😠 I would appreciate it if you can please add the main primary care centre number as it would be easier. I've been searching, calling and being transferred to different departments and still have not yet been able to contact the primary care unit. It's very irritating.

    i gave one star but realistically they dont deserve any! My charge tried to arrange a repeat prescription this morning. He was asked his name and date of birth and was told to collect his prescription in the Blackpool pharmacy. He was never asked what his prescription was, or his address and he lives no where near Blackpool or the pharmacy. I rang a second time and was asked the same questions although I tried to give the address as well.I also explained that not only was my charge not asked for his prescription ,he was being sent to a pharmacy he doesnt use to collect what was obviously someone elses script! I insisted that the script was needed today ,I gave the name of it to which I was told '' Oh thats not due until the first of the mont, Ill have to get a Doctor to ring you' Again I think they had someone elses file up as the date on the medication proves its today. I am so angry that the office staff can just shrug these dangerously glaring mistakes off. I, for one, am so glad that this 'incompetent bunch' have no control over my health and personal files. God help those people, like my charge, who are stuck with them.

    Yet again I have spent another morning waiting to get through to make an appointment with my GP (Public patient's unable to book online without incurring a fee) Recent diagnosis of heart condition being investigated, so not urgent but essential to keep regular contact with GP. However once telephone answered a very pleasant efficient and friendly service Thank you

    You turn up early for your appointment so you don't let them down and then you still have to wait hours! Very poor scheduling and time management

    Left this kip, months ago almost a year tbh for a real doctors surgery the staff left my young grandson cry in pain at approx 11am saying that we can go to South doc with opens after work hours with a SEVERE EAR INFECTION reception staff didn't give a toss . USELESS SHOWER OF ........ make up your own words, please

    Im shocked at some answers here I loved it very clean and less people than cork hospital. Service was great they were informative and have annother baby check up on 29th cant fault it.

    This place is a joke. A common problem repeats itself all the time, price are 40e for a telephone appointment, they forget to send a prescription every time, you have to call them and beg for it all week long. If you will get through, because it also borders on a miracle. When I called to change the date of my wife's blood test visit, I asked them to call me back because she is very sick and asleep. of course they called her. Same situation twice in a row. My wife is sick because they prescribed her a penicillin antibiotic, even after they were told she was allergic to it. She was informed that there was such a trace amount that it would not hurt her. After this antibiotic, she got a strong allergic reaction and can barely stand on her feet. she can't eat, she's almost dehydrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly telephone visits.

    i would give it no stars but you have to give something if you are a public patient then they don't want to be contacted by you. if you have 50 euro then you can make an online appointment they used to answer the phone at the moment I'm waiting 20 mins plus to contact them by phone . They are the largest JP surgery but they are now just a money making business first and last.

    I went to check on my migraine and muscular pain after three days in bed and the Doctor who attended me was completely unprofessional and inappropriate since he was focused on something else that takes part in my medical history which I didn’t go for. He made me feel so vulnerable and the only answer I had from the receptionist when I complaint of going for nothing was a suggestion to look for another medical center. Shameless.

😠 Very rude to what are perceived to be single mothers. 2 kids and no babysitter while the baby gets hearing checked. They know it’s the only place can get it done and people are there beck and call , nurses usually care for people, not act snotty
