Nice breakfast even with covid 19 restrictions. The room is ok, the bed is ok, the pillows are not ok. It's an old hotel needing a complete renovation. In the end it's a cheap hotel with a premium price. Don't get fooled by the pictures on booking.

A simple hotel in an unatractive area. Rooms are rather small and old. Bathroom floor is in need of renovation. Breakfast is basic at best. Beds are ok. A sort of “ ok” hotel for a 1 night business person on tour, not for your holliday.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Der Stadtteil in dem das Hotel liegt ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Die zentrale Lage zur Metro und zum DisplayLand unschlagbar. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung, Rührei mit Schinken, Croissants, Crêpes, Baguette und vieles mehr - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen im Restaurant Montag bis Freitag kann man auch nur empfehlen. Wenn die anderen Gäste etwas lauter sein sollten, dafür kann das Hotel nichts ... wir würden wieder buchen.☆☆☆

Rooms were cramped, hallways were dirty, and the staff was of no help when we needed them the most. One of the cleaning ladies stole $500 from my family even after we put a “do not clean/disturb sign” up. It’s not like the money was in the open either, it was hidden and secured deep in a suit case meaning she was digging through our possessions intentionally looking for it. When we confronted the staff they kept setting the issue to the side and refused to cooperate or give us any information. The cherry on top was the bathroom in the lobby was in horrid condition and when I tried to use it the lock broke and a man had to use a SPOON to try prying it open. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Location was optimal for my visit (Europarc). Also it is just a short walk from subway (~40 min. to Paris center), and the bus, going to Creteil centre, stops right in front of the hotel. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Poor wi-fi signal with often disconnections, although changed the room closer to the elevator for better signal. Breakfast is not that varied and you'd better hurry, because by 9 a.m. there could be not that much left for you. Rooms not air-conditioned, which can be a problem during hot days. Only French TV channels, but this is a common thing for almost all hotels of this segment in France. Overall feeling about the hotel is that it almost has not changed since I visited it first nearly 10 years ago.

Everything you expect for 45 euro single room breakfast included. I had the friendly and the grumpy receptionist. They really should fix the smell of mold. I loved the matress (really, no cynism).

Ich fand das Hotel recht gemütlich, es ist einfach,aber gut erreichbar mit Metro (Linie 8, Pont de Lac). Frühstück klasse, Personal freundlich

The hotel is 25 minutes from Paris. 10 minutes by walking from metro. The prices were very good. Service was great, very helpful. food we liked very much: fresh clean and everything needed for breakfasts . Rooms are really very clean! We stayed in November and there was a hitting available so the rooms were worm good. The bed was big enough and comfortable. I definitely recommend Euro Hôtel Paris Créteil

Food was nice staff was very rude especially The person working at the front desk I think he was an Indian person or something like this One of the most rude person I have ever spoke to I am never coming back here again would not stay here if my room was free to be honest I think they should change their front desk worker to be honest I would just pay a little extra to go to a different hotel

The hotel is far away from city. The rooms are smelly and its not sound proof.night cannot sleep due to noisy . Breakfast was terrible (surprisingly in France) . No electricity on our first day (night) stay-we unable to charge our cell phones. Don't order anything from the restaurant - not customer oriented.. Not attentively listening to our order as he had given wrong food than requested.

The rooms can be improved and also if you want to sleep more than 9 a clock it's very hard because of the noise made by the people cleaning the hotel. It is situated in a nice a pacefull area !

Terrible customer service as I requested a cot for my 3 month old baby 3 weeks in advance. I was told one would be provided on out arrival. It was not! I asked 3 times before we went out, twice on our return and finally my husband was told that there wasn’t one as the 3 they have were being used!! We were offered a drink instead!! I demanded my money back which led them to finding a cot an hour later by which time my baby and toddler were hysterical. No doubt they just thought we’d forget about it. On top of this the room was a squeeze and very hot with only a fan. Avoid!

Bleiben wir mal sachlich. Das Hotel war eine reinste Katastrophe schon beim betreten. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und mussten Sie mit erschrecken begutachten. Die Türgriffe komplett lose und dadurch auch absolut unsicher. Es hat im ganzen Hotel nach Chlor gestunken. Erschreckend war auch, wie sehr Bilder täuschen können. Die Zimmer sahen den Bildern bei Booking nicht einmal ähnlich. Natürlich sind wir keine Nacht dort geblieben. Wir sind zur Rezeption gegangen, die natürlich auch kaum Englisch sprechen konnte und man sich so auch nicht beschweren konnte wie man das gerne hätte. Es wurde Booking angerufen, um nach einer Stornierung zu bitten. Da das Hotel aber ohne kostenfreie Stornierung gebucht worden war, konnte man das Hotel nicht kostenfrei stornieren. Vor Ort wurde uns aber mehrfach eine kostenlose Stornierung versprochen, da es genug Gründe gab das Hotel zu stornieren. Letztendlich, nach mehrfachen Telefonaten und E-Mails wurde uns das Geld vorbehalten und das hat uns den ganzen Urlaub natürlich versaut. Der Manager ist auch nach mehrfachen Anfragen nicht erreichbar, nichtmal telefonisch. Wir kommen mal zum Punkt, dieses Hotel wird auf keiner Weise empfohlen. Es wird nur gelogen und betrogen.
