I liked the hotel, the food was excellent, but there were too many spiders.

3 stars because of parking availability and a small play area for children, but I was super disappointed in the service. First of all, non-smokers were put in one place with smokers and these smokers were smoking inside were there was not enough ventilation. Im considering the fact that this place has small children coming to dine here which is dangerous to their health . We were so disappointed and had to leave before having our meal. It ruined our wedding anniversary celebrations. We were so so disappointed. Atleast inform your customers about this smoking issue when doing bookings so that we are aware... We had to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated as there was really no hostess at the door specifically for this service. It was disappointing. I just hope there will be changes later on Update oct 30 2023 Many changes. Indoor play area available,we didn't wait too long to be seated and the service was super awesome. Our waiter knew his job and we had no complaints. Place was clean and there were no smokers indoors. After this situation we will definitely come back

NOTE: this is a review of the restaurant, I never stayed here so I don't know anything about the rooms. This place could be so much better that it is! It's located right next to the Suitghiol lake, the surroundings are very beautiful. The food isn't great, but definitely not terrible either (although keep in mind that according to their menu they don't have fresh fish, just frozen fish (at least they tell you this)). The service, however, can be improved quite a bit. I went there today around 2PM (when the restaurant was maybe ~20% full) and I waited for quite a long time to get a menu, while I could see some of the waiters relaxing somewhere inside (not all of them though). I think they are also understaffed, because the restaurant is quite large and there are not many waiters. I think some changes in the management (and in the staff's attitude) would make this place much better.

Worst food ever! I had a Caesar salad with no dressing and almost no chicken in it. Just salad with toast! My wife also had the worst ram pastrami. Meat was definetly expired. Also, papanași was awfull. Just and old donut with whipped cream from a tube, and topping from another tube. No wonder they needed only 10 minutes to bring all the food. As a local, i will never step foot Inside this joint. Food was great a couple of years ago.

Not the best experience The swimming pool was ok but the service was awful ..no toilets,no showers,undertrained staff We should go through the restaurant to get the toilet 🚽 toilets wasn’t clean and the soap supply was bad The staff from the restaurant were very unfriendly and they didn’t even know what they were doing!

Beautiful place but: - food was just terrible! * Soup (fish) was served cold * Waiter replaced with another , hotter one, but the taste of fish the soup was made of was just terrible! * They were not familiar with pasta penne type * My mother in law has served some carbonnara and even after 4 days she is still suffering after eating such... Don't know how to call it * Pancakes were another disappointment: what can be wrong with pancakes that everyone knows how to cook it? Well, they manage to destroy the reputation of pancakes: strange taste while jam was so much sweet! - I'm living few hundreds of meters away from this resort. I knew they have a bad reputation among local people but I just hoped they improved over the years. Actually, it's much worse than last time I ate something over there... - and last but not least: prices are for 5* restaurants equivalent!

Always a pleasure to return at Scoica Land with the kids. Tasty food, large terrace and a large outdoor playground for kids. Great location near the Siutghiol Lake. Large parking.

Location and the room are okay, BUT: -check-in is 5pm, although checkout is at 12 -room cleaning/service is not included -they will only take payment in full, at check-in …a bit of a ripoff

I was always going here for the good food in the past but for several times when I visited seaside this place started to be really disappointing. I paid a lot of money and the food sucked. Never going again in the future. Do not recommend. July 2023

Shocked at this place on so many levels! Firstly the children’s play area is so bad, it’s dangerous and everything is broken. They setup a nicer soft play area inside ideal for toddler but have the audacity to charge per hour for it. Secondly there is a caged area with turtles and they have no water. We visited on a very hot day and I couldn’t believe it, when I asked the waiter she said they give them water ‘sometimes’.

Was nice. Was clean. Was comfy. Not very crowded (at 6 PM).

I've been there a couple of times. Every time was mediocre to bad experience. Last time was a truly bad experience (cold and tasteless food, you need to pay extra for the indoor playground that is not safe for children).

Is the best location in which one you can try to eat... Try..... Because you will not succeed.... And the construction dust to surrounded you fully... and loud noise ... In the middle of the day... In fully season....

Very very good food. Nice looking place and even has a play ground for kids. The restaurant is on a lake... Nice view and good music. The staff is always on a hurry but they are nice and polite. We loved it and we will come back

Excellent location, near the lake. This is the only positive think about it. The place looks kind of "obsolete" and the food is not so tasty.

Quiet place, personnel is nice and accommodating, prices are moderate and food is okay. Special mention for the desserts, 5/5.

While the food is good and the view is nice, it seems like something is off; I have the feeling we are dining in a corner-block place, not really in one of the most iconic restaurants. So this kind of nudges off one star since it's not really the place to keep you coming for the atmosphere.

The place is very spacious, you can choose between inside or outside seating. The terrace has a nice lake view. The restaurant also has an outside children playground. The parking lot is right in front of the building. From the menu: the chicken schnitzel with fries and yellow melon lemonade were delicious and the portions were really big. The only thing that disappointed me was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which was really poor. Overall a nice place for a meal with family or friends.

Not really a perfect mark but still giving it a 5/5 for the food and service. Place looks a bit on the older side even though funny enough it isn't that old and the parking lot is as basic as it gets. Prices are area appropriate so if you went to any place in Mamaia before expect a very similar price range but higher than average drink quality and exceptional food quality and dish design.

The good. Location itself is very beautiful. You have 24/7 kitchen at your disposal. There is a very large children play area. There is a pool. You can pay for late check out. Parking spots everywhere, including next to your room. The bad. While the location and the buildings are beautiful, everything looks a bit old and not properly maintained. Most of the food is made from frozen ingredients and the quality of service has lot of room to improve. The pool was empty and a danger for our 2 years old son. The children play area has been probably great 10 years ago. Now, it screams for repairs and a paint job. Overall, compared with what you get for your money it's a very nice location and it can easily be a 5 stars one with just a bit of work.

The food is great. I'd recommend the "Maiale Blue Cheese" dish to anybody. Service is fast and on point. The music was a bit too loud though.

Very tasty mussels in red curry. The staff is not necessarily happy but helpful in regards to providing information about menu items or recommendation on the best dishes. Location a bit far but the view and atmosphere is very nice.

Food is OK but it could be more careful displayed on the plate. I had the feeling the seafood was kind of a seafood soup. Toilets are quite bad looking. You do not want to go there after eating... The waiters are nice and polite. Great job! Playground is good for kids to spend some time. Rhe lake is also quite nice but a bit risky without a handrail at the edge
