One of the last arcades left. Lots of nice games for any age, I like that they have some really big rideable games as well. Pool tables upstairs, good food as well

Scam and horrible place. This place is a complete robbery and very uneducated people. Not one is here to help you, when you are trying to buy your card with time or credit. The machine offer you to buy time and add extra time. The card freeze every time not allowing you to play on a timer matter. When you are playing with time (only available a few machines) machines are telling you that you are getting 15 tickets 100 tickets 500 tickets when you go to the counter they tell you, when you are with time play you don't get tickets. My kids all excited ready to change and/ I am Hispanic and i approach a lady for help with my card to check, (She was a dark skin woman) she act like she did not listened to me. Even racist employees at this place, with the worst customer services. The manager when I approach her explaining her the situation, she was acting like everything was correct. . I will never come to this place ever again. I don't care about the gift for my kids, but I care about how disappoint they got by not having tickets and the incorrect business model (selling gaming services without the proper guidelines and someone to help you) .... Today is Saturday October 15 2022. After 6 pm. Go to better places

Super fun place for kids and adults. They have fun games like virtual reality stuff all the way to throwback Pac-Man and ski ball games. It’s huge inside. They have a restaurant where you can order drinks and food, snacks. There’s a full bar and they’ll make you anything you want. Bartender is very accommodating! The staff were excellent there on Christmas Day 2022, when we went with a large group of adults and kids. They were friendly, kind and funny. We will be back!

I really enjoy this spot. Unfortunately, it's going to be removed this summer :( What they mentioned to me). Sunset place has been dead for years, and I only wish they brought it up to life again. Game spot is fun , clean, and has good haply hour options.the food is good. It's your basic average bar food, but it's still good.

Great place to come with the family or friends. They have a sports bar so you can enjoy your favorite sports, they also have plenty of arcades so everyone can have a good time, the loaded fries and burgers are really good and you can also have your parking ticket validated so make sure you bring it down!

Really fun place about a 20 minute drive from Miami Beach. Lots of games. Great food. And so great that you can take drinks around the entire place with you. We went late the last night we were in town and wished we went earlier so we could have spent more time there. Such a fun time!

Great place to take your children or go on a date if anyone love to play games. There's two floors and upstairs there are pool tables. You can dine in to eat.Food taste pretty good too. You can also use a kiosk to get a card to play games.

I went here because it was one of the options to watch the UFC Conor vs Cowboy fight. The place was pack even that the location is pretty big all the table was taken, luckily after 30 minutes I, my sister and brother in law was able to find a table. We share a few appetizers The Fried Calamari good and delicious calamari that is dusted in flour and served with a tasty marinara sauce. The calamari was very tasty and crunch. The Party Appetizer for 28.99 you can get a family-style offering of our most popular appetizers: With Chicken Tenders, Fried Mozzarella Sticks, Tex Mex Rolls, and Buffalo Chicken Wings. Served with honey mustard, salsa ranch, marinara sauce and blue cheese dressing for dipping. The staff was on point always checking on the table making sure that we had everything we need. I can recommend coming here for a big sports event but my recommendation is to come early to grab a nice table with a good view.

Really nice place for everybody. It was very colorful and pretty with the games. The music was very diverse playing county, pop, r and b, and hip hop. The waitress we had was amazing her name was Hannah, she was polite, friendly, and patient. The food was also very good. I did not play the games instead we sat in the dining area where they had many t.v screens playing a variety of sports. Really cool place.

Had a lovely experience at this arcade today. Came in for a birthday party we were invited to. My kids loved the amount of time they were able to play with the game cards provided from the party. We also ate at the restaurant here before leaving. Fred was our server and he was wonderful! Truly GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you Fred!!!! We also had a drink from the bar and the bartender was great too. The food was well made as well. Overall great experience!

They brought back the smiles ! So last night I took my 4 and 2 years old kids to this place and it was awesome fun as always - then we went to their restaurant which is very good taste & value 👍🏼 All was going great UNTIL a random female employee wearing black literally took it upon her self to ruin the entire experience for my kids , my little boy had found an insignificant orange color ping pong ball from the floor and was playing with it on our table , the ball fell on the floor, this lady took it and when I thought she was going to return it to us , she looked at us and said “this belong to the game room” , before I could say anything she stormed off with it , my little boy burst in tears , she didn’t care , but really ?? Our waiter noticed it on my face and was very nice about it , I told him and then he called the manager on duty Mr. Jonathan Rodriguez who came over concerned and was shocked as we shared with him the story , he walked off only to come back to the table with a few small toys and the very same ping pong ball my son had been playing with - this was an OVER THE TOP resolution that showed he truly cared for our experience, HE WAS EMPATHIC, I was thrilled , then shortly after another woman in authority her name was Ariel came to our table apologized for what had happened earlier and surprised me and my family with a 30 minute playing card as a gesture of courtesy - at this point my wife and i were blown away by their “problem resolution “ true care , and genuine love and respect they have for their jobs - this brought back the smiles on my kids faces and most definitely saved the day , we will happily return to this palace as we have been going for years but only for the actions they took against an ill advised employee who frankly cant be working in a kids environment with that type of attitude- this employee is dangerous for your business - she cares zero for her job and for the “experience “ she doesn’t reflect the actions of the rest of the team working here . Shameful- so THANK YOU JONATHAN , ARIEL , OUR WAITER sorry I forgot his name , - you all deserve props from leadership well done ! WE WILL BE BACK !!!

Great spot for kids. It's not to big so you don't have to worry about losing them. The food was fairly priced but it wasn't anything to rave about. Overall I enjoyed the environment and will definitely take the kids again.

Saturday, July 15th, 2023 afternoon Nephews 9th Birthday, a family affair of 4.5 people Parking on street or garage for a fee (no parking validation that we are aware of for garage). Two gaming card options (one with points and one with out) that you get via kiosk. We got ours with points, the $100 for 475 credits option and all 4 of were able to share the card and game together All games were enjoyable on both floors First floor was cool and the second floor was a bit hot Decided to eat there, had chicken tenders with fries, cheeseburger with curly fries, Philly cheesesteak burger with curly fries and a veggie quesadilla with one coke $61.00 w/o tip (3 adults and 1 child) Everything was lovely A bit chaotic at the prizes station for electronic tickets booth, they asked us to check our points and select prizes at the kiosk but after all that it didn’t work, she was able to pull up what we spent and on what and gave it to us

Thank you Sensei William for always taking care of my family over the years. Extremely grateful for the service and hospitality you extended to my colleagues who were visiting from Jacksonville. Your promotion to GM is hard earned and well deserved. The future of Gametime is good hands under your leadership!

They have a very good special, you can get a pizza and a 80 credit play card only for 30 bucks.. my two children and I shared the card and we had a blast!!! But I had to buy a norther one tho.. the sever was really good from start to end.. he even took time to talk my kids about anime. Which the conversation went for a long time I was really surprised he really stood there talking to my kids great service can wait to go again

Thought there would be more things to do besides the arcade and pool tables, if you want to watch a game definitely worth it but paying for the card isn’t really worth it, other places are cheaper for more things *ROUND1* food was good, prizes aren’t the best either

The arcade was pretty legit. It was huge and most games were in order. We did probably get ripped off 5 or so times out of all the times we played by games that didn’t respond or were missing balls. The kid taking tickets was very odd. He barely mumbled anything. He audibly huffed every time we pointed at something we wanted. He was unable to comprehend what we were pointing at, even with explanations. I wondered if he was high or something. I almost asked for someone else. The food was great. Our server was nice and received a good tip. I asked another server where the hostess table was to be seated. He pointed and said “HOST,” while walking away. Lots of dead-eyed workers here. Aside from that, the value was not too bad. Lots of game selections.

Visited a week ago while vacationing in Miami Beach. Great location less than a ten minute walk from a Metrorail green/orange line station. Had a lot of games at good prices. I will note that if you’re going there to play the DanceDanceRevolution X machine (as I was), the right arrow on the player 1 side very often misses presses, and really only registers them if you step very lightly. Other than that, the arcade was great.

It was the grand opening today mind you, but… food disorganized nothing came out properly or I. Right order we waited 2 hours for some of our items nothing ever came. The staff was distracted didn’t do their job. Menu wrong no drinks that were on menu available. Complete and utter failure 🧐this is an understatement.

The Drinks and Food are great but finding the right service is hard. When you enter and sit down to eat or drink and play games, half the servers or bartenders are either not paying attention or forget there is food waiting for a client in the kitchen. And as for the games the best ones are not working like Terminator Salvation and some of the first person shooters the sights for the guns are off. And they removed all the fighting games. Really horrible drinks like this Old Fashion.

Next business closing in this deserted mall. Best games get no maintenance, they glitch too much too enjoy. They also removed the timed play, forcing you to pay $100 to be able to enjoy games for more than 30 minutes. I payed $25 for such little credits, we finished them in 10 minutes. We used to come every Saturday, but we are not coming anymore. I’d rather go to a bigger arcade with more options, for the same amount of money.

Even though it's in a dead mall, this arcade still gets visited alot. This arcade is huge with 2 floors. This arcade is amazing and I definitely reccomend. This mall will stay open as long this arcade and the movie theater stays up

Great for the family & kids, but if you're looking for old school arcade games look into Arcade Odyssey in Kendall for a nostalgic experience instead.

On Friday evening, my friends and I went to Game Time to have some fun but towards the end, it didn’t go so well. Our server had an attitude the entire time he was with us. Every time we asked him for something, he would give off the biggest attitude like slamming our drinks on the table or just be annoyed. Mind you there were not that many people there at that time. However, the manager on duty was very nice and understanding when we told her we wanted to exchange our fries for some nachos because the loaded fries tasted off. Overall the food service was not great. Kinda disappointed at this place because when I was younger everything was different from the people and experience.

This place is so much fun for both kids and adults! They have a great variety of games, from virtual reality experiences to throwback classics like Pac-Man and ski ball. The interior is huge, with plenty of space to move around and try out different games. Plus, they have a restaurant that serves delicious food, snacks, and drinks, including a full bar where the bartender can whip up anything you desire. During our visit with a large group of adults and kids, the staff were outstanding. They were friendly, accommodating, and funny, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Overall, we had a blast and will definitely be back for more fun and games!

I came with my daughter a few weeks ago. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were a variety of different games to play. Tickets automatically get added to the card, which took me by surprise. It's been a while since we’ve been to an arcade. Not sure if that's a new feature or if we’re just late. 😅 I loved it, though; it saves paper and no extra baggage to carry around. Overall we had a fun time.

Our daughter just celebrated her 7th birthday here and she absolutely LOVED it. I don’t usually leave reviews but Gametime met all our needs and it is a MUST. Our host made sure everyone was taken care of from the moment our private party began till the end. Customer service was top notch! The arcade itself was very clean, spacious and engaging for everyone. Food was great! We are very happy with our experience and can’t wait to go again! All our guests loved it and are already planning their second outing. Thank you so much to Magaly for coordinating everything last night and all the amazing staff of Sunset place.

It's a casino for kids... Your family will love it. From strobing lights to a feeling like you can't get enough, it's something everyone in the family can enjoy. My only word of advice is to pace your credits wisely!

Some games were out of order but the techs got to fixing them quickly and in a good mood. They validate your parking ticket for $4 off parking. The food is not bad but it took close to an hour to get our simple and easy order (wings, pizza, fries) out. Bar staff was positive. The drinks were very sweet if you’re into that. The restaurant staff and servers did not want to be there.

  • 5/5 Corey G. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to even come for fun for couples. $50 gets you 225 credits which is more than enough to play a very good amount of games and ticket games for two people. This places makes for a great rainy activity and me and my girlfriend came here and had more fun than we expected to it. Check this place out if you’re ever bored in Miami.
