I went on October 26 to try the new truffle sandwiches, but for some reason they didn't have it. I was only able to order the fries with truffle sauce. It's a shame that I would have driven so far just to go try that sandwich and they didn't have it 😭😭. I had to settle for ordering a regular burger.

This was my first time visiting a Shake Shack. It was reasonably busy and the kiosks to order from were straightforward although some were out of order. I got the shack burger and I kind of wished the onion wasn't raw because it was overpowering. The crinkle cut fries were standard, however, the cheese sauce made it better. I loved the Cookies and Cream milkshake though. It's probably the best shake I've ever had. I've made several trips back to this location just to get the shake again. It's too good!

It's Shake Shack. You come here for good food that's overpriced. The burger is delicious but small. The fries (crinkle cut) are nice and crispy, but still soft and potatoey, but again the portion is small. I had an orange dreamsicle shake and it was really good. This location the staff was very friendly. They have kiosk tablet thingies that you can order through. It's in Ballston Quarter area so you can park in that garage for $1 and walk across the street.

I pay more because it’s supposed to be better than others, and we waited more than 20min, it was over cooked, tomato was too soft and squishy, 32dll for q single burger and a double and two small drinks

I come here frequently and order the Shake burger, cheese fries, and a cookies and cream milk shake. This is the third time I've come and they forgot to put the cheese on my cheese fries which is starting to get very annoying.

I had a great experience here. The shakes and burgers are great. The hot dogs and fries are just okay. Employees were awesome and helpful. I would plan to tip more than fast food since they bring your food and clear your table.

The burgers here are some of my favorite of any fast food place. The fries are also really good! This is a good place to go for a quick meal. My only complaint is that there's only one dairy free option for shakes (chocolate), but overall a nice experience.

Nothing special about this location, but it's clean and well run. I appreciate the kiosks for ordering. If you've never had a shake shack, I think they are about as good as you can get for a fast casual burger.

Did not get my burger so I told the staff. Staff told me to wait. I wait 30 min. Ask again and they say " I gave you that burger". This is after I had been sitting there the whole time. I said he was wrong and he then called me a liar. Eventually got a crappy burger.

I recently tried the chicken sandwich at Shake Shack, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing. The moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. First, let's talk about the chicken. It was perfectly crispy and cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of breading to give it a satisfying crunch. And the flavor? Well, it was out of this world. But what really made this sandwich stand out was the herb mayo. It added a whole new layer of flavor to the dish, elevating it to new heights. It was creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of herbaceousness. And let's not forget about the pickles. They added the perfect amount of crunch and acidity, cutting through the richness of the chicken and mayo to create a perfectly balanced sandwich. All in all, I can't recommend the Shake Shack chicken sandwich enough. The crispy chicken, flavorful herb mayo, and perfectly pickled toppings make for a truly unforgettable dining experience. If you're a fan of chicken sandwiches, you simply have to try this one. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

I'm quite fond of Shake Shack and their Shack Sauce, and I quite enjoyed my Double Cheeseburger with onion. My two main qualms with this particular location is that there's crowding near the to-go pick-up and that I had to wait about 30 minutes for just a burger before I got my order, about 15 minutes after I was texted that it was ready. I went near 6 pm, but it honestly seemed like the staff could've used another person packing. That said, the burger was quite fantastic, and there is loads of seating here (including outside). I've never been a fan of the legendary crinkle fries, and it feels like the shack sauce and the bun do the heavy lifting taste-wise, but it's good eats nonetheless! Also, I was a big fan of the Truffle Burger, hoping it makes a comeback!

The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Ordering at the kiosk was quick and easy, the food was reasonably priced, all of my friends were able to find seating (we got lucky being around 20 of us at the post-church lunch time), the food was very delicious, the employee serving us was very respectful and helpful. I am very pleased with my experience and cannot wait to go to Shake Shack again!!

Great food & awesome service! A little over priced, but good quality & great taste!

They had a gentleman working the counter that was giving every patron a hard time about their orders. He refused to take any orders himself but was pretty adamant that every person he helped was tryna pull a fast one on him even though he directed all of them to the kiosks. I used a kiosk to place my TO GO order. Same gentleman brought me the wrong order, forgot my soda and had it prepared for dine in. He also refused to take it back and correct it. I know customer service is becoming a lost art these days, but it sure seemed like this fella was going out of his way to make things harder for everyone involved.
