Horrible service and night auditor is very rude. We came really late at night, our key didn’t work so I went to the desk. Night auditor program key, it still didn’t work so I went back again. He got really upset at me and made me feel like it was my mistake. He came upstairs to check and the lock had issue. He took 20 minutes to talk on the phone to someone and got manual key, he brought butter knife to open the door manually. When he couldn’t open with butter knife he curse and left. We had to wait 40 minutes before we got to the room. Next day, my daughter left key so I asked for another key He got upset again and ask me what’s my problem. I told him I don’t have any problem I just need key. He understand very little English but he sure knows how to use bad word. He told me I can have only one key. I told him I will bring it back which he didn’t understood. He lost his temper on me. I told him to calm down. He told me he don’t speak English and he don’t need to learn. I need to get the “F” out. I can’t believe he said that to me. There is no respect for the guest at this hotel. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

What can I say. 3 star hotel. Not fancy. It was close to the venue we visited. The hotel manager was very kind and forthcoming. My room was quite small. The ceiling looked like it could fall down and the wallpaper was hanging from the walls. It took ages to get warm water for a shower. 2 days I had no hot water. 😮‍💨 Nice and friendly neighbourhood. We found nice restaurants nearby. Very expensive hotel breakfast on the hotel. I was compensated for the lack of hot water so I only paid for 2 instead of 5. Cleaning wasn’t the best. Towels I threw away came back. 🤪Although I can recommend the place for a short stay.

Good location, you can take bus to Eiffel tower. Bakery and restaurants are nearby. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Mr. Walid at the reception was very kind. Only negative, the WiFi is complicated to connect.

The rooms were small but nice and with View of the Eifeltower Breakfast was very tasty (7-10am) and whenever something was missing they always filled up everything. The service was very friendly- especially Walid in the reception.

Nice clean room, good size for solo travelers. Mini bar with complimentary coffee/tea and a single bottle of water. Staff is very friendly and speak English. The breakfast is very basic and a tad overpriced. They do have fresh oranges and a juicer, self use. There is an option for an Express breakfast which is €5 and is the typical Cafe, croissant and glass of juice. The location may seem isolated, but it's right next to the 175 bus and that will take you to the Gate de la Defense which is a major terminal that will get you anywhere. Ask the front desk about restaurants and they'll point to some nice places a walk away. Nice lobby with a self serve bar and a spot to charge your phone or use your laptop. All in all a nice adorable hotel.

Quaint hotel making the the most of it's small footprint. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and presentable rooms, however shower was built for one only. Location was quiet and away from hustle of the city centre but not too far so that a quick taxi ride couldn't get you anywhere you needed to go.

Upon booking we were given the option to have an 'extreme king bed' but when we arrived we discovered that this meant 2 single beds on wheels pushed together which were different heights and moved apart during the night making it difficult for a couple to sleep. The complementary tea and coffee were not restocked at all. We put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and the cleaner came in anyway leaving us to question why provide the sign if it was going to be ignored anyway I always thought that these signs had the sole purpose of keeping the cleaner from coming in and disrurbing you and the lock on the inside of the door was pointless too as it failed to lock at all. The cleanliness was also questionable as the bed sheets were not changed and upon looking under the bed there were pistachio shells and dust which were certainly not ours and there was white particles in the kettle despite rinsing it out first. The cups provided for tea and coffee were meant for espresso only and were not big enough. In the description the room was described as "soundproof" which was certainly not true as we could hear the TVs coming from other rooms and other guests talking outside our door. For some reason the main light in the room was faulty as it would not turn on only the bathroom and lamp lights worked. The remote for the TV was also not working properly. Also another important thing that is not mentioned in the hotel spec is the fact that it is right next to a cemetery and the entire surrounding area is undergoing construction. As for travelling around it is a bit out of the way and the nearest train station is about half an hour walk although there are bus stops closer by. Another problem was the 'pre-authorisation' of your payment card 3 days before your arrival date. Although this isn't usually a problem, the fact that my booking allowed me to cancel for free the day before we were due to arrive, €94 was taken from my account 3 days before and when we arrived we were charged the full price despite this amount already being taken. All in all I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel for couples as it is completely unsuitable.

I didn't actually get to stay here, but the front desk staff was so helpful in getting me to my AirBNB I couldn't just let it go unnoticed. When no one else and no other businesses would give me access to WiFi to connect with my AirBNB hosts, a very welcoming gentlemen at the front desk of this best western helped me without question. I made it to my accommodations safe and without concern after his help. Service is top notch hospitality.

Perfect start of our 3 days visit to Paris. Very friendly staff. Good parking available not far from hotel. They gave us some good tips for during our visit. Room looks clean and a good working airco! Transfer with the public bus to the centrum is pretty straight forward.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights in Jun'23 and I regret my decision to this day. Rooms are super small and unclean (sticky floors), we booked 2 rooms and 1 one of them had a broken washbasin. The hotel staff simply told us they cannot get it repaired! When asked for invoice, the receptionist charged my wife's credit card even though the booking was already paid in full. I struggled to get a refund from the manager Mr. Walid for 2 months. The hotel staff was totally unapologetic and rude in their behaviour. I would have rated them negatively in service if there was an option. Only thing decent was the location.
