Wow is all I can say. Thank you Google Maps for leading me to this hole in the wall gem. The food service and atmosphere are all phenomenally amazing. Definitely highly recommend this restaurant for an amazing meal. There were no wait times. The food came out beautifully arranged and delicious. The service is awesome smiling faces. A good place for a family feel.

I had to do my review of this place before I even left the restaurant it was THAT good! The service was fantastic, our server was very nice and extremely knowledgeable of the menu! The menu is huge and they have a ton to choose from! I ordered the chicken plate. It came with a chicken pita sandwich, a Greek salad, and french fries. For what you got I think the $14.99 price was very reasonable. Their portions are HUGE so come hungry! Everything I got was absolutely DELICIOUS! The chicken was seasoned very nicely, full of flavor. The tzaziki sauce was a WIN! Finally, a restaurant that does it justice! The taste was spot on and consistency was perfect! The french fries were thin and crispy, my favorite, very scrumptious! The salad was fresh and the dressing was very tasty! From start to finish we had an amazing experience! It was such a breath of fresh air! I will DEFINITELY be back ! All of the staff was very nice, the server, the woman in charge of cleaning the dining room, the owner. All very nice. We didn't realize that they closed at 2 and was trying to rush out and they were very patient with us and didn't rush us at all!

Opaaa.. what an amazing find for breakfast on my way from Knoxville to Nashville! From the moment you walk in the door you know you have found a very special place! Simple old school decor with a super friendly hostess to greet you, followed by equally friendly wait staff and the owner! The place is clean, accommodating, and the food was fantastic! I ordered a custom omelette with sausage peppers and onions as well as home fried potatoes smothered in onions and a side of sausage gravy. What a delicious surprise! The omelette was large and stuffed with a generous amount of sausage peppers onions served with a mountain of home fries and onions right next to it. All was fresh and absolutely delicious. Sausage gravy was on point as well as my large glass of very tasty orange juice! If you are anywhere in the Cookeville Tennessee area I strongly suggest you plan to have breakfast at the Bravo Cafe! Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in this delicious experience!..look at ALL the pictures I posted with this review :-)

We had a large group that stopped by after church on Sunday. A few of us got the chicken Riviera. This has to be a top 3 dish I've ever eaten. Absolutely fantastic and a huge portion! Chef salad was also huge and very good. We got spinach pies as an app - also delicious. Baklava to go was spot on! Service was outstanding. My new favorite restaurant in Cookeville!

Not a bad little dinner. A little dated on the inside but not dirty. We had breakfast on a not to busy Saturday morning. The one complaint I have is the parking. Didn't know if we could park in the store front next door (the signs say parking only for that building). The food came out rather fast and was hot. I had the french toast and the girls had the pancakes. Both were good. The potatoes was excellent. Would recommend breakfast for sure. Simple menu and efficient service. Would go back.

One of our favorite restaurants in Cookeville. The food is always delicious and the service is fast. The French toast is unlike any I've had at any other restaurant. The portions are generous and we nearly always have enough to take home for another meal or two.

This is by no means a fancy restaurant. It's an honest diner with large portions of good food at a decent price. Service is attentive. Lots of regulars in attendance will tell you how good Bravo is. Chicken croquettes are a throwback gem. Find it. Try it.

This restaurant has perfected food. We left happy happy happy. My toddler got the biggest pancake I have ever seen. I got the tuna platter and a side of Cucumber salad. I can tell you it was fresh and clean and delicious. My husband had the chicken parm sandwich and potato salad. He said it was fantastic. And my ther daughter had bacon, sausage, and eggs all cooked perfectly. We will absolutely be back. The owner is a very sweet woman and her staff is very accommodating, informative, and kind. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We tried this for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. We got the big appetizer and the spinach pies were so good. My husband got the salmon (lox) omelet, wonderful. I got the chicken on a pita, great! Service was great. Will definitely return.

Came from out of town. If that’s Tennessee French toast I’m good. Sausage was pretty good. Waitress was good. People staring. Maybe it’s cause my kids were the only sun kissed ones in the place. And pretty sure dude over charged me. Get me outta this town!

We stopped here to eat before going to visit Burgess Falls! The food was amazing, and the coffee too! I had the veggie omelet with feta cheese! Worth the stop! Thank you for excellent service! 🙏🏻

We had spent the night at the hospital close by. Hadn’t had a hot meal. We’d never been here before but it was close so we stopped in. It’s your classic southern diner/cafe. We had breakfast. Me and my wife both got French toast. We both could have split my order of 3 slices. It was SO big and fluffy. Great French toast. Also had some bacon. Thin but great flavor. They have your typical diner food. From what I gather it’s all made to order and fresh. Great atmosphere, prices and food!

This place is really good. I don’t know what else to say about it. We stopped in during a trip to Burgess and Cummins Falls and it was wonderful. Food was awesome, service was amazing.

My fiancee and I were looking for somewhere new to try, and we'd seen a billboard before for this place and decided to give it a try. What a hidden gem!! He had the Chicken Athena and I had the open faced roast beef. Both were delicious and well worth the price. Their sweet tea is also very good and not SO sweet that you're afraid your teeth will fall out immediately. 100% will be back, especially for the breakfast because I LOVE a good breakfast, and for the Greek foods.

I met up with family here this morning at Bravo’s Cafe and Grill. The atmosphere was great, service was so engaging and on point, the food was great tasting and they offered lots of specials. I ordered the Lox eggs with grits. I’d recommend anyone to go here for any meal if you are in Cookeville.

Most of the breakfast was decent however their potatoes are absolutely horrible. They need to stop putting in the orange spice and put in some butter and crisp them up..

This was my first visit and it will not be my last. The atmosphere was inviting and friendly and the food was excellent. I had a Philly cheese steak and the stick was so tender I barely had to do it my companions loved it as well actually they had been there earlier for breakfast also so two visits in one day that speaks volumes.

We stopped by the cafe before heading to Burgess Falls. Wow… this place was so good! The customer service deserves all the stars and the food was delicious. I was so excited about them serving breakfast all day. I got an egg wrap that was huge and it hit the spot. The others with me got the French dip and loved it and a double burger. They don’t use frozen meat for the french dip or burgers. Next time we are in town, we are 100% going back. Thanks for having us!

Great locally owned diner, offers home cooking and lots of Greek options, too. Stopped in for breakfast recently, ordered a combo with eggs, corned beef hash, fried potatoes, sausage gravy and toast (as I prefer toast to biscuits). My eggs were cooked well..but honestly if you can't cook eggs you shouldn't be offering breakfast, am I right? The hash and potatoes were both on the dry side for my liking, but the potatoes are always that way and people rave about this place so maybe it's just a personal preference thing, I don't know. The hash did have a decent flavor and was not from a can.The sausage gravy was very good...great flavor and not too thick, not too runny. My friend had a BLT and declared it 'the best one they'd ever had.' Server was very sweet and friendly, coming back to check on us a few times, even during a busy morning rush. Bravo has a warm, down home atmosphere and a good variety of offerings; always a solid choice.
