Is not as maintained as the pictures show. Our room wasn't properly cleaned. There were hairs in the shower and the floor wasn't clean either. Location is okay. I did not expect much from a budget hotel but at least that it is clean. Breakfast is rather simple - pretty much only bread (mostly unheated/ untoasted) and yogurt. I'd rather recommend having breakfast outside the hotel. Reception was friendly.

So yea. Stay away. Front desk guy was nice but he can def improve his services skills.

The overall experience has been very disappointing, if you can, avoid to stay in this hotel. Poor cleanliness, even if there are three people in the room they do not fix the bed upstairs, the bathroom and corridors smell bad all the time and the bedroom doesn't have air conditioning as indicated. The attention in general is unfortunate, rude and clumsy, except for Pedro (at the front desk) who tries to help you with whatever you need...

Never book on this hotel based online booking without seeing the room. I was charged for two double bed but they do not have such a room for the whole hotel.

Title: Not Worth The Price and disheartening stay I stayed at this Ibis hotel and was really disappointed. The place was dirty and smelled bad. Even though I paid over 120€ per night, the cleaning was poorly done. The staff were not friendly at all, which made the stay uncomfortable. The worst part was getting stuck in the elevator. It was broken for 2-3 days, and we had to use the stairs all the way to the 6th floor. Definitely not what I expected for the money I paid. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very bad hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights , the hotel is not like in the picture, rooms are so tiny , you can barely walk through the room, there is nothing for drying your hair, you get just 1 tiny towel by person. We took a room for 3 person ,with a third bed on the top and that bed was never made for our child. When we arrived in the room we noticed that is very cold inside , and the Electric heater on the wall is not functioning. As we have a 4 year old kid we thought it's not possible to be in this room and we went to the reception to get help but the lady who work there speaks just a few English words and she said to us that every room is like this and the tehnican will come on Monday (which was our last day ) and on Monday nobody came... One elevator was broken so we had to wait every morning for 10 min to came down . Breakfast is very economic and it's not worth it. We had also one big problem in the room some lights on the walls were lighting up whole night every night, on and off every 3 seconds and we couldn't switch it off. We are disappointed with this hotel, and with no support during our stay,we called also accor company and nobody wanted you to help us. Would not recommend this hotel!

I like the location and it’s a good deal. However, the room service kept “bothering” us. We told her that we don’t need room service but she knocked on our door 4 times still.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 days and my purpose was business in La Defense. I found the hotel is super convenient to go to La Defense by walk. The room was spacious for Paris standard. I came know the location is outside Paris city limit. There are 2 metro stations of 20 mins walk away. Breakfast was provided to me, not sure it was complimentary or I prebooked it. Basic French breakfast, no comments on that. Towels are not changed everyday. Housekeeping was done everyday. Overall a good hotel to stay if your trip is for Business. And it is a budget, hence, cheaper too.

Avoid at all costs, mosquito filled rooms even with windows closed, unclean bathrooms and cigarette burnt floors. Disgrace to the ibis brand. Other problems include location (right next to a main road) 15-20 mins to the nearest transport and a joke of a name to even associate with La Défense which is atleast 25 mins..

Room was small but acceptable for the price. A 15min walk from Esplanade de la Defence metro, located in a quiet neighbourhood with a few schools nearby. The toilet had a bad smell but the staff sorted it out after we complained. Basically what you would expect from a budget hotel.

Clean room, small but normal for its price. Breakfast is OK. Location is about 20 minutes from metro station. People working there are really helpful.

Very kind, clead rooms, good and cheap breakfast, very comfy beds and very quiet hotel. Ideal for a good sleep after a long day of sightseeing. It has on site parking and a good restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Ok price regarding the location i Paris. Clean rooms with everything you need to sleep over. Great for travelers who will spend most of time outside of their apartment.

It’s basic but ok. Quite far from the station and there are no buses. The lifts didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t close. The staff were very nice. It’s a cheap two star hotel… nothing luxurious but will do

The room is small, and that is manageable. But we checked in during hot summer, and the windows are locked, and there are no fans or air conditioning. We do not expect air conditioning, but at least the windows should be opened. When we requested to open the window, the receptionist says that is not possible because the house keeper will only come in the morning. They are not ready to change the room. How can anybody sleep in summer with windows locked and without fans. Definitely, I'll never book this hote again. Visited 26th Aug 2023.

Hotel clean and efficient. Good breakfast but further than I thought from La Defence.

There is no room service, as expected from a 2 star, but the courteous staff more than make up for it.Thanks Dears for making our stay so comfortable,

Hotel was fine. Employees were friendly. It was all very budget, but that is of course expected. The room was small but had everything you need for a Paris citytrip. When we first came into the room, if smelled awfully like acid or vinegar. I assume its what they clean with. The smell would only go away after a few hours of opening the window. Also we had mosquitoes in the night, even when we had the window closed. Surprised since it is late october. Public transportation is fine, there are plenty of bus stops and a metro station close by, if you dont mind a walk (+-20min). We would recommend spending a little more money and going in the centre of Paris with your hotel. 3 days are also enough to see Paris. Of course this doesnt influence the review of the hotel.

Perfect stay for couples, clean room, breakfast included, metro and bus station is just walkable distance everything you will find under low budget.

Great value for the money. A little wear and tear, some things need a bit of maintenance, but nothing major. A bit of a walk from public transport, probably better for guests with cars. Great staff!

Basic room, as we should expect from a budget hotel. Good breakfast for the price. Room very quiet. All good except cleaning. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, spider nets hanging in the ceiling, my kid's bed not done... only the quilt in a bag, no bed sheets... Next day, same story... kid's bed not done! And next day, the same... it is a budget hotel, but this should not be an excuse for low quality service.

Living up to it's name, the hotel is a budget hotel fulfilling just the basic requirements for it to be called a hotel. It had 2 lifts but usually one among them wouldn't work or was being used by the housekeeping staff. Another issue with the hotel is that it is very far from a metro station and one has to walk a good mile and a half to reach the hotel. I didn't get a double bed which is what I had chosen as it was full, 's they gave me a twin room instead. The manager was kind enough to give a discount of about 10% for this error

Toilet smells like a public toilet. Rooms are not that clean. Just needs a good scrub down. Doesn't meet ibis budget standards or any hotel standards

Its a budget hotel with basic facilities. Non AC rooms. Friendly Staff. Nearest bus stop is at 5 minutes walk. Supermarket & restaurants are in walking distance. Bit far from tourist spots.

Not great but cant complain at this price. Nice helpful staff, most spoke English. Management has tried to offer alternatives where there are deficiencies. For example there is food dispensing machine with some options ana a microwave in case you missed dinner or need a late night snack. there is an easy ordering facility through an automated machine. On the downside - Room, access etc is very basic, obviously reflective of price. No restaurant or bar, although there is one next door with some discount applicable. Breakfast is less than basic. I eat gluten free and all I could get is coffee, and maybe cornflakes with milk, ig the bowls are available. decent juice, 2 options. No storage space in rooms, only some hangers. water logs in the bathroom after shower, they have provided a mop to manage that. no iron availability. Main door gets locked at night and you need to ring the intercom for some time before a sleepy attendent opens th door. Too far from public transport, cab is the only option. If I had to stay in this region, I would stay closer to public transport by paying more, no disrespect to the staff and management who are doing a great job providing good service within budget - as advertised!

Clean and like the pics but the toilet has no hygiene products/air freshener. Reaching here by car/ by public transport, both is a bit difficult. It should clearly mention that Parking has to be paid separately.

I've stayed here a number of times, it is budget but I've always found it clean , nice big bed. You can have breakfast downstairs or you can have coffee with a croissant delivered to your room for 2.50 euros. If you're lucky enough you'll get a great view as well!.

Hotel is very affordable. For this price you get really tidy and quiet rooms cleaned every day. To the nearest metro station one has to walk about 15 minutes. There is a high quality bakery nearby and few restaurants. Overall it is a very good choice if you're looking for a place to stay during the weekend and are interested in seeing Paris. If you plan on spending most of your time in a hotel room you might want to find another place.

Left covered in flea bites. Not worth the stay clearly. Hotel is 30 minutes from hotspots so you will end up breaking even with the savings because of the constant taxis you will need to take. Breakfast is mediocre at best & staff are rude.

When u come back to the same hotel Many times. It means u are satisfied the team are very competitive the hotel is člen the room service is perfect and finally The location of the hotel easy reachable What I want more it's my second home and the price very fair

Avoid. 1. Extremely rude and cheeky staff in the reception 2. Breakfast is a joke and only vegetarian with mini croissants, yoghurt, cereals and some jam. 3. Location is bad 4. Needs care, remote for tv destroyed. 5. No lock in the toilet, semi transparent shower door. No privacy. There are better options for the price

I'll be straight honest, this is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed and the fact that I have to stay 2 more nights here is a pur joke. Starting up with the check-in where we were informed that the wifi in the hotel isn't working due some strange government problems. We'll ok I asked how long the problem has been, answer was a few days. So no information to the customers, via email before, no solution for this problem. We booked this especially because of the wifi and location. Funny on this is the hotel ibis right next to this one has no problems at all. I talked somehow to the manager who told me to use the lobby wifi of the other ibis. Wait for the joke.. So they put us in the 7th floor with 2 of 2 NOT working elevators. Feels great, I had a huge operation on the leg few weeks ago and my wife just cured from cancer. So I tried to get the wifi thru 1 building and 7 floors, obviously isn't working. The room overall looks OK but if u look closer, you'll see some disgusting stuff like giant spiders splattered on the walls where still some legs hang around, don't believe? As hotel tester we made photos of everything, as it's our job. There's exactly 1 towel for each of us in the room. So 1 towel to wash hands, face, shower and whatsoever. I haven't seen this in 40 years. The most annoying thing is that the room lights go on when they want. We were laying like 3 hours in bed and the lights go on automatically like 15 times. We pointed that out at the reception and the only thing what seems to can be done is waving around with the hands and constantly saying "I'm sorry". Yeah that rly helps the customer the fact that not even a part refund is offered is just a total no go. Best answer was, that wifi is not included in the price, but commercialing those rooms on the website where it clearly says it has wifi is the definition of a scam. To be honest again. Paris completely feels like a scam. The tourist stuff is mostly not more of 50 % what they actually promised. After that ibis, I'll never gonna checkup in one of those again ever. Good job u lost 2 loneliness customers.
