    My visit yesterday was great. I didn't have a bj card but I was trying to get one so the customer service lady allowed me to shop there. I return today and there was another customer service lady there who appeared to be friendly thus using hand sanitizer after touching people items wasn't a good gesture. If you need to act like everything and everyone is contagious you should be wearing gloves in the first place. Who protecting me from you lady? Yes we're still in a pandemic scare! I understand that "Put on your gloves" while handling people personal items and groceries. We don't want what you might have either. Service Center your job is to create a good environment for the customers. I joined again but I think I want a refund for my membership. I also have a sam club membership and I like spending my money where people treat me well.

    Cheaper than Costco and I see why—the customer service is lacking on multiple levels and part of the Costco cost is the great service. I just left from my first visit here. No one offers to help with anything and even when asked they just shrug. They aren’t proactive at all or even apologetic. No greeting or welcome, just blank stares. Couldn’t get anyone to help take my 2 carts out, and not sure how my items were packaged during checkout but it caused my blueberries to spill out. If it was Costco I know I could’ve gone in and explained and gotten an easy replacement but I didn’t even want to bother here especially since if I’d gotten 60seconds of assistance pushing my carts out, it probably would’ve been prevented. Go ahead and get the $25 year membership online because it isn’t worth the full price of $55 and is barely worth the $25. The only thing they’ve got going over Costco is the location to my house and they take credit cards.

    Hate to give one star! DONT buy on line in Georgia delivery service never showed up after conformation two days in a row then brought a broken tv then didn’t show two more days to pick up BJs cost me a lot of time and money and I still don’t have my refund after hiring someone to take the tv back to the store they took my money off my credit card with in seconds for the purchase didn’t deliver my product in tact or on time and now they are taking forever to refund my card giving me all kind of run around all I wanted was a new tv they ruined everything because now I’m out of money and a tv what kind of racket is this

    Bj's need to hire someone with professionalism and great customer service skills to handle their concerns. The female that worked customer service today around 11:40 am was very rude & disrespectful. I needed to be assisted with a service and she wasn't helpful at all. Very dismissive, nasty, ghetto & rachet!!!!

    This location has far less products than the clubs that I’ve shopped in the Boston area. The customer service is far below expected standards. There are a few employees who are friendly and helpful but there are far more who are rude and lazy. When checking out its worth waiting for a cashier. If you have an issue at self checkout it usually takes too long for assistance. Some of the employees covering will actually ignore the flashing light until you call them over. Yesterday I don’t know where the person covering self checkout was. I had a problem with an item not ringing up and it locked the register until I got help. When someone finally showed up I had to have them void my frozen foods as they had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. I have had enough poor experiences in this location to consider canceling my membership. But I will probably keep it just for the gas station.

    My sister got gas from this place and her Mercedees ended up on the side of the highway on Mother’s Day now it’s in the shop spending serious money to get it fixed. So be careful getting gas from there!!!!!

    Curbside pick up is terrible. You will wait a very long time. Ultimately you may end up going inside to get the order yourself. This has happened to me twice. The reason I tried curbside was because there is usually only 1 line (except self serve lines) open on the inside. Also, double check your curbside order because it is usually wrong or missing an item or two. Also, they often do not answer the phone at this location.

    If you're ghetto and you know it, clap your hands!! Gas station attendant closed the gas station three hours early saying there was an emergency. I asked if the emergency was hers or the store's. The store was still open. I drive to the store to get my curbside order but the curbside parking spaces were filled. I park close enough to them. I wait and the curbside guy finds me and complained he could not find me bc I wasn't parked where I was supposed to be. I apologized that he actually had to work today. While he's loading my car, he blocks someone with a cart that was stuck between his and my video. The curbside guy saw him and wouldn't let him out. I wonder how far Sam's Club is from here!

    Management should be having conversations with their cart guys about the trash in the parking lot. Disgusting. I've been shopping here for 2 months on a biweekly basis and to pull into the parking lot every time at opening and see boxes and trash throughout the parking lot speaks volumes. Fuel station garbage cans are full and some are running over. Women Bathroom is ok.

    I am a local guide giving my review for this business. We came her to get one tire and guess what there was one person work in the tire area. This was so unfair for the associate to do the job by himself , this call manual slavery. I would have close the doors and left, why the supervisor or manager could not get him some help. I want to give him a recommendation on his customer service skills and being patient with the Consumers,who does this to their employees. All consumers need to know about this. What he was doing as one person could give him a heart attack or stroke hot as it is out there today. We appreciate him as a associate, God bless him. To God be the Glory

    Nice and clean place to shop. Staff is helpful. However, make sure you check the bagged items. At times , I found holes in bread bags and rip/cut at the bottom of boxes of the waffle. Last, make sure you have the right amount of eggs in the Styrofoam and cardboard boxes.

    Pros: large quantities, decent prices, cheaper gas, they have a few outdoor items for your home. Cons: No hot food bar, staff isn't very friendly. Carts are inconveniently outside, if you come in through other entrance it's far! They have the foot long Hebrews National beef hotdogs. FYI's: Be prepared to show your receipt when you exit. Box's are available going towards exit. No bags. I only visit here when I need certain items, much rather shop at Sam's.

    I purchased a membership here because they had a special for $20. I saw it in Instagram thinking it was a joke but it was the real deal. I went to the store on a Sunday morning. Customer Service advised they didn't have something to make the membership card but that it was also located in the app. Ok I used a mobile cart and rode around the store. It seemed like the store was smaller than I remembered it in the past. BJ's does not compare to Costco or Sam's but it has what I need. I found some great deals in there that day. I even used the self checkout with no issues

    Arrived @ Tire center around noon,waited 15 min. & was told the guy was out to lunch until 1 pm. I come back & he finally shows up @ 1:15pm, to then be told to wait he has to get the key. Definitely not the 1st time this has happened,only this time around it's very annoying.

    This one star is for the meat department. I was trying to get some meat there and the young men was on the phone call. I made my request and the employee proceeded to cut the meat with one hand and the phone in the other hand. He was really absorbed with his phone conversation. Hopefully he won't end up slicing somethin else than just the meat lol Not to even mention hygiene concerns ... he could be one of these guys surfing on the phone while on the toilet lol Other than that, the store is nice.

    The worst general manager, does not care about how the store is ran/ maintain. Has a terrible attitude and I honestly will not spend my money here again.
