The bakery re-labels baked goods from previous days to seem fresher than they really are. I bought croissants at 07:30 in the morning that were tougher than shoe leather and was refused a refund.

My wife was overcharged in this store and when she went back to try to resolve the issue she was treated like she was a thief by a disgruntled woman on the till, never set foot in ballincollig tesco ever again.

I do love poking around in this store in New Ross. You can find anything you want here, including clothing, auto cleaning goods, stationery and cards, electrical goods, it's amazing. Very nice staff too - always smiling and pleasant and very helpful.

I'm not a fan of their club card policy, they do have a good range of products and even if you think you might be getting a bargain if you have a club card, unfortunately your sadly mistaken, Dunnes stores without a club card you can buy a lot of the items cheaper than Tesco and the staff are alot more friendlier , so my opinion shop around,

Nice big tescos great deals around store and there reduced sections are better than other tescos updated alot. Good value supermarket and with club card helps out alot

It's always nice to shop there. The staff are only the best and you get value for money too.

The meat department is not up to scratch, the fridges should have closed doors in my opinion. Would never buy chicken from here as you can always see the condensation in the packaging. Other than that it has a good clothing section and wide range including polish section.

Good gluten free section for daughter. Good deals if u have reward card also.

Clothes section has great selection. And grocery side. Very handy if you have clubcard you can do scan as you shop and pack while you shop. Good amount of parking also. Great that the car park is covered over so won't get destroyed putting stuff in to car, in the rain. Lots of parent and child spaces available

Staff always very friendly, great clothing department, phone shop always very friendly will help you pick out a phone for you and will help u set it up, staff great

It's a standard tesco supermarket. Bright, large stock of products. Plenty of parking.

One of the best Halal shops in Cork. The staff and specially the butcher are very friendly. They have Iranian products as well.

I bought a regular sized cup of coffee (in a compostable cup) and a Kit Kat for €3 which is a sweet deal. I'd a look at the ladies clothes but didn't see anything I liked. The self-service tills are handy and there wasn't a long queue for them. There's an impressive. range of products at Tesco Ballincollig. Finally they have public toilets in store.

such a disappointment from the last shopping with out of dates items and some veggies and fruits that started to show holes after a couple of days and with a very chemical/rotten taste. Customer care online was inefficient. Such a waste, I won't shop in Tesco for a while
