Excellent stay ,nothing too much trouble, beautiful room and extra pillows,robe,slippers, hairdryer,safe,hangers,plenty of tea and coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate. Perfect

(See photos for more details) A bit steep for the overall experience and service. But the ambiance keeps it a higher 4-star rating for me opposed to anything lower. Beautiful setting inside and out, and a great opportunity to relax with friends. Service - Friendly staff, but once we were served, they disappeared the whole time. We had to ask for water, the bill, extra items... No one asked if everything was okay, etc. There was only one other table with two guests, so it's not like it was busy. Overall I want to give it 5-stars, but I think 4 is more fair. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants the Afternoon Tea Experience, and hopefully my review will allow for reasonable expectations.

Didn't actually go for tea went to an open day wedding event. The decor is absolutely stunning as is all Laura Ashley decoration. The staff were very helpful and people that were there said the cakes were fabulous so may have to go and try it soon.

Nice , quaint setting , Room decor aligned to enjoying a special tea with special company. The vegan and vegetarian options confused the servers but got there in the end. Quality and quantity of food was good as was its presentation. A nice selection of teas to choose from. Overall a pleasant experience.

Disappointing. My husband booked for my birthday. We were seated in the breakfast room. Not the upstairs tea room.The food was just OK. Sandwiches bland no choice was offered. Scones were hard . No extra hot water with my pot of tea. Tea was very strong. Tea strainer dirty. Said to the waitress the room was too hot. She said all the fans has been 'robbed'£54 for 2 afternoon teas not good. Think it was us that were 'robbed' .

Nicely decorated room (stands out as very different decor to the rest of the place). Staff were very accommodating, but sparse as we would have liked our hot drinks topped up more frequently. Our room was on the first floor and there was no lift, so be mindful of that. 8/10 people were either vegetarian/vegan/gluten free, which although I had stipulated when I phoned, still confused the servers, but got there in the end. The items in some of the trays, looked similar to others even though they had different dietary requirements. Overall, a pleasant afternoon out with family.

It's such a shame this place is closing it's been done up lovely and food was excellent was there for funeral, staff were amazing hope it gets saved.

This is a fabulous place for an intimate Afternoon Tea and they are doing fantastic things for Christmas all Laura Ashley everywhere a great place to visit don't judge the outside it's a place to visit

My Partner and I had a wonderful experience at The Laura Ashley tea rooms in the Chace Hotel, Coventry today. Afternoon tea selection was delicious and just the right amount of sandwiches and cakes. Our Waiter Kieran was very attentive, polite and friendly. We will definitely be returning, and highly recommend others to visit.
