I’d say honestly the best Schlotzsky’s in the area for sure. I dined in and ordered a large Turkey. avocado 🥑 sandwich with their delicious and proverbial sour dough bread & added some bacon which I always recommend. A very VERY nice staff and they’re attentive to customers, pristinely clean( as seen in the photo & including bathroom), & the food was delicious and it had perfect portions. I thought i would stop through the drive thru after being in Fredericksburg all day for something quick. I ordered a simple small turkey and quac with no tomatos and what i got was a warm spicy chicken with only lettuce mayo nothing else. I was so irritated and hungry i left only to have to add more to it when i got home and you can't even make out but a little on the receipt. This location is horrible and thought i would try again, but sadly i will be going to other locations. I hope this location gets their act together. Thanks for making my long day worse..

I spent 35 dollars for two giant Albuquerque turkey sandwiches and one bag of salt and vinegar chips. There was only one other patron, not busy. They gave me two uncut sandwiches with lettuce, meat, cheese and bacon. Nothing else. Based on other reviews recently posted,this seems common at this location. I would recommend going elsewhere if expect to get what you paid for.

What did I pay $14 for. There's like 2 bites to this soup, and mostly lettuce on my sandwich. Y'all could have filled the cup all the way up for how much I paid.

What kind of person owns a restaurant and doesn't care how the customers are treated? The owner of this place obviously. There are reviews on here from years ago mentioning how rude the workers were and they still are. The last time I went here I walked in to get my order that I had ordered online. There were atleast 3 women standing behind the counter doing nothing but talking to each other. Noone said a word to me. The time before that the woman that took my order in the drive thru was rude and acted annoyed that I was there. Today I called to ask a question and a woman answered the phone and said to hold. She never came back to the phone, but I overheard her talking rudely about a customer. Go to another branch if you really want the food, there is one in Killeen. Not worth dealing with the rude workers at this one

I love their sandwiches. But every time I go it’s like a little bit of meat on the sandwich. I went there yesterday and ordered a medium roast beef and cheese and when I opened it it was mainly full of lettuce and hardly any meat on the sandwich and I think that’s the second time that has happened. I really love their sandwiches but I don’t want to pay $13 for a medium sandwich filled with lettuce and barely any meat. This is the old is Schlotzsky’s that I’m having that problem with the other ones half perfect portions. Still a great place to eat

Ordered 2 medium sandwiches this afternoon. The manager is on the phone arguing loudly with a family member. Very disturbing and rude. I was concerned my sandwiches were not being prepared correctly without PORK products. Won't be back. Just close this place down. When I walked into the shop NO one was around...had to raddle a baking sheet against a wire shelf for some one to come out .

This is the first time I've been to schlotzsky's. the sandwich was amazing, very well made. Definitely a very freshly made sandwich, And excellent bread. I did go there just after the lunch rush,and the store was in poor shape. food and trash on the floor, and the employee who came to the windows had a very Dirty shirt. Like they were wiping their hands on it instead of using a hand towel.

Literally nothing but onions tomatoes and lettuce even when I asked for no onion but most of all how do you forget the meat?

Terrible service. Lost our order, then instead if apologizing, we're totally rude about it. Also, it's unsanitary. Horrible place.

This food is horrific I am disgusted of how the food taste like burnt floors. The sandwiches always smell weird or spoiled and the calzones. The Cinnabon was stale and old. Dont go here.

Had a garden salad and they only put the salad . Forgot everything else I call the manager said what do you want me to do. I requested my money back after I spend 40 dollar in there.

I'm not typically a Schlotzsky fan but very impressed with the service here. We were nicely greeted when we arrived (and left), the cashier helped provide the best price structure for our mixed order, the place was very clean (to include the restrooms), and the food was good. I'm sure we will be returning again.

I enjoyed the food which was fresh and you can see that the food was made with respect for quality. Not just slapped together as in some Burger joints. Very friendly staff greeting upon arrival and leaving. And the restaurant was very clean. I recommend for a good quick experience for lunch.

We waited at 20 minutes after we ordered our food in the drive-through. There was no cars in front of us, so I don't understand why it took sooooooo long.

It's sad manager's don't know how to update their own systems. Been out of menu items for months to lazy to update and you have to call over and over again to get anyone to answer.

I always go through the drive thru and order my favorite Fiesta chicken sandwich. They have been friendly and courteous. There was a mix-up with my order, and the guy that delivered it to me apologized and thanked me for my patience. They even added a cookie to my order. I really appreciated that!

Im really biased when it comes to schlotzskys because ive always loved it. These sandwiches are great. Theres a huge variety of options as well. When all else fails, go for the original.

Don't go here. Didn't give me half my food and when I promptly called for a refund he said sure. But when I came back for my money he tried 2 give me Cinnabons instead. Wack. And the food has gone downhill so won't ever go back, I'll Learn how to bake sourdough bread first.

My wife was so kind to stop and grab me some lunch. When she came home she was frustrated due to how the girl taking the order was not so friendly. I specifically told my wife what i wanted . Nothing complicated the basic turkey bacon smokey cheesy. Texted it to her. She showed the text to the girl and they still got the order wrong. Schlotzsky's is one of my favorite places to eat so the sandwich was still good but definitely not what i was craving or expecting. For the life of me I don't understand how such a simple order gets screwed up. I quit going to sonic all together due to that.. I don't care how hood the food is if the customer service sucks then its not worth it.

Staff was amazing today, food was fresh as usual. And love the fact they offer Gluten free Bread for my wife.

Great place to grab lunch. Quiet enough to have a working lunch. Clean environment, polite staff and quick service.

Everytime we go here it tastes great, the service is fast and friendly, the order is always correct, and the price is reasonable. I love it!
