Horrible
service
and
night
auditor
is
very
rude.
We
came
really
late
at
night,
our
key
didn’t
work
so
I
went
to
the
desk.
Night
auditor
program
key,
it
still
didn’t
work
so
I
went
back
again.
He
got
really
upset
at
me
and
made
me
feel
like
it
was
my
mistake.
He
came
upstairs
to
check
and
the
lock
had
issue.
He
took
20
minutes
to
talk
on
the
phone
to
someone
and
got
manual
key,
he
brought
butter
knife
to
open
the
door
manually.
When
he
couldn’t
open
with
butter
knife
he
curse
and
left.
We
had
to
wait
40
minutes
before
we
got
to
the
room.
Next
day,
my
daughter
left
key
so
I
asked
for
another
key
He
got
upset
again
and
ask
me
what’s
my
problem.
I
told
him
I
don’t
have
any
problem
I
just
need
key.
He
understand
very
little
English
but
he
sure
knows
how
to
use
bad
word.
He
told
me
I
can
have
only
one
key.
I
told
him
I
will
bring
it
back
which
he
didn’t
understood.
He
lost
his
temper
on
me.
I
told
him
to
calm
down.
He
told
me
he
don’t
speak
English
and
he
don’t
need
to
learn.
I
need
to
get
the
“F”
out.
I
can’t
believe
he
said
that
to
me.
There
is
no
respect
for
the
guest
at
this
hotel.
I
don’t
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
