They changed their menu a few weeks ago, and they drastically reduced the amount of toppings, at least 60% less. The first time, I thought it was a mistake, and the same thing happened again yesterday. I also added extra jalapeños, and it was still less than the same pizza a few weeks ago, without the extra. I felt like I was only eating bread at the end. I won’t be placing an order there anytime soon.

A Pizza chain location with table service! Couple this with a cold beer and being in the heart of Bucharest and it doesn't get any better. Also of mention is very good customer service. Highly recommended!

A SHAME! Don't go there. The waiters show no respects to the clients, are aggressive, and so unpolite. I really really would like the manager to know that his staff is not professional, not respectfull, and that they cost him a LOT.

We went to this Pizza Hut several times on our trip to Bucharest. They serve tasty burgers and soup also which was new for us. The staff is very nice and speaks good English which is a big plus. We are definitely going again and again until we are in this city.

This is still the best pizza in town to me. I try to fine one that it's better but with no result. This one from the images is the best of the best, God. I couldn't recommend another one. The bad part is that the place is not like it used to be. Only the taste of this pizza makes me come back, apart from that, the location seems old and the service is not the best or amongst the best. So you come here only to eat,not for a full culinary experience

5 stars for the staff, 0 for the management. I can understand cost cuts due to pandemic, but the place is clearly understaffed. The employees are doing their best, but are overwhelmed by the volume. Still, I guess it's easier to overwork people till they drop down and then hire new ones, than to pay one extra helping hand.. Disappointing

One of the most arrogant and rude staff I have ever seen in a restaurant. I think that the waitress there wants to be fired, because I won't belive that someone can be so rude over nothing. Just as an example we asked three times for a fork, and the fourth time we asked the waitress she just rolled her eyes up and she snorted. The food is the classic one of every single pizza hut. The place it self was really dirty, i would not reccomend this place to anyone!

I only went here because it was one of the very few food places open on Easter holiday. I think it's cheaper to get food from local places than american franchaises. The quality and preparation isn't the same as in north America plus its slightly on the pricerier side. They tried.

Very nicw placw on thw middwl of the old citiy the center of bukarest. Service was very kind and fast. Food was ok but good for Hut compare to other places in the world .prices was ok . Too much noise from kids with farcans fron the cars and diesel smell.

As an American, I was THRILLED to find a Pizza Hut near our hotel 🥰. We visited on a rainy June Saturday and the restaurant was quite busy. The food was delicious. We received our food promptly. The issue was the lack of from friendliness from wait staff. Our server, Lugu, looked like he would rather be ANYWHERE else. LOL. I watched other servers and observed the same thing. It wasn't a language barrier, as my husband is Romanian. The restaurant has SO much potential. The location is excellent. Maybe they need more help?

The pizzeria is ok, there are enough seats outside. In the summer, the outside ones are quickly occupied, these being few. Prices for pizza are above average, but pasta has good prices. Pizza in general could have a more aromatic taste, not like plain bread. Parking is a problem in the area.

Typical American Restaurant....food is good, not expensive and staff is professional. Cozy place to go.

Very bad service. RACIST waiters. They didnot even take our order. Had to go to kitchen to ask them if they will take the order or should we leave. Gave food after long wait. They didnot give any plate,had to ask for that aswel. Felt so much racism there.

Shocked with the attitude of the staff. Went in (3rd Sep around 7:20 PM) and politely requested if they have a menu card in English. The staff (a tall guy in his late 30’s with glasses) literally shooed me out with a stern ‘NO’. Not realising I was already told off, my wife accidentally asked the same person the same request and this time just short of throwing us out he responded with a wave of his finger - “NO” almost meaning get out. Never had this experience at any Pizza Hut.

It took them almost 2 hours to deliver a pizza and when I got it was way too oily. I really recommend you to buy pizza from any other restaurant chain.

Service is a total 0. Waiters pass by like brakes and no one stops to serve. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come to serve us. The pizza is good, but the impression after the service has deteriorated. In addition, there were not so many people in the pizzeria, and at the same time, the people who came before us served them earlier than us. It was most unpleasant, we didn’t even think of bringing the menu, we had to go up to the counter and ask for it ourselves.

Slow service. Usual Pizza hut taste. Nothing extraordinary But if u are in a hurry I don't recomand this place.

Good pizza, as usual, but service was poor. Order sauce for pizza and the waiter forgets to bring... Ask to another waiter. At the payment give me two bills, one for the food, one with my souce

Pizza Hut is a place where I eventually got the opportunity to eat good pizza. The place is nice, prices quite reasonable, food was good, I didn’t have to wait for a long time for my order.

We got there 4 people and there was no free seating, the waiter got upset and said there was no tablr, after waiting for about 10 minutes we sat down at a table, 10 minutes it took the waiter to come to us to take an order, the pizza arrived quite quickly and was delicious,

This location has a tradition already. Going for a regular meal (american classics) is always an option if you are not in the mood of trying something new. Pizza, burgers and salads along with fresh lemonades and smoothies will quench your hunger for sure. Prices are more than reasonable.

Interior dated, staff not really helpful… just there to ask “what you want”. Food is better in states for sure (dough felt over cooked. Toppings also, very dry) went here for that nostalgic feeling of home but just ate 1/4 of my pizza and left. Accidentally spilled some of my drink and one team member was instantly there to help cleanup. He was great

I am giving one star review even though the food was good and my waiter was EXCELLENT! The attitude of the other servers including manager "Razvan Razvan" as, the manager calls themselves, is HORRIBLE, RUDE & COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL towards the consumer. Dani (my server) did an excellent job and deserves a raise whereas Razvan Razvan and the other rude servers should not be working here anymore!!!

Great place to eat. The staff is great and speaks good English. They cook amazingly. The pasta and the pizza are one of the best I have eaten.

Amazing! The Pizza Hut was a bit slow in making the food, but it was totally worth it. The dough is so crispy, the tomato sauce is amazing, and the cheese is so cheesy and delicious. Also cheap, 24 lei for a small pizza is just amazing. Overall, it was the best Pizza Hut I have been to. P.S. It is also healthier than most Pizza Huts, not a lot of oil and is just perfect.

Excellent hot pizza with cheesy bites. Tasty lemonades. Terrible dry brownie with nice ice cream though. Quick service, nice cozy place, many tables.

Their pan crust still can't be beat in terms of junk food pizza and their service is better than nearly any regular restaurant in Bucharest, which is still decades away from professional eatery management.

The pizza is nice, like any other Pizza Hut restaurant. Close to the city center. The outside terrace is a bit too loud being very close to the street. But I recommend staying inside of the restaurant.

Really bad ppace to eat at, ordered pasta and it came cold and with stuff that i ordered like mushrooms. Its really really bad to eat here, i ordered lemonade and it came without any sugar in it or anything, it was really sour and disgusting. Never eating here again

Stay away from that place ...go only if everything is closed and you are starving to die...bad pizza...if we knew that it's not following what others (pizzas hut ) doing in other countries we wouldn't go for sure.. untasty and full of oill...the oil was dripping down to the floor almost...for the stuff I don't jlhave something to say...I think mostly of Romanians they don't have it with tourism and service...no English no smile impolite...the 3 reasons to go ⬇️⬇️⬇️except if your main target is Romanians...

Loved the food, and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. I like the atmosphere, as it is rustic and also modern. The service was prompt and the waiters were polite and helpful. All in all, a great experience

Bad service, had to wait 30 mins just for drinks.

How it works: You have all you can eat small pizzas for €5 , how it works you order a pizza from the menu and when you finish it you can another one. The catch it the pizzas take 40 mins each time. You have the option of adding a cola for €1.2. Cons: barely any source in the pizza, speed, surly staff. Pros: Price and you are eating in an environment with locals. Overall: how can you complain it’s so cheap.

Terrible service, rude waiter that forgets orders, and is terribly unprofessional to his customers. Dirty bathroom, every time we order something it comes out differently (forgetting ingredients), unsalted food… overall, stay out of this particular place. I wanted my orders without pork because I’m a Muslim and don’t eat it, and I specifically asked for my order to be this way multiple times, and every time he confirmed. And he brought me a full plate of pork pizza, and as hungry as I was I had to wait for another pizza, just to see they didn’t put in all the vegetables that usually go. They were super rude.

The waitress was over worked (very friendly) ... Just too many tables to serve. Took 25 mins for clearing the table and taking the order. Food was not up to the standard. The manager should think of employing additional help.

Bad experience!! Despite the fact the restaurant was almost empty, took ages to give the order (waiter Razvan) . Pizza was good!

They serve the soup at the end of the meal like the dessert. We ordered 2 different kind of soups but they found that they didn't have the one type of soup at the end just when they served it. Terrible service. Avoid them. Don't go there, even outside.
