Quality
of
food
is
dependent
on
the
restaurant
from
which
orders
are
made.
Customer
service
of
Deliveroo
ser
pe
is
in
dire
need
of
improvement.
After
over
3
months
and
32
emails
of
toing
and
froing
with
their
customer
service,
their
office
has
still
failed
to
refund
months
of
improperly
charged
"Deliveroo
Plus"
subscription.
On
each
instance,
a
customer
service
representative
will
say
that
the
charges
have
been
reversed,
and
yet
each
27th
of
the
month,
like
clockwork,
I
get
charged
10.99EUR.
It's
been
4
months
already
and
a
"Senior
Customer
Care"
representative
is
telling
me
the
same
thing
and
the
issue
has
not
yet
been
resolved.
Deliveroo
Plus
is
not
any
better.
Drivers
refuse
to
deliver
to
my
doorstep
and
insist
that
I
have
to
meet
them
in
the
middle
of
the
street
despite
the
fact
that
there
is
ample
motorbike
parking.
There
were
a
few
times
that
my
order
was
left
downstairs
infront
of
the
main
door
and
it
was
impossible
for
me
to
retrieve
as
I
was
in
a
client
presentation.
