a proper shower in the morning and in the evening as well. Breakfast: Unfriendly person at entrance, most tables not cleaned yet two and a half hour after breakfast opening, very uncoordinated and disorganised servers at buffet. I paid 600 Euros for one night. Total rip-off. This hotel can NOT be recommended.

We really enjoyed staying at Hilton Lake Como. The hotel itself is beautiful with its modern and clean design. Loved the “big living room” for hanging out. The location is perfect and the view is stunning. Service was friendly and accommodating. Even through we were there off peak we were able to enjoy the rooftop and the heated infinity pool. Very surprised thats it is “only” a four star hotel. I’ve stayed in five star hotels which standards are way below this one. Can very much recommend and we will for sure come back.

Amazing hotel ! It’s one of the best hotel in my life. No question for the best place for dining, it’s here on the top roof floor, the foods are very good taste. And the most beautiful views from the swimming pool. I love the terrazza241 very much. And also the street food on the ground floor has a very good taste of the pizza! The staffs here are very really nice, friendly, helpful for ex. Davide @ the pool. 🧡🙏🥰 experience the one of the best thing of life, select Hilton Lake Como. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Review latest update: We came back again and had a wonderful experience this time. Everything went perfect especially our room as we were in the suite-loft which had a magical view of Como (pictures posted don’t do it justice) and a jacuzzi!! Yes a jacuzzi but unfortunately it wasn’t exactly clean with lots of dead flies though we used it and the water has lots of chlorine so we couldn’t stay long anyway because of our baby. Otherwise everything in the room was great and they set a crib for our baby. Service was great too and the breakfast as well. At check out, we had an issue because of the late check out situation that was miscommunicated but it was sorted and we definitely look forward to going back. This hotel has great location with a gorgeous rooftop view, it’s very lit and service is good too. *********** Loved staying there, their rooftop view is breathtaking. This is a review from July 2021 but feels like yesterday. We are going back again this summer 🎉

Very efficiently run hotel close to Como city center. Great breakfast spread with very friendly staff. Patrizia at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The heated pool on roof top was a delight to swim in with a commanding view of Como lake. Definitely one of the best and modern Hilton hotels I've stayed. Will definitely return.

An excellent hotel with extremely comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The staff are truly fantastic, but a special mention has to go to the pool and pool bar staff, who worked nonstop to make sure we had everything we needed. The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym, and the facilities are good. The only negatives are how overpriced the breakfast is, how creaky and small the rental bikes were, and that one of the concierge team was repeatedly pretty unhelpful. Overall, however, we had a great stay.

This hotel was very beautiful! It was located a little far away from town but you could definitely walk to the ferry and shops. Our room was very nice however the view was not impressive. We didn’t even go on the balcony. The restaurant had delicious pizza and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

This hotel is very modern and up to date. Very good air conditioning in the room as this is Italy and not all air conditioning is the same. There is a beautiful rooftop view and infinity pool. For some reason pools close early in Italy at 6pm so it is hard to use pool if you are traveling during the day. The hotel is great and you will have all the amenities needed. The only downside is it is a bit far from the main city center and is about a 20 minute walk. There is a nice walk on boardwalk along water to get to city centre or you can take side streets if you want to save a few extra minutes.

Overall we had a good time staying at the Hilton. We very much enjoyed the food and service at the Terrazza 241 and the breakfast. However a few things to be aware of that explain why we only rated it 4 stars, not 5: - we felt ripped off at the spa - the spa itself is reasonably nice for a hotel spa, but we found it way too expensive for what it is. We're used to having access to the spa for free when booking a €300+ room in almost all 4 star hotels. This one being particularly nice for a hotel spa, we could understand having to pay, say, 10€ to access the spa. But at 39€ for 90 minutes per person, we'd expect a large high end spa but this one has only one single small sauna (with no headrests), one brightly lit Turkish bath shaped like a corridor, one single cold shower, a series of sprinkles supposed to give you mini-showers at different temperatures that doesn't work properly, the relaxation room is just a corridor with lounge chairs that we found uncomfortable (angled at near 90 degrees), directly connected to the noisy pool, and the view outside is the view of a wall. Upon checkout, we did comment that we had a great stay but found the spa way overpriced, hoping they would discount it at least partly, but despite politely insisting quite a bit, we were charged the full amount - we very much enjoyed the restaurant The Terrazza but we did not appreciate the unannounced 10% service charge. Maybe it was stated on the menu, but if it was, it wasn't very visible. Maybe we could have asked to have it taken off and we would have left a more reasonable tip of a couple of %, but we didn't want to make a fuss about it, so paid it, but felt ripped off. - the hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the city, and it's not a nice walk - the curbs are often narrow, paved with cobblestones which is awful for suitcases, and the road is very busy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Lake Como. We visited in the late November on holiday to explore Lake Como. The staff was incredible - we were treated very well as Diamond members and received an upgrade to a suite. The room had retractable shades on the roof to see the stars, however sadly ours were not working and the shades stayed closed throughout our stay. The front desk team, including Matteo and another young woman whose name I have forgotten, but she lived in New England at one point, was great - calling their engineer each day to follow up. The hotel breakfast was good to pretty good (relatively standard European buffet breakfast options). Our room was quiet and luxurious. We had a wonderful 3 days at this property and would come back again any time.

I had the most amazing experience at Hilton Lake Como and I'm thrilled to share my review. The standout feature for me was the incredible pool – it was truly a highlight of my stay. The pool area is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. The view from the hotel is nothing short of fantastic. Gazing out at Lake Como and the surrounding mountains was a breathtaking sight that left me in awe. It's a view that truly adds to the charm and appeal of the hotel. Beyond the physical aspects, the staff's hospitality and attentiveness added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. The combination of impeccable service, stunning pool, and picturesque view created an experience that I will cherish. Whether you're seeking a serene getaway or a place to indulge in luxury, Hilton Lake Como has it all. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como in style and comfort.

The hotel pool and restaurant have incredible views of the lake. As we used the pool on hot days or ate at Terrazza, the views were amazing. The pool was great and so was the food / beverage service. The Terrazza had great food and service. The hotel rooms were new, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast every morning was great. The service from the staff at every level was top notch. One the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Such an amazing hotel, the staff were amazing and super friendly and attentive - this alone would make me want to come again. However the pool is stunning and with an amazing view of the lake - we had the best time! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay great. The hotel is also located super close to the train station for easy access and we were able to walk into town and to the lake super easily. I cannot wait to come back here again!

Hotel is beautiful and that is the only thing good I will say about it. At arrival, people at check in were very unfriendly. Location is horrible, 20 minutes walk to the city center and there is nothing around the hotel. Breakfast was a joke. Lack of pastries, cold cuts and very boring selection of breads. Ambient is not charming. Everything is cold and modern without any taste. Once check in I was told I was upgraded to lake view, but it was actually a 10% of the actual lake. I had the displeasure to meet the worse front desk guy at the check in. He was so rude and disrespectful. Not sure what was his problem. Most of the employees were rude and very pretentious. Concierge was also bad, my ride to the airport was 10 minutes late and I was told that driver went to get gas. Overall, I would not stay at this Hilton property again. As I Diamond member I was not appreciated, my room only were done after I asked for it and I was missing towels and had to ask for room service. At the end, hotel gave me 3000 points for a $600 rate per night. Not worth it. Now the manager will respond my review saying that he/she is sorry and that I should have brought this concern to the management, and I DID, but the rude receptionist said that he was the manager. So...

Diamond member of Hilton writing this. I paid more than 12,000 euros in full (in person) for a wedding. This payment was made at Lake Como Hilton Hotel. Spent an hour going through the reservation list with the front staff. A final bill (including city tax was presented and settled on the day before my wedding). Subsequently, during my 1-week honeymoon, I was repeatedly hounded by Hilton Lake Como for another 1,000 euros. However, the hotel stated that all rooms had been paid for, city tax as well, and no room service charges were outstanding. They insisted that their staff had made a mistake and had accidentally "undercharged" me - and this was only discovered after the guests had checked out. Unfortunately, they were not even able to show me which rooms were undercharged. Their excuse was their staff did the math wrong. (That's convenient.) Also as a luxury 5-star hotel, it is simply tactless to hound a bride during her honeymoon for money that you "accidentally" didn't charge her. First, they refused to provide me with any points. I had to argue for 2 months for this because even though I had paid 12,000 euros in full, I received zero points despite a prior agreement from their manager "Matteo Gaspari" that they would transfer me those points. Their initial excuse was that they would not transfer points to me, nor my guests, until I had cured their mistake. Second, they then began to charge guests random charges for the so called "outstanding balance". I stress, these charges were made without authorization. They failed to provide evidence to any of my guests as to what was the so called "original room rate" that had been paid, and the "actual real room rate". Complaints will be filed to Hilton Head office. This is the worst service I have seen from any hotel. Entirely unprofessional.

I recently stayed at The Hilton Como with a partner from the 4th to the 9th of September and I have a mixed review about our experience. Positives: - **Modern Infrastructure**: The hotel boasts a modern structure, which found reflection in various aspects of its architecture and services. - **Cleanliness**: We were pleased to find that our room was maintained very well, meeting the high standards one would expect from a Hilton hotel. - **Picturesque Views**: Our room offered great views of the lake, making for a delightful sight to wake up to each morning. Negatives: **Expensive Food and Beverages**: The offerings at the hotel restaurant were quite pricey, with two cocktails costing around €40, and a meal for two exceeding €200. While the quality was good, we felt that it did not justify the steep prices. Consequently, we chose to dine at other restaurants in Como, which were excellent and more reasonably priced. Inconsistent Service: Unfortunately, I encountered an uncomfortable situation at the hotel’s pool on the terrace on the last day of our stay. A staff member approached me — and only me out of 20 other guests present — to inquire about my room number without offering any explanation. Upon asking, I told that it was a routine check to verify if I was a guest at the hotel. Suggestions for Improvement: I feel it is necessary for Hilton Como to coach their staff to approach guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a reason when asking for personal information, to avoid misunderstanding and discomfort. Furthermore, I believe such checks should be carried out uniformly, without singling out individuals based on appearance, to prevent any perceptions of discrimination. I say this as a black British citizen, who felt singled out in that scenario, which dampened my experience at the hotel. Conclusion: While our stay had its wonderful moments courtesy of the hotel's facilities and the beautiful views it offers, the experience was marred by the service encountered at the end of our stay. I hope that Hilton Como takes note of this feedback to foster a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all their guests in the future.

We stayed the Hilton Lake Como on 28th September for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool overlooking the lake is stunning and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast buffet is also incredible and we were very impressed!

Fab location, great design with a boutique feel not like a standard downtown Hilton. Service was great, food and drink very good if a little pricey. The infinity pool and the view over the lake is the icing on the cake.

Great experience in this hotel in Como. Highly recommended! Fast Check-in/out, friendly and supportive staff, great and fresh (like new) interior. Our room (Family Deluxe King Room) for 2+2 was great: very comfortable master bed + good enough sofa for kids. Floor-to-ceiling windows (can be opened). Bathroom included both, full-size bath and the shower, bidet, towels, bathrobes etc. Hotel is quite, with calm and respectable guests. Very good breakfast (at least we found everything we need) + there is a possibility to order from the A-La-Carte menu.

Absolutely wonderful service, and great staff. This is nice property with fantastic amenities. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the amenities as they were limited and fully booked. We bummed that we had to pay €26 daily for parking when this normally comes with room in many high end hotels. It can add up. It’s a beautiful special property. Pretty big. They staff and service is the best out of all.

The Hilton Lake Como was a great experience. The hotel is located about 20 minute walk from town, and the hotel itself and grounds were beautiful. Spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with views of como, and great service. We were greeted by reception and they were gracious to check us in early which made our day's plans a lot easier. The rooms were spacious, with a large bathroom and tub and they were kind enough to upgrade us as well. The only negative experience we had was when we were trying to go back to the train station with our luggage, they provided us with a driver than cost 3x the regular fare to town. We were in a time crunch so we took the offer however it felt as though we were being upcharged a little too much for an 8 minute ride (30 euro+). We're glad we stayed here and it was one of the best Hilton's I've stayed at. Thank you!

Met all my expectations and then some! Beautiful, clean, modern. Staff was first rate, attentive and helpful. Great pizza at the bar on the first floor, bartenders were friendly and professional. Pool had a breathtaking view of lake como. Short walk to town and Lake, although a little dicey on the small sidewalk!

Had a few days of stay here using our Hilton points. We were upgraded to the lakeview suite with a balcony and that room is pretty hard to beat. Nice hotel, about a 15 minute walk from all the Como action and restaurants.

The rooms are very clean The staff is very friendly and nice The restaurant on the top floor is incredible with a very satisfying view of the lake There is a another restaurant in the ground floor that i haven't had the chance to try and there is also a spa I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit far from the centre of the lake where all the restaurants are although it is a nice walk of around 20 minutes. Overall the place is amazing and would definitely stay in it again

Really nice and clean. Well maintained hotel with excellent service. Don’t miss roof pool with fabulous views of the lake. Also breakfast is really tasty with various collections ( coffee was not good). In terms of location; lake located across the street, parking two options hourly or daily, downtown about 20 minutes walk by the lake

The hotel is really nice. The ambiance is amazing from the bar to the roof top restaurant. Special thanks to Marco from the bar in the ground floor. You are simply a dedicated person who would go beyond what is expected to serve a customer.

I am proud to give this hotel a 5 star review. This hotel had an effective air conditioner, an incredible breakfast, marvelous pool deck, and solid dinner location. The location gets busy on weekends so I would recommend this hotel, if possible, for during the week. This has what I would expect from a high quality Hilton with a great pool, comfortable bed, and fancy shower and bath.

  • 2/5 Christina F. 2 years ago on Google
There were some positives to this hotel: large comfortable bed, good shower, wide selection of TV channels. The view from the terrace bar is impressive. However there were also quite a few negatives. The night we arrived there was loud music on the terrace bar. This was audible in our room and stopped us from sleeping. It eventually subsided around 11:30pm, well after reception promised. We were also told that the pre-auth on the debit card had failed and to do another one. After doing that I realised that there were now two on the card. I asked for the first to be removed and was assured it would be, but they forgot. I had to ask again before this was done. The whole place has a rather soulless business hotel vibe. The terrace bar food was extremely expensive, and although the presentation matched the price, the food itself didn't and my pasta was served cold. The unassuming pizza place down the road serves much better food for €10! All in all, for the price this was not a great experience.

This is the best Hilton property I have stayed at. The hotel is beautifully designed, my room was immaculate and the rooftop/pool is fabulous. The staff is the best part of this hotel. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful even though it was a seemingly very busy time for them. I am a diamond member and appreciated the acknowledgment and room upgrade, which is not always the case at other Hilton properties.

What an incredible hotel. The classic facade gives way to an incredibly modern hotel building with top notch facilities. The staff are extremely helpful and every one of their restaurant recommendations was a success. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. Loved the modern design throughout. Wish the TVs had slightly better smart functionality. The rooftop pool is worth the stay alone. Don't think there are too many pools with better views of Lake Como. The Terrazza 241 bar on the roof is similarly excellent. You pay a premium for the view but as a place to grab a quick lunch or to finish the night with a cocktail or two, it's well worth it. Hotel guests also get priority access which is nice in busier times. Parking is very convenient for those who are driving. There's a huge, secure underground car park with direct elevators to your floor. Not sure there are too many better places to store a car in Lake Como outside of private garages. The walk into central Como is about 15-20 minutes, but you're walking almost entirely along the edge of a lake on a beautiful pedestrian footpath that snakes past villas. It's definitely needed after an evening of pasta and negronis in town! Overall, would highly recommend. A stunning hotel for a stunning location.

Very nice, calm view of Como lake... Do remember to bring a thick outwear if you plan to sit in the outdoor rooftop restaurant for more than 1 hour as it can be very windy and cold if the sun is not strong

Perfect location! It’s walking distance from the ferry station and the old city and about 2 minutes from the lake sidewalk. As a Diamond member, we were offered a room upgrade but only after speaking with the staff. Only loft suites are available for upgrade, all other suites require a surcharge despite availability. Our room, the family loft suite, had a beautiful layout with windows on the roof so that at night you can see the stars and the city lights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. None the less, the staff were accommodating and friendly. The heated roof pool has stunning views of the lake and is easily accessible during winter, but the indoor pool does not come included with the stay regardless of Hilton status (has an additional cost). The breakfast there tasted great and had both a buffet and a la carte menu. Winter prices are high but reasonable for the luxury this hotel provides (although I wouldn’t necessarily say the same for summer prices). The restaurant was especially luxurious, as food was of exceptional quality, the decor was beautiful and there is seating outside or in an entirely glass room both with views of the night lights. Another disappointment would be that there weren’t many Italian touches beyond the Italian restaurant that make it unique from other great Hilton hotels.

Stayed here at Hilton Lake Como for a couple of days to relax after a week's adventure trip up the Sud Tirol and we certainly achieve that. All the staff at reception to the restaurants are super helpful, friendly and welcoming, an absolute 5 star service 🌟the rooms are very spacious and clean. Amazing. breakfast buffet. Dinner and drinks at the restaurants a little pricey but again exceptional service and great food.. Location is also perfect. Will definitely come back preferably in the summer to enjoy more the spa, gym and infinity pool. Would highly recommend

Wonderful hotel! From the moment we got out of the taxi, service was great. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We were graciously upgraded to a family suite which was very spacious and on the corner so it was nice and quiet. Huge bathroom and shower with gorgeous tub! The breakfast offerings were good as well. Didn’t get a chance to use the heated rooftop pool or hot tub but the view from them is outstanding. Didn’t get to use the spa either but it seemed very nice. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

Possibly our favorite hotel during our trip to Northern Italy. We had a beautiful room, the staff were incredibly attentive, the breakfast was awesome, the location was just a 10-15 min walk to downtown Como. Oh and the infinity pool and hot tub on a cold winter day were incredible. It's a 4-star hotel but truly a 5-star experience. We were very impressed and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful service and restaurants. Very spacious rooms with turn down service and a complete bathroom with great bath and separate shower. Very nice breakfast and excellent dinner on the top floor restaurant overlooking the lake and pool.

Great hotel, beautiful pool area and well equipped gym. Did not get to try the spa, recommend that you book early in advance as they get full. Friendly staff, food was good at both the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Short walk from shopping and dining. Enjoyed the stay there very much.

If you happen to be in Lake Como, I recommend this hotel. The room/suite is very nice. Bathyis probably the best I’ve seen of many Hilton properties we’ve stayed in. There’s a restaurant on top floor with magnificent view of the lake and all the villas. Service was great. We purchased the breakfast buffet and best hotel buffet. 5 minute walk to the lake. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Excellent rooms, thick doors = quiet. Nicely designed spacious shower. Lights could be easier to figure out. Service only lacked in 2 minor ways: an unexpected charge of 240 euros to cover potential room charges (meals, spa, room service, etc). Fine once they explained it... better to have made a point of it at check-in. Also the Concierge took dinner reservations for us on a busy Friday night. She would call the restaurant and leave us a message confirming the reservation. We never got a message and had to go back to the Concierge to verify.

Had a great time here. Room was a bit pricey comparably. Staff at lobby bar were great. Pizza was delicious. Rooms clean and comfortable. Wish it had a balcony facing the lake. Most rooms are facing the courtyard or city.

Two words: Views and service. A block from the lake walking path, the views from this hotel are hard to beat. Decor is ultra modern, white and clean. Staff are impeccable in all respects but it is at the rooftop bar/restaurant that staff truly shine. Fabio, Lyudmila, Paolo, Christian, Max—the list is long—made our stay truly special. No, it’s not a boutique hotel but you are made to feel special.

5/5. Great Hotel and service. The location is fantastic. The views from Terrazza241 are amazing. I used to take shower at least twice a day and each Time I came back to room, there were fresh towels. Service is excellent, great experience staying here. Will be back for more.

We booked the Hilton Lake Como for the first part of our Italian Honeymoon. The whole hotel was breathtaking! We loved the modern, clean, classy look of each area. The rooftop area with the infinity pool and restaurant was probably our favourite part. The view and experience looking out to the lake was memorable. We had our anniversary dinner at their rooftop restaurant and breakfast buffet, both had exquisite food. The smell of the hotel was even awesome! The staff were both friendly and helpful when giving information about the hotel and local area. My only tip is to be careful using google maps to find it from the train station as we ended up walking up the mountain behind before realizing the map directions were incorrect lol. But definitely a time we will never forget and look forward to visiting again one day!

Exceptional hotel in Como and well worth the price!!! We were in a standard room which was more than adequate for our stay, very clean and nice amenities. The hotel has the BEST VIEW in Como!!! We enjoyed the 6th floor pool/restaurant/bar as much as we could to soak up the incredible daytime and nighttime views of the city and afar. The Concierge was very knowledgeable and gave us great dinner suggestions. Como is a 20 minute walk from the hotel mostly along the lake for fantastic views. You will NOT be disappointed with your stay at this Hilton property.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a Hilton hotel. My wife and I are Hilton rewards members and the staff went well above and beyond for us. Everything was truly 5 star, from our greeting, the upgraded room, the view, both restaurants and bars, the spa, breakfast in the morning, everything was fabulous. We took a couples days to chill out, relax and get massages before we went home from traveling around, it was the best thing we did and everyone at this Hilton made it perfect. Truly a fabulous overall experience

This hotel was amazing and the staff were equally as wonderful. Great breakfast, lovely rooms and a terrific rooftop pool and restaurant. It looks out on to beautiful Lake Como and you can easily walk in to town. Highly recommend.

Nice property. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. My room had a tub and a separate shower both worked to perfection. Breakfast was buffet style, that had many options. Rooftop views were magnificent. Restaurant had a variety of drinks. Not too far from Como Giovanni less than a mile. Walking distance to Lake. I will only stay here!

Amazing everything!! Location, service is excellent, everyone I encountered said happy birthday to me! We got a complimentary upgrade to a loft suite, which is to die for!!! The view from the room makes you want to stay indoors.. the bar drinks and food are great, Luca was friendly and recommended the terrazza spritz and gave us complimentary appetizers !! The pool terrace view is second to none...wow! You feel like you're in a postcard. Also, they had a happy birthday platter in the room before I arrived, and also brought me pancakes with a birthday candle during breakfast! They really go above and beyond.
