One of the worst mistakes I have ever made is to eat here. Staff is friendly and polite, but my problem with this place is the horrendous sanitary conditions. The kitchen in the main dinner area is atrocious. The main eating dinning area disgusting!!!! Carpet and floor mats are completely filthy. Floors are so greasy you can easily fall or twist your ankles. Around the trash area there are tubes full of brown water that I have no idea what they are for and why they are placed there. The smell of trash coming from the back kitchen is also unbearable. It make you want to vomit !! The crazy thing is that not one customer sees any of this. Everyone coming is unfazed of the horrible atmosphere. It's shocking!!!!

Edit: Dropped from 5 Stars to 2 Stars as this location chose to not honor a Nationwide deal/coupon from the Cici's website. Pizza was still decent, but won't make the mistake of visiting here again. Edit #2: Place has gone completely downhill. Quality is terrible and the restaurant and facilities were disgusting. Cheap enough to take the whole family, good enough for everyone to enjoy it. Best pizzas up there is the spinach and the Alfredo with white sauce.

I have only been to this location a few times and it will probably be my last. This location is constantly giving me a stomach ache every time I eat here and everything is always dirty and smells like mildew and the food most of the time seems like its been sitting for a long time. It just needs alot of work done to the place for it to be acceptable to eat at. Edit:::: it's been a very long time since the last time I was at this location and I just went today and yes it is a bit cleaner than the last time inwas here but it still needs alot more work but I just watched an employee take a rag and wipe the soda counter down and then the trash can area and then he proceeded to use the same rag and wipe the tables down. I never wanted to barf so bad.....completely unsanitary! YUCK 🤮

We have been coming her for a long time. I think it's gone through some management changes. In the past it was fantastic. They would make you fresh pizza to order and we're SO friendly. The last few times has been rough. They aren't cheap but we like to just let the kids play and enjoy kind of a date. This last time, the floors were a wreck, so much trash. One employee was busy sweeping but I was standing at the pizza bar and she literally was sweeping it onto my feet. Kind of gross and plus all that dust so close to the food didn't seem right. They only had two employees so I understand but when we were just being starred at the whole time made us not want to come back.

I love CiCis, but everytime I go their buffet is never stocked. I know you can order your own personal pizza and all, but I want a variety when I go, ya know? It is delicious though. The Buffalo chicken is fire. 🤤 I also thought kids under a certain age ate free. I paid 5.99 for my 3 year old to eat like 2 slices of pizza. 🤣

People should be glad that there is still a restaurant that is serving food at the price that CiCi's does. In the present economical state it is unusual that the prices have not went up a lot. Some people will complain no matter what. I personally have been going to this restaurant often for 15 years. The staff is always friendly, very few negative issues with staff in those 15 years. The food is good. Do they have days that are better than others, sure they do, all restaurants do. If one day is not the greatest there will be another visit that will make up for it. Think about the price and realize we do not have any other restaurants that you can eat all you can eat for the price of CiCi's. I say, thanks to the owner for staying even in times that it might have been difficult to keep the doors open. Blessings!!

Took pizza and garlic bread home. While eating garlic bread, I bit into something hard. After taking it out of my mouth, I realized I had bitten into a child's tooth. A tooth! It had plaque build-up, a cavity on the side, and a bit of bloody flesh still attached to it. I've never been so disgusted in my entire life!

Absolutely disgusting & filthy. Small flies near drink station. Every surface was unclean. Will not be back. Ever. Food was ok but didn't eat much due to nasty environment. Was there with an elderly friend or would've left after asking for a refund. Friend used bathroom & said floor was very slippery. Just NO.

Manager/ supervisor was amazing...his team was amazing. We don't get service like this very often. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. Buffet was so fresh and best of any Cicis we have EVER been to. 15 second greet upon entry- requested pizza was on the bar 8 minutes after we sat down....this guy knows what he is doing. Five stars

I have never written a bad review anywhere before. First, the guy who rang us up handed us our glasses and they were all dirty. I mean, they clearly had food stuck on them. No prob. I handed them back and just asked for new ones. Not so terrible, right? Except I watched him put the dirty ones right back on the stack for future customers. There was hardly any pizza out for their buffet. The floor was completely drenched and dangerously flooded outside the bathrooms, coming from their kitchen. My mother (84) and I both almost fell. On top of that, the place was so cold, we were all freezing. Even a gentleman at another table said he had to put his jacket back on because it was so cold. We should’ve just gotten a refund and left after what we saw with the plastic cups. All three of us ended up with stomach aches tonight. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I do not recommend and will not go back.

For a buffet and for the price, the pizza here is really good. Their crust is a lot better than the last time I had Ci-Ci’s too. It has a buttery flavor to it. The area around the soda fountain could be cleaned up better though.

The cook is very friendly! The restaurant looks great. Cleanliness is not that great. But we had a great time and felt at home.

We were hoping they would have put out the hot honey pizza but they didn't during our stay even though we requested it. Food was still good and place was clean. We will go back.

We was greeted by a friendly worker. The food was ok but the place could use some cleaning. Was excited to go to it but overall kinda disappointed. Not like the one we had back home.

Good food and atmosphere sorta wish the brownies weren’t crunchy and a little off tasting, but everything else was great and the kids loved their visit!

Pizza was really good. But you could tell no one was going out on the floor and wiping down the tables and booths other than that it's a good place to eat and easy on the wallet for a family of 5

The manager seemed to be the only person working when we came in. He was extra friendly and asked what special pizzas we wanted. He mentioned that we had just missed the big lunch rush with lots of kids out of school for spring break. I used the bathroom which smelled very bad. Every surface was dirty. The side of the restaurant closest to the bathroom smelled so bad that we had to move to the front. The floors and windows were filthy. None of the tables looked clean. The plates and silverware were dirty. I had to search for clean ones. The bar area looked fairly clean and the food was typical CC's quality. The manager seemed to be keeping up with the small amount of customers who were there. As we were leaving, 8-10 more customers started coming in and it looked like another employee clocked in but she just stood behind the counter. No one ever wiped any tables or swept the floor or cleaned anything.

The employees are friendly and they seem to have great attitudes. The pizza is about what you would expect, the buffet is just okay but carry out pizzas made to order are actually pretty good. The restaurant itself seems kind of run down and the arcade section is small and mostly out of order.

All I can say is the pizza was more or less edible. The place was filthy, smelled bad and couldn't find a clean table. All the pizza I got from the buffet was old and the crust was very tough and chewy. Definitely won't be back soon

The woman working greeted us quickly & was so pleasant. The salad was fresh,. The pizza was good (cheese). Quite except when the kids started playing something in the game room.

There were small pieces of food on the floor in front of the buffet line. Napkins on the floor different places. The music was quit loud. My daughter and granddaughter were with me from Ohio. First time they had been to a Cicis. They weren't impressed. The pizzas that were out when we got there weren't hot, but later on hot ones were brought out. The cinnamon rolls were really good.

I eat here on a regularly basis.I have been in twice this week.I went Sunday and today.Nichole the woman working the register and out front went above and beyond.Very customer oriented.Great customer service. Great attitude and very friendly!!!It is very rare now days you go into a restaurant and actually have someone "care".When she wasn't working register she was wiping things down and making sure everything was cleaned, even the buffet bar. Keep up the good work.

Everything on bar was old, not fresh, salad tastes like a bag, pizza was hard, desserts were too hard on edges to even eat. For a Friday evening you'd think they'd have lots of hot fresh choices, nope. Sad because it was a good place to eat. Girl taking money barely said hi to me after I walked in and said hello first. Quality and service very poor.

Cici's have definitely stepped up the pizza game. It was much better than it was the last time I was there. My only issue is they couldn't keep up with having pizza out on the buffet.. short staffed I'm guessing. And the salad bar toppings really need to be chopped into smaller pieces.. just my opinion.. but over all it was pretty good.. well worth the money! Pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls are amazing!!!
