Horrible,
Unorganized,
and
Uncaring
customer
service
&
staff.
It’s
truly
disturbing.
My
phone
call
consultation
for
the
iud
was
Jan
2nd
at
2pm,
the
doctor
ended
up
calling
me
at
2:40pm
and
I
missed
the
call
by
two
minutes
and
immediately
called
back
multiple
times,
they
didn’t
pick
up.
I
then
left
a
voicemail
and
no
one
got
back
to
me.
Then
I
called
them
a
week
later,
last
Thursday
and
they
apologized
for
that
and
said
they
will
book
me
a
new
phone
call
appointment
on
Friday
at
3:50pm.
The
doctor
didn’t
call
me
at
all
and
when
I
called
the
clinic
to
find
out
what
happened
it
turns
out
the
clinic
is
closed.
Then
the
weekend
comes
and
today
was
supposed
to
be
my
iud
insertion,
except
I
can’t
come
if
I
have
not
done
the
consultation.
I
explain
what
happened
to
the
receptionist
and
she
kept
on
interrupting
me
and
insisting
it’s
my
fault.
Then
I
asked
her
if
she
could
just
give
me
a
moment
and
listen
so
she
can
understand
where
I’m
coming
from.
She
then
accuses
me
of
verbally
abusing
her,
i
didn’t
cuss
at
her
or
insult
her
at
all!
Matter
fact
my
tone
was
very
calm
considering
the
situation
and
how
unorganized
they
are.
She
then
went
on
to
cancel
my
appointment
and
I
asked
her
many
times
if
I
will
get
charged
no
show
fee
and
she
said
it’s
up
to
the
doctor,
she
put
me
on
hold
and
when
she
returned
she
informed
me
that
she
spoke
to
the
doctor
they
will
send
my
referral
back
to
my
doctor,
still
not
telling
me
anything
about
the
no
show
fee
even
after
she
spoke
to
the
doctor.
She
then
rudely
hung
up
the
phone
and
I
called
back
to
confirm
I
won’t
be
charged
for
something
that
was
essentially
out
of
my
control.
The
other
receptionist
picks
up
and
basically
tells
me
“my
college
has
already
helped
you”
Even
when
I
only
called
back
to
find
out
about
the
no
show
fee,
something
she
didn’t
help
me
with.

before
the
owner
try’s
to
respond
to
this
review,
firstly
I
do
exist
as
a
patient
and
I’m
making
a
review
on
a
different
email.
Secondly
don’t
try
to
accuse
me
of
lying
because
the
phone
calls
are
recorded
and
I
have
call
logs
that
back
up
everything
I’ve
said.
Thirdly,
and
I
mean
this
with
complete
respect,
hire
better
staff.
This
is
a
medical
practice.
Patients
shouldn’t
be
made
to
feel
the
way
I
felt
with
this
whole
experience.

don’t
know
if
that’s
how
you
spell
their
name)
