DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INSULTED!! The atmosphere inside was great. Music was R&B. There was a DJ. Bartenders were really nice. But later I Had a TERRIBLE experience with Security outside, 😤 One of the bouncers, light skinned with Curly hair was very vulgar and verbally abusive, only because I left the venue to pick up my girlfriend and come back. He didn’t want to tap me down multiple times. He threatened to not let me and my girlfriend inside the venue, had an augmented sense of authority and egoism, it almost escalated to a physical brawl. Thankfully a tall black gentleman, other security outside (who spoke some creole) was there to diffuse the situation, and was far more calm and very respectful. I’m NEVER coming back. I’m telling EVERYONE I meet not to go there unless they want to be insulted by the so called “security” outside.

$38 for 2 regular whiskey sours.. I’m pretty sure the bartender stole from me. Who charges an extra $4 for sour mix when the cocktail already comes with SOUR. Main bar 05/24/23 Tuesday night. Been coming here for over 5 years, I would really appreciate management reaching out and clarifying.

We returned to this bar recently on a Sunday afternoon after several years. They have changed the layout a little bit: there is a DJ station and a dance floor where the door to the outdoor patio used to be (not sure if they still have the patio). The atmosphere however is still the same. The place consists in just one big room with booths on the sides and a big bar in the center; it’s dark with reddish lights which make it very relaxing (well, during the day: I’m sure it’s a different story at night). I was also glad to see that they still can make great strong drinks! Both the bouncer at the door and the bartenders were friendly, and their prices are decent. The only negative part is that they are located in the heart of Miami Downtown, which is very busy and crowded every day at all times and has very limited parking: luckily there is a garage just nearby.

Went on a Wednesday. Paid no cover to get in. Not sure if there is cover on the other days. It was a bit dead (but it's a Wednesday) so it was understandable. Either ways the music was mostly Spanish and hip-hop. The drinks were about $15ish. The bouncers were really nice. I would definitely check this place out again on a Friday or Saturday!

Super dope. The entrance is an intimate bar scene with a small dance floor but you head towards the back and will find a small walkway to a bigger lounge for a nightclub experience. Definitely a hole in the wall that’s well worth it. Recommend 10/10

Good old BLACK BIRD ORDINARY. When I say we came here our 1st night in Miami and had a BLAST!! They have 2 separate sides. The first side was chill..get your first drink and talk the talk with people. But that 2nd side babyyy..it was LIT over there. Smoke coming from out the walls, lights flashing, and the BEST VIBE ever. They do card heavily so do not forget your ID. It was the best night I had in Miami. I had an electric fan that lit up with me that everyone was raving about. It was so hot I was sharing it with strangers lol Everyone was so friendly. The drinks weren't too expensive..it was the service fee charge that was high but you are in Miami😄They don't close until 4am so be ready to PARTY!!!

Blackbird is always one of my favorite places to go. Not just on the weekends, but ladies' night on a Tuesday is a vibe. They also did a little renovation recently this year in the back part of the club by making more VIP booths, which I love to get when it's a special occasion or when I'm just feeling boujie lol. The music selection usually never disappoints, and the drinks are always made with extra love. I like the front room that has some booths, a good sized bar area, a DJ and colorful dance floor, but my favorite is the larger back room. It has a glass ceiling, VIP tables, bar and another DJ booth playing different music. I always have the best time dancing my a$$ off with my people. This is a must stop spot when visiting or when you locals need a great spot with a variety of music.

Finally a not overly pretentious bar in the heart of brickle AND it's affordable 🤭 who would've thought? Black bird is Great for happy hours, weekend dancing ( they have a club on the backside open weekends only) and just overall board game hangs. New Orleans vibes in Miami. Which we very much needed . We miss Nola.

I visited Blackbird Ordinary on a Thursday night. It was a pleasant experience. The security will pat you down for the safety of everybody. Once you get in, it’s pretty dark but the music is fantastic. We were promptly taken care of by the bartender which was great. It’s not a ripoff at all, around $12 for a Jack n Cola. You can’t beat it in Miami. Awesome place, I’ll be back!

Went twice this week and failed to disappoint. Cool vibe, great prices for the area, staff are very friendly and professional.

On our trip to Miami Florida we were looking for a hang out spot to drink a couple and enjoy some music…. Most places we encounter was younger spots so we continued to look and after our thirteenth bar we can across a bar called The Blackbird Ordinary…: I’m going to tell you this place was bomb…. And the hot dogs were perfect…..

Six the bartender was amazing. Had wonderful service. The DJ was really good. I think he was holding back a bit but still had a great time. Six is very attentive so I’d order from him if he’s in.

If I could rate zero, I would; security & bouncers have no customer skills. Born before them but know better customer skills as to answer a question when a customer is asking, If you are born and raised in Miami, "what are you doing here?" so much better clubs and service, you should know better. If you are new town or in for a trip I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay OUT. find somewhere somewhere else.

The place is spacious and has renovated since I was here last very open and divided to 2 rooms. Very lowkey and also a bar/ club atmosphere. In brickell area worth a walk in.

I went here with friends on Saturday night and it was a cool vibe. I got the signature drink (The Blackbird) and it was very refreshing. We also had green tea shots that were made to perfection. The music was cool and something to vibe to but I just know that once in there gets full it’ll be VERY hard to get served and they also have happy hour on Tuesday’s from 10pm to 1am.

This is pretty much the perfect club! Yesterday we got a Table and all the people that worked there were extremely professional and attentive with us. The Star that is missing is bc of the DJ, it wasn’t that bad, but he should really listen to the ppl requests, and be flexible. We were missing a lil bit of reggaetón and he would refuse to change his playlist and play Bad Bunny. Even tho everyone would scream and get hyped when one of his songs played… But all in all I love the place, Pero hace falta mas perreo!!!

Great place to get some good cocktails and has good music. There is also a bigger back bar area that only opens later in the night and the music is different both inside and out. The booths in the inside bar don’t require reservation or anything and are first come first serve - no minimum spend either which is great because you can just chill and hangout.

Best places in Brickell, Miami, to spend a fun night with friends. It has two rooms with varied and current music. It is spacious and affordable.

The DJ in the back room was excellent. Played some of the best pop and rap of the 00s and 2010s. It felt so nostalgic. He also played some more modern reggaeton. The first room has a big, spacious bar that I like. The back room is large with high ceilings and windows all across the ceiling.

Honestly the vibe of this club is top tier. The music is lit and the DJs know how to keep the party going. I give them two stars though because the drinks are WEAK! Weak and expensive for no reason. I don’t mind spending the money, but it has to be worth it. I got drinks that were considered strong containing two or more liquors and it was still weak. Might I add, I’m a LIGHTWEIGHT drinker. It doesn’t take too much for me to feel tipsy & I had three of their drinks and felt absolutely nothing. Also, the bartenders have attitudes. You’re already receiving a 18% auto gratuity and I tip on top of that and still get attitude. Idk I’m conflicted on coming back here tbh, but overall I had a decent time.

This bar is fun in its own little way. I love the hours,music, and no cover charge. However, they charge you tip within the bill called service charge. So I ended up tipping 18 percent plus 20 percent because I was not paying attention (my fault but I won't be making that mistake agian). I noticed this a week later when I actually looked at the receipt. Doing this is not very customer freindly. Hence why they don't have 5 stars.

Second time coming here and I love this place. Reminds me a lot of Tao New York but the customer service is that of a local place (in the best way possible). Emilee our bartender was super attentive, sweet, and made some amazing cocktails! Can’t wait for the next girls night!

This venue had two distinct areas. The first is a more lounge/bar vibe and had some great throwback music. The other attached space was definitely geared more towards the dancing crowd. Either way, the place was very good, I just wish it had more people.

Ladiesssssss night!! Women drink free and no cover from 11:00pm-1:00am, what a great deal!! Don't be fooled, there's a small dancer floor and dj by the bar but a much larger dance floor around the corner!

First I was scared cause I never been to a club, but when I went inside it was a different story. I felt comfortable, someone attend to us immediately, everyone was minding there own business, I enjoy every bit of my time , being from another country an trying to adapt it here. The music was great , we even requested Jamaican music which was granted ,never let until almost closing time I will definitely go back.

Pretty good club, atmosphere was great, cleanliness was good. The overall vibes are great here. One of the best clubs I’ve been to so far. Me and friends came here to have a good time and grab some drinks and had a great time together. Would come back here again for another night out in Miami.

Been on Sunday and Saturday nights Saturday is the night- two parts to the bar/ club . Sunday was less packed I would consider this a club but maybe it’s a bar idk It got SUPER RAM PACKED on Saturday night. Music was good, people dancing having a good time! There is a lot of vibes No cover charge Maybe $8 /beer Crowd is more rough though , all types of people People were smoking/ vaping in there which I don’t like No need to wear heels - wear comfy shoes because you will be standing- nowhere really to sit Enclosed area I didn’t like how packed it was and the smoking and the rough crowd It’s a good place if you looking for that type of vibe where no one cares More genuine less uppity people here though , Met some cool kind people Not a profiling stand up look cute place

If you're into disco balls and discount funk, this might be the place for you. Relaxed and casual, which is refreshing for the area it's in. Friendly bar staff and good drinks. Decent happy hour too. After around 9pm the tables are reserved for table service but you can still sit at the bar.

Good drinks, pretty uninterested and inattentive staff. It’s weird, they take your ID to open a tab. Also watch your bill - I got charged for drinks I didn’t order. Also they automatically add 18% tip for any bill over $25.

Good music and drinks...no food available,but the cuban spot around the corner allowed to bring in. Fun spot.

Really cool place to go to on the weekend. We reserved a table for $100 and you can do either bottle service or just regular service. There are two areas with different music playing. Both had a good vibe. Liked it here a lot.

Amazing vibe!! The entrance bar was playing one style of music and the other side was playing another it was like going to two different clubs at the same time (none of the music bleeding through from room to room , everyone could enjoy their own musical preference offered)

I haven’t been to blackbird in years but my friends n I decided to go for the bar crawl.. we literally had a great time! the dj that was playing during the day time was amazing, had the whole crowd dancing n just having a blast.. I would definitely be coming back!

I went yesterday to this place with my friends to spend one of their birthdays and it was a fantastic time they served good drinks at a good price for downtown Miami and the music was good the crowd was fun. I’m not sure about parking but I did valet parking it’s a little hard to find parking in downtown Miami in general I’m not sure if this place has parking but I did the valet parking

Been here once back in 2016 and glad to see they survived the pandemic six years later. Came here on a Thursday even this go around. Not too crowded, but still enjoyable. Drinks are decent.

We were in line for bottle service. They said it was 1 bottle for group. Then right before we were to go in they switched up on us & said all of a sudden it’s gonna be 2 bottles per group. We ended up paying $325 for a table and then they tell us that it’s another $50 PER PERSON to go to the back area. WHAT?! No one told us that beforehand. Why wasn’t that disclosed before we paid or while we were in line? If we already paid $300+ dollars there should be no reason to swindle more money out of us. Ridiculous

I like this place , every time I go the music is amazing, unfortunately the bartender on the outside bar wearing a white tee last night, basically told me to shut up while I was trying to order a drink because I was giving her a headache. Some people shouldn’t be in the service industry.

Don't go to this place if you want to have a nice night. Being from Miami, it makes me sick that a place like this is still running. Horrible service, food and drinks (watch out for undisclosed tips). Do not let me get started on the "security" people. Long story short, worst experience I've had in a nightclub in Miami in 15 years.

Fun bar for dancing and good music! My friend and I accidentally stumbled in on ladies night where women drink for free after 10pm. There is a dance floor by the main bar and then a whole other room called the basement with a larger dance area and another bar.

Music was good. The crowd is cool. Good company wether u came alone or with friends. It has 2 separate areas to choose from ..I kept going between rooms cause the vibe was good throughout.

No cover, nice bouncers, and fun vibes. Light up dance floor weeeee!

This is a mixed club so the music was an eclectic sounds and mixes from 90s to early 2000 Hip hop, reggaeton salsa and more. Great vibes I definitely had a great time.

I love how there are two different sections,lounge in the front and club in the back! The music was great the staff was phenomenal service was quick and overall was a great time. Also they have valet which is awesome. I can't wait to go back!

Check your transactions closely, I got charged for the same beer THREE times. It was a male bartender at the back. When I got helped by a different bartender, the price of the beer was different. So not only is he triple charging you, he just takes the liberty in upping the price on it...wish I couldve gotten his name.
