Excellent customer service! 👌 really close to the beach so we didn't have to worry about parking. I forgot my passport and the owner went above and beyond his way to have mailed to me (Thank You so much)!! We'll be staying there next time that we're in town!

This is a discount hotel. It needs some updating, but they have made some improvements. The room was very large and nice. It was clean and well stocked. However, the fridge needs to be replaced due to rust from age and the carpet should be thoroughly cleaned or completely replaced. The roof-top deck is fantastic; however, it would be nicer if there were some canopies or umbrellas available. The parking lot is tight but manageable. If you're visiting Corpus Christi on a limited budget, I recommend Budget Inn and Suites.

Our room was extremely clean. Read the reviews and was worried about roaches. We were there 4 days and never saw a single one. The size of the room was awesome and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and every morning the housekeeper came by to see if we needed anything. Right across the street from the ocean,good rates, mini fridge, microwave and a great a/c. Can't stress enough how clean our room was. Next time we're in Corpus we'll definitely be staying here.

They gave another man a key to our room who came into our room at 2 am. When we went and confronted the front desk about it the man told us we were liars and said we had been in the pool after ten. Honestly we were there later than 10, but nothing was said to us at that time. And what does that have to do with a man just walking into our room with a key hours later?? He would not take responsibility and just kept calling us liars. Be careful at this place they are going to get someone hurt!

I know you're not paying a lot of money... but no one expects roaches and cigarette holes in bedding and furniture. I can live with the green pool and the mattress made of concrete...lol.. but the roaches.... :/

Great place for a comfort clean stay near the beach front. Reasonably nightly rates and nice staff. Location great to access things to do around the city. Safe & quiet environment.

For the location it was a good price! we enjoyed the pool and the deck on second floor where you can see the ocean.

I enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable and safe to be here. I got clean towels everyday, my bed was made up every other day, and staff was very friendly. In addition, the prices were reasonable, and will call ahead for booking a room when I come to visit. Thank you!

Really do not recommend this place, since we checked in, i had a bad feeling, but did not gave attention. So at 10PM went into the bathroom and there was a cockroach. Now can’t sleep because of the fear of roaches coming to your bed. Definitely worth to spend a little more money to get a better hotel

Stayed here and the bathroom paint was all falling off and stains all over the walls in the bathroom. Big roaches in the bathroom and living areas. Notified the Manager and he became upset when I pointed this all out. Very unfavorable stay and will not under any circumstance ever stay here ever again. Definitely do not recommend this place.

It was what we were looking for 3 queen beds for a family of 6 Not looking for luxury place for the night Only thing not working was the microwave They have a nice pool for kids

My experience was ok but the pool was dirty and cold the staff are rude and body shaming no offense to the fat men but be sure to ware a shirt when you get in the pool because they will tell you to put a shirt on or get out of the pool and don’t have kids in the pool if there screaming with something that floats because they will tell you you have to get in the pool with your kids or get out of the pool

This is my spot!! They are an awesome people and they work with you as far as they can. I recommend this inn and it's right next to the shore!! 2 👍👍 up!! Come stay at this inn and enjoy the scenery. There's a pool for everyone and a top floor where you can sit and watch the water, sky, traffic, and skyline.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The owner is a great person and very helpful. I lost my wallet and he took the time to personally look for it and get it back to me vial mail. Thank you.

The only thing I didn't like is that they never told me they don't have an accessible entrance to the room. He saw that I was a motorized wheelchair and didn't bother to mention it
