Over run with teenagers using it as a hangout in large intimidating groups Absolutely not a place you want to take children it's 5.20 it should feel safe and welcoming... More like the bronx than a family place to eat

It took 25 minutes for them to give me two double cheeseburgers. It's wasn't busy at all. Basically empty. But the people at the bagging area wouldn't stop talking to eachother....and they made extremely large orders before completing extremely small simple ones. Change your priorities and do the small ones first...a good reason I only ordered that amount.

Compared to other McDonald's that's really poorly managed! - 1st floor left dirty for hours (a person came to clean once, just collected garbage from a table and left). - Requested some tissues, they gave me literally 3 tissues for 4 people. I'd to explicitly ask for more. - Paid for 2 BBQ sauces: they asked me to queue! Literally: for two BBQ sauces. I insisted, gave them to me in 6 seconds.

Horrendous food. Worst burger I’ve ever had. Bland, tasteless, cheap nasty ingredients. Why this place is always busy is beyond me. Full of the same people every day. They don’t know what good food tastes like. I feel sorry for the staff as they do a good job. Won’t be returning.

Visited here for the first time and it will definitely be the last. We did the table service option but still had to go and collect our food as we were waiting ages. When we finally got our food it was really cold and just looked rubbish, burgers appeared squashed and the fizzy drinks were flat and milkshakes watery. As for the atmosphere it was very uncomfortable due to lots of rowdy teenagers shouting and swearing and just doing whatever the hell they liked. Will never return here!!

The place is very dirty, disgusting! Had to clean our own table. If there is shortage of staff in this particular branch then send more people from other places. Toilets also haven’t been cleaned. Disappointed

Always extremely busy. But the worst thing is that the staff Is always talking to each other and not giving a f about costumers and delivering the food asap. Plus they always extremely rude. Like they have an atitude. How can u have an atitude while working in Mc Donald’s bro lol

We order an Big Mac meal and a chicken burger, the chicken burger and fries was cold, the chicken burger had mayo when we said we wanted no mayo on the McDonald’s App and then when they bought another one back it again had mayo on again, then when the worker bought it back to the kitchen, the workers in the kitchen was moaning that we had to order it by the till next time. Scruffy McDonald’s compared to the one in Fosse Park Leicester as well. Service is rubbish judging by our experience that we had on Friday (23rd June). Food was cold. They got the orders wrong. Might not return to this McDonald’s again when we go back

Not getting my orders right several times… salad is just lettuce? Inside is always packed, long waiting times. probably due to the location… i’m going elsewhere next time:(

Not the fault of the restaurant, but its location and opening hours means its incredibly busy, and usually with some pretty aggressive/loud people. If you mind your own business, you'll be fine, but it doesn't make for a great atmosphere, and I personally wouldn't bring kids here for this reason. Staff work very hard to get orders out as fast as possible and are unfortunately not appreciated enough by customers. I 9/10 times get my order within a reasonable amount of time, and I haven't had any problems yet. They have machines that you can use to order, sometimes one or two are broken but you can still always use them and it saves a lot of time, plus saves your voice from having to shout your order over all the noise! If you want a Maccies, I recommend getting it to go here, rather than eating in. I've only eaten in once and it was during school hours when nobody was here.

Visited the Coventry City Center Macdonald this evening.This particular facility is always busy and buzzing with crowd. Service was good and pretty quick.No complain there.Restrooms are there to use.Overall a decent experience.

Never met so many rude and unhelpful staff. I'm waiting for an order and is all there interested in is there uber orders. The lady was so rude, these idiots may as well shut up shop and do delivery only ! There not interested in walk ins...31st of Jan...came here again and the manager who claimed to be Stacey was the rudest most arrogant person I have ever met, after I asked for the products to be cooked fresh they came out after 6 minutes. After I questioned she shouted and called security. If she really is the manager (which surprises me) the mcdonalds need to review there recruitment process. This lady has no people skills whatsoever. Anyway the meal wasn't fresh it was cold so she lied about that, she needs the sack...she don't have a clue

Shocking how many times we have ordered from here to have Items not put in the bag. No response from the shop try to claim your money back and when you complain online they shut you down to. And refuse give you a refund. Absolutely terrible service.

Was in there lunchtime. Extremely busy. There was a 'teenage' customer sitting on the food counter. I reported this health and safety issue and the girl was asked to move but I didn't see anyone clean the counter! I won't be going back as the girl was sitting there for at least 15 mins till I complained, the staff didn't seem to care.

Nice meals Fast service Staff were friendly and kept tables clean. My only complaint is the Fizzy drinks were flat!

Quick to order through the screen. Even with it being busy my food was ready within 5 minutes. Clean ish for a mcdonalds and polite staff. Would be a 5 star if the table was cleaner, but it was very busy.

Hi. Love mcdonalds and I can't fault the hardworking staff but the Manager was snarly, either chewing gum or maybe eating... not a great look. Wouldn't go down well in a different food serving place! Sure her staff wouldn't be able to either. Also floors and tables were dirty ... sorry

Had some food safety concerns, because an employee that I see regularly is dealing with food without a hairnet or a hat. I think the lady works on lobby, but I often see her helping with food and drinks.

I ordered through the app for table service. I waited at the table and eventually received a notification saying my order had been collected. I went downstairs to the counter to enquire and received luke warm food. "Sorry we couldn't find you" was the excuse. Or couldn't be bothered to go upstairs to the table from which I'd ordered.

Do not use this store- absolutely useless!!! Ordered to my table & was missing cutlery to eat my salad with, balsamic dressing & serviettes! When I asked for cutlery the manager didn’t have a clue what cutlery was & said he didn’t have any knives!!! Was sat upstairs & had to make numerous journeys back down the stairs as items were missing & each time I didn’t realise until I said again. What a load of rubbish!!!! I will never come to this one again

Long queue, we entered and finished order in the kiosk. Some big fight started and it was all chaos for few minutes inside. The display monitors not working. After a long wait, we got our order. Even though we mentioned eat in, no tray was given, it's a bag like take away.all the food was cold and doesn't feel like fresh.

Very very poor service. Only ordered cheese and chicken mayo burgers. Waited over 10 mins. The screen says still preparing. Staff just slowly walking about with no sense of urgency. Manager looked like she didn't want to be there. Had to leave without.order as would have been late for work.

The fries were hot but our burgers were cold. There were too many groups of children eating without being accompanied by an adult. We witnessed young children swearing which was very off-putting. The staff are very hardworking. I don't know if I will be returning.

This mcdonalds is very slow, with managers providing little encouragement. Additionaly, ordering to the table brings a 20 minute wait before you have to chase your order up to be told they aren't doing table service and don't inform you of that so instead just leave your food on the side to go cold. It was however replaced, but this of course created another lengthy wait.

O have never been in such a unprofessional McDonald's restaurant. Not only we had to wait about 20 minutes for our order as the staff was more concerned about JustEat, Deliveroo etc. orders. The food was questionable quality, especially bacon (I know it's fast food, but still there are standards). After the meal I had to go to the toilet and my God was that a mistake. I have never seen such a disgusting place. Like no one cleaned it for a week. I honestly threw up. One thing for sure - I will not be returning there. Ever.

We ordered a double cheeseburger, a cheeseburger and a chicken wrap for take away. When we arrived home and opened the burgers we noticed that non of the CHEESEburgers had CHEESE and that the double cheeseburger was just a plain burger JUST ONE. The only had ONE JOB, the easiest burger in the world and do not even know how to make it. Further it’s not the first time 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Quite a regular McDonald's, service and staff were very polite and helpful. One of the remote order kiosks weren't printing receipts which led to us having a chat with the staff at the till and they sorted it out quickly. Food is classic maccies, just what you'd expect.

One of the worst and slowest servings out of all the McDonalds I've visited in the whole world! The ordering machines do not work,or do not have paper for receipts. The place is always miserable and totally disorganized...... In the boxes with sauces; now I see sos inside; that they have been empty for over 5-6 months, you can sometimes find napkins but not all the time; the food...Woe to her, cold all the time; every time something is missing or it's less than usual, they don't have a standard (actually they do, but what they do behind; doesn't even respect that bitter standard) ❗️😡🖐😡 Last visit.... and so it is not healthy at all to eat Mc or others like that.

4oct 2022 (Wednesday) I ordered veggie spice wrap , always I ordered same because I m vegetarian , but today they gave me chicken wrap in veggie cover , I ate one bite then saw it’s chicken I never ate chicken, they just said sorry, it’s ridiculous, it hurt my emotions, m so religious in my culture we don’t eat meat chicken now I ll never come because can’t trust, I didn’t talk to manager, didn’t wanna create a scene but it was unacceptable , McDonald’s near west orchard opposite to KFC

The food was nice and hot, the service was very slow. However, the staff on the floor were polite. If you don't mind scumbag people eat in. If you don't like bad language, do not eat in. The atmosphere was awful.

Easily the worst McDonald's I've been to. My ice cream was sat on the side for 15mins after being made and they refused to give it me until they did previous orders. After waiting 25mins to get our order we were immediately kicked out after sitting down because they were "closed".

Ordered at machine and was told only take out orders were being taken. When food was ready I went and sat down inside anyway. Ordered nuggets and no sauce was in the bag. Drink had no ice so either none put in or it melted with the wait I endured. Quarter pounder was cold and the bun soggy. No salt on chips so all round a disappointing visit.

Power hungry security guard, after having an altercation with several other customers, went on to try and stop me ordering using the self serve due to me having a face mask/face covering on. Having just had to wear facemasks for the past two years, his point was completely invalidated. It took police to tell him to let me order my food and be on my way for him to calm down. Horrendous form or customer care.

Ordered £25 worth of food and ended up 2 large fries and 1 medium fries, rang them to sort it and and they point blanked refused. DO NOT use this store absolute garbage

i was sat peacefully charging my phone so i can order on the mcdonald’s app on my phone then the security guard came and kicked me out for no reason when i said that im trying to order my food then i went to the touch point thing and he said he’s going to cancel my order and i went up to go and wait for my food and he went to the manager and asked then to cancel my order and they cancelled my order without listening to what i had to say and they said cause he said to cancel it they cancelled it i just had surgery and i need to eat to have my medicine, they where rude and disrespectful towards me.

We made a delivery order: they put the wrong drinks and sauces. Did not care at all about the complaint. The experience with the staff is terrible at this Mc Donald's, try some other around

i’m so unbelievably and utterly upset, shocked and disgusted with the food i revived today. My kids are now starving and i spent my last dime on this meal. our chips were stale, half of my drink was missing. horrible horrible experience 0/10. would not recommend.
