My family used to eat here once a week to get a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. The last 3 times in a row they have forgot the pepperoni and added it after the fact. This results in clearly limp pepperoni and the cheese cooked underneath it. The previous 2 times we just accepted this but this last time I brought it to their attention. To make a long story short, the MANAGER outright lied saying that the pepperoni had been cooked on the pizza even though it was clearly like the others. They offered to remake the pizza and amazingly enough the pizza turns out like you expect with crispy pepperonis and a circle of sauce is all that is left behind when picking them off. While the second pizza came out like it should and great as expected, it is the blatant lie that they cooked it the same as the other pizza that made me write this. 3 strikes and you are out. Was nice going while service was decent...

The old lady at the front with the brown curly hair needs to be fired asap! She has a terrible attitude and she's rude and tried telling my kids what to do and was rude to them about making up their mind and was getting ill because we was taking some extra time figuring out what we wanted to eat. If she hates her job that bad she needs to find a different one where she dont have to work in customer service.

If you’re dining at this location for ceiling viewing pleasure, you may be disappointed; however, the cuisine is immaculate! The ceilings are the equivalent of a public high school and could easily give the wrong person a ptsd episode. Aside from that though, I definitely recommend the Cookeville Fazoli’s for a nice dining experience as long as you keep your eyes down!

All the staff was hanging out in the dinner room area upon arrival. It felt like we were interrupting them to order. The worker who rang me up called me baby at least 6 times. After we ordered the food was brought out quickly and it was fresh. Our table was sticky. Your arms and anything paper would stick to the table. We tried to move tables thinking it was just ours, but nope it was all of them. As we were eating the staff was sitting in the dinning room talking bad about customers.

I ordered the family meal and it was worth the money. The pizza was really good. The pasta was good also.

I ordered through the drive through a few months ago. When I got home, there was no chicken in the chicken parmigiana. I spoke to Keith, the general manager and explained what happened. He promptly mailed me a gift certificate for another chicken parm and 6 breadsticks. I went by last night and Angel took my order. She made sure my order was perfect and also gave me a piece of chocolate cheesecake! I do appreciate both Keith & Angel for taking care of us! We love Fazoli’s!

Bread sticks were great, but my lasagna was possibly the worst I've had. My wife's Alfredo was ok. Given the higher prices here now, I would just pay a few dollars more for Olive Garden.

Had a great visit to Fazoli's. Got the baked lasagna and the triple chocolate cheesecake, which were both delicious. I didn't get the lady's name behind the counter but she was fast, efficient, and friendly. She stopped by the table to see if I needed anything and even chatted for a minute or two. Not your usual "fast food" experience. I was very impressed.

My first visit to Fazoli’s . Personal had an attitude because the card machine was confusing. Ordered food came fast bread sticks were very good. My food had hair literally all thru it. Returned and girl at front said weird everyone here has short hair. Her hair and another girls hair more than long enough. Mine short and gray. Long dark hair in food. Had to ask for refund. And no I didn’t eat everything and then complain. I left hungry.

Nice little restaurant with a large menu of italian food choices. The food is always good, hot & Fresh! Employees are always polite and professional! Clean restrooms, large parking lot & handicap accessible. Good place to bring your family!

First time at this location. Both of us got Ziti. Pasta was way undercooked. I understand al dente but pasta was just chewy. Angel working the register had the personality of a rabid rattlesnake. She was so mean and rude to the people in front of us that we were afraid to order. She needs to be reassigned to the kitchen away from customers.

The best thing is the guy they have managing it! Didn't catch his name, but he is about the best and most friendly person I have dealt with in a restaurant. Dec 13 about 9:30. Thanks!

Service and food quality were great. Only drawback is price. Fazolis used to be reasonably priced. Not as much value. I do like that meals are served on real plates now especially my baked sampler platter.

It was just ok. The best thing about the visit were the employees. No joke best bunch of people I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Every single person was smiling, helpful (to the employees AND each other, and most importantly, sincere in their actions. That's the entire reason for the 4 stars. So thank you to the group in Cookeville, Tennessee. You are top notch!!

Fazoli's is the best, almost always had good rewards and coupons in the app. Staff at Cookeville location (5901) are always amazing. Meagan helped us this last time and was the best.

This fast Italian restaurant is so good and filling. Meagan was great. A good first impression, very casual great place if you have kids.

The food was good, although pricy for the portions I got. The restaurant was dead during lunch time. Usually not a good sign, but the food was surprisingly good despite being a tad expensive. The service wasn't fantastic, but was passable for fast food. Because it was dead, I'm guessing, there were several tables with dishes left on it. Again, the place was basically empty. If you don't have the money to go to olive garden but want some decent Italian, it's a fine place to go. I wouldn't rave about it, but I would return if I was in the area.

Food was great as always. The service at the drive thru was great too! But the tea was absolutely DISGUSTING! This is twice now that we’ve gotten tea and it’s been fermented/sour. If not for the bad tea they would’ve gotten 5 stars.
