The worker their was not polite at all. I don’t know his deal, but ad soon as he saw someone with brown skin he didn’t even care to talk to us and stayed far in the back of the shop. Also, when we asked him if we can see the pets or know what he has he just said “NO!” and when we asked if he sells pets he just said “NO!”. With his behavior he just crashed my hopes of getting a pet friend in the new apartment. So rude!!!

Small, old fashioned pet shop. Predominantly stocks fish tanks and live fish. Selection of tanks, decor and fish is quite good, and the fish are kept in decent sized tanks (for a pet shop). The range of Dog and Cat food is minimal- most treats of low quality, though I did spot deer antler chews and the like as well. The accessories range is surprisingly large, with a good selection of different sized collars and harnesses, leashes and grooming supplies as well as a number of different coats for different sized dogs. Very few small pet supplies, but what is there is very reasonably priced. What loses all the stars is the conditions of their animals. Birds kept in quite cramped cages and showing signs of stress, snakes kept with no visible heat source and a dry water bowl, mice and hamsters kept in TINY cages with no form of entertainment. If the conditions of the animals improved and the store was freshened up a bit, it could be an awesome little pet boutique but until then, it’s lost my business in favour of other stores who treat their animals right.

Lovely little store. There is collection of fish, birds, and snakes. Eddie will make your visit enjoyable and educational. He loves his shop and takes pride in sharing his knowledge. If I could give 0 stars I would, DO NOT GO HERE. My family always went here and were always disappointed, lied to and sold wrong products. Most recent example is when I went to buy freshwater testing strips. He gave me a packet and I asked if it tested for ammonia despite not being mentioned on the packet. He said 'should do' and refused to give any other help. This brand does not test for ammonia at all, he clearly does not care about what misinformation he is handing out and will happily tell customers the wrong info to sell a product.

I went in there and the care for animals is horrific, There was a grease- look alike substance on the fish tanks, Birds in tiny cages make stressed noises, Not to mention the hamster and the hamster care provided, it was horrible I visited almost a year ago and as soon as I saw everything I turned around and walked back out, I was surprised that they were able to stay open with the care and welfare of the animals they had

So lovely to deal with asked about hamsters and he was only to happy to help left me pick my hamsters and asked did we want to leave them if we had stuff to do around town so we did and when I came back he had everything ready the cage with the hamster to go and all the little essentials very happy with my hamsters thank you !

Most of the fish he had were either dead or dying . Now he doesn’t even do tropical fish

The service was great! As soon as i walked into the shop i was greeted and asked if i needed any help. He was lovely so knowledgeable and the prices are amazing!

animals kept in horrible unsuitable conditions,snakes covered in mites,fish covered in whitespot and still being sold and a tarantula kept on wood shavings owners clearly havent a clue what there doing!!!

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. However, the items we bought felt vastly overpriced. If you're in a pinch, this place is fine. Otherwise, save your euros and find cheaper items elsewhere.

Nice small pet shop. Cheap compared to one in Blackpool (ripoff) one thing I don't like seeing birds in cages, but that's me.
