For a concert venue, it was good, lots of food and drink choice. Transport was great we got train to the stadium which was a few minutes walk. Lots of parking near by and retail park which was handy for pre gig food and drink.

Great stadium, went for a CCFC game. Drinks options are Heineken, Strongbow and Guinness priced at £5 also Red & White wine. Soft drink bottles around £2 and the Ale Bar offering a choice at £4.60 with a £1 deposit on the glass. Parking is good but can be tricky to get out of which is expected. Place has a great atmosphere and with shopping centres and food places next to the stadium you have what you need. Easy access to the M6 and the A444.

Easy access and egress, good sight lines and a decent atmosphere. The location is not great, being out of town with poor public transport and not much to welcome away fans in the surrounding area. The football club also charged rip off prices

I visited the stadium to attend a conference. The conference room, adjacent supplier stand area and amenities were really good. The event was great, plenty of seating, plenty of tea and coffee ☕😄 The food on the buffet was really good. And the lady managing the teams was all over it. Great experience. Thanks 👍🤩

Was a great venue, got good seating and the show was out of this world. The only thing that spoiled it was the after show taxi arrangements, they were ludicrous, awful, a total unorganised shambles. People, this needs to be better!

Watched Rammstein play here. The gig was excellent, and the venue was ideal for it. Beer prices were as expected. The only drawback was security being too keen taking necklaces off people when that wasn’t mentioned in the information beforehand (keychains and spikes had been mentioned). All in all a good time though.

It's pretty good ground to visit. There is plenty of parking and easy to access stadium from parking areas. Inside concourse is spacious and there's enough places serving food and drink. View from the stands is good. The stairs can feel a bit tight though. Hopefully Coventry won't get turfed out again.

Goodness me! What a place to catch fun. If you are not yet a fan of the blue Amy you may want to reconsider your choice, if not for the team then it must be for the Eco friendly football fans and also benefit from the wide range of other things the magnificent structure has to offer. shopping centre, Hotel with straight access to the field, clean toilets, very professional and Friendly scouts, fantastic views if you are a picture frenzy kinda person. Honestly if I have to keep going I may end up writing a novel. So to cut a long story short. I'll say if you ever wanted to spend some few hours or more having fun and the time of your life with family? then Coventry Building Society Arena is the place to be. If I enjoyed being there you will certainly feel the same or more. please view, comment, like and follow me. cheers!

Had a great time watching commonwealth games rugby 7's. It was the first time visiting the stadium. It's a nice bowl type stadium with unobstructed views of the pitch. I'd like to give a big shout out to the volunteers at the stadium who were very helpful and friendly and made our visit that much nicer

Great venue, seats were in the North stand behind the posts with a great view. Watched the Commonwealth Rugby Sevens there, the food and drink available was a really good standard and you can take back to your seat or bring your own if you prefer. There are several car parks around the stadium that you can pre book on line that cost £10 for 8 hours. Well Marshall and signed really clear. Wasps RFC and Coventry City play here as well

A full spruce up and ready for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth games. A south side entry is now added as part of the Commonwealth legacy. The rugby pitch also has a slight extension. A must visit during the Rugby, Judo and Wrestling events for the 2022 games. This arena is one of the many stadiums hosting the games. This is also the home of the Wasps.

Went there with friends to see the long expected Rammstein gig, bought the tickets August 2019, and it took place almost 3 years later! 😅 due to covid19, obviously! It was just wonderful perfect and amazing!

Had a really good time here for the commonwealth games rugby 7s. The organisation was a bit poor as the stewards kept giving mixed messages and we got told to go back to a way we have just come from. All guests kept being bottlenecked into the same entrances and exits which was busy despite being no where near full capacity. Inside the venue, the stadium was good with a nice atmosphere. The drinks and food stands were always quick to get to but standard expensively priced stadium food. Overall had a good time.

Parked easily at the nearby Novotel Hotel just off M6. 10 minute walk to the stadium. Easy to get into on a busy match day. The CBS Arena is an excellent facility for Coventry.

Saw the killers here, they where fantastic, but the stadium and everything about the organisation was pathetic, no queues just a free for all to get in, no bag checks, no stewards had a clue and just stood about, the merch stall had run out early and drinks where stupid prices, the stadium seats where pathetically small and everyone was squashed , leaving was a nightmare with 10s of thousands of people herded to avnarrow Bridge to cross the main road, again no lines just a mass surge, super dangerous, so in conclusion, never ever go to a gig at this dump !!

Attended to exhibit at the SPATEX trade show. Bagged a couple of tickets for Wasps vs Saracens on the same weekend which was perfect. Great facility- highly recommended 👍

I went to see Rammstein, it was amazing overall however a few minor issues were noticed. Firstly the good, the green room was a very good experience. Gave us somewhere to relax while waiting for the gig to start as we got there 6 hours early. Easy to navigate the stadium too. Now the bad bits, staff messed up and gave us free standing bracelets, not checking things over correctly. The security was lacking, it would of been easy to sneak things in. It was heaving and staff seemed lost and confused, closing multiple stair cases was a bad idea and created grid lock. There was clearly a lot of younger security on apprenticeships, as older ones were supervising them. It seemed like a bad gig to do this with, they kept letting people intimidate them and walk on the stage. The numbers on the floor were faded, so we ended up in an argument with a German who insisted my girlfriends space was theirs. We gave up and moved but then he was rude throughout, just ruined the experience a little bit.

Great stadium with Rugby Union Giants Wasps in charge. Coventry City FC now renting. Cashless stadium with great views from all seating areas. Lots of bars and eateries along concourse. Parking available. Two club shops a cafe and bar. Corporate eateries as well inc boxes and Hotel. Great venue also used for outdoor and indoor concerts

Went here for the long awaited concert of Rammstein. The venue was great though a lot of the stewards were a bit clueless when it came to getting to our seats. Other than that it was an amazing show at a very good venue

Easy to park & getting in was fairly straightforward, needless to say lot harder to get off the carpark! Ground felt surprisingly small or enclosed? Great view for the away fans, quite comfortable seating though usual close together, cram them in style. Guess as the pitch has to withstand half hundredweight of rugby players dancing on it it must have bit more plastic in the mix, as the bounce of the ball seemed quite ferocious? Good day was had by all, nice to see Coventry back home

Located near a shopping center at walk distance. Parking lot across the street, all standard are covered so no need to worry about the rain. The food is stadium less than average but for tourists they sell meat pies which were tasty.

Modern stadium with no bad views and Coventry City offer parking for £14 in a large car park - 900+ spaces just over the dual carriage way ( bridge provided ! ) Easy to get in, but pre book only, and there is a queue to get out. We were on row EE near the aisle, and there were no seats in front of where we sat. Good selection of drinks available in the concourse pies are microwaved but hot. Prices are £4.70 for a pie, and tea is £3. Alcohol is in line with most Championship clubs. Only draw back was some crowd trouble outside after the game as the Police / stewards were not used ( I think ) to the stadium being virtually sold out for the first time in a while. Good stadium, and to be fair, Mark Robins has got Coventry playing well, which helps it be a good day out. And that is from a Leicester City supporter.

No faults with the arena itself, but the parking system (or lack thereof) is a shambles. We paid £65 for concert tickets, £75(!) for parking, and the place was gridlocked for hours when we needed to leave. Other than that, it functioned as an arena should. No other complaints.

I watched the Killers in concert. The venue was good, seats comfortable (though I stood through the Killers) with plenty of room, there were lots of people outside to guide you to the right area, and not the usual crush getting out because it opens out to a big area. So great venue, though I understand the football team aren't that good.

  • 2/5 Douglas H. 1 year ago on Google
The Arena was fine itself, but had to park a half hour walk away with no pavement walking alongside a dual carriageway through long grass, brambles and mountains of rubbish. The sound was the worst I have heard in any stadium and the people next to us smoked throughout.

Arena and atmosphere was great regardless of a half empty stadium.. thoroughly enjoyed our time after entering the turnstiles.. What I was disappointed with was the lack of support for disabled persons and parking. Got told piorr to today that there was only car park C available, 3 minutes away, clearly wasnt. My son is autistic, anxious and afraid of heights, imagine the horror trying to cross the bridge 😔 Provide more disabled bays, closer!! That said, he hasnt stopped chanting the agy, agy, agy, wasps, wasps, wasps chant.. Big shout out to the stewards at T24-27 on east stand... really accommodated for my son!!

G Casino Coventry is one of the flagship casinos in the group. Inside the Ricoh Arena, recently renamed Coventry Building Society Arena. Entrance leans you downstairs into the main part of the casino playing area. The venue is well known for poker with a large cardroom and host to the Goliath even each year where it opens up additional halls for all the players. Lifts are available for disabled. Carpark is large with multiple disabled parking spaces. Staff are well presented and their to assist if any help is required. Bar area and restaurant is also on the main casino floor. Food is served to a high standard. The Lady G showroom is well served with tribute acts and offers good seating and views of the shows. Overall you should be able to have a good experience here. All area were clean and tidy. No damaged furniture, rips, stains or smells to spoil the atmosphere. The usual table games are available as well as multiple slot and roulette machines on the gaming floor. If this review was informative enough for you give it a thumbs up for others.

I've been to the ricoh stadium a few times and have always found their facilities to be of a good standard. Disabled access was very good and the disabled wheelchair access to and location in the stands was superb. The disabled toilets were located within very easy reach of the seating area. The refreshments were of a good quality, both the chicken balti pie and steak pie being very tasty and not too expensive. The beer was also well priced for such a venue. The stand out point for me was the staff all of whom were very friendly and welcoming, from the ladies in the refreshment concession outside, to the ticket collectors, to the bar staff and the other staff around the ground, all of whom made time to talk and make us feel welcome. This made for a great day out.

Everyone enjoyed the fun fair and welcoming drinks, Large queues to use the bathrooms. definitely recommend more facilities.. But overall good..
