Overall
we
had
a
good
time
staying
at
the
Hilton.
We
very
much
enjoyed
the
food
and
service
at
the
Terrazza
241
and
the
breakfast.
However
a
few
things
to
be
aware
of
that
explain
why
we
only
rated
it
4
stars,
not
5:
-
we
felt
ripped
off
at
the
spa
-
the
spa
itself
is
reasonably
nice
for
a
hotel
spa,
but
we
found
it
way
too
expensive
for
what
it
is.
We're
used
to
having
access
to
the
spa
for
free
when
booking
a
€300+
room
in
almost
all
4
star
hotels.
This
one
being
particularly
nice
for
a
hotel
spa,
we
could
understand
having
to
pay,
say,
10€
to
access
the
spa.
But
at
39€
for
90
minutes
per
person,
we'd
expect
a
large
high
end
spa
but
this
one
has
only
one
single
small
sauna
(with
no
headrests),
one
brightly
lit
Turkish
bath
shaped
like
a
corridor,
one
single
cold
shower,
a
series
of
sprinkles
supposed
to
give
you
mini-showers
at
different
temperatures
that
doesn't
work
properly,
the
relaxation
room
is
just
a
corridor
with
lounge
chairs
that
we
found
uncomfortable
(angled
at
near
90
degrees),
directly
connected
to
the
noisy
pool,
and
the
view
outside
is
the
view
of
a
wall.
Upon
checkout,
we
did
comment
that
we
had
a
great
stay
but
found
the
spa
way
overpriced,
hoping
they
would
discount
it
at
least
partly,
but
despite
politely
insisting
quite
a
bit,
we
were
charged
the
full
amount
-
we
very
much
enjoyed
the
restaurant
The
Terrazza
but
we
did
not
appreciate
the
unannounced
10%
service
charge.
Maybe
it
was
stated
on
the
menu,
but
if
it
was,
it
wasn't
very
visible.
Maybe
we
could
have
asked
to
have
it
taken
off
and
we
would
have
left
a
more
reasonable
tip
of
a
couple
of
%,
but
we
didn't
want
to
make
a
fuss
about
it,
so
paid
it,
but
felt
ripped
off.
-
the
hotel
is
a
good
20
minute
walk
from
the
city,
and
it's
not
a
nice
walk
-
the
curbs
are
often
narrow,
paved
with
cobblestones
which
is
awful
for
suitcases,
and
the
road
is
very
busy
