Worst Wendy's I've ever been, waiting in line 45 min and still didn't get to order, employees standing around not helping guest, would not recommend this place

We ordered through the drive through and didn't get everything we ordered. When I went in to get my missing items there were flies everywhere. I've worked fast food and never had a problem with bugs, this is nasty.

Stephanie & Brian are hands down the best to work for! I repeat THE BEST! Not only can they run an optimal Wendy's branch but they actually care about their employees.

I give it 4 stars because of the simple mistakes that shouldn't happen, like no straws for the drinks, no sauce for the chicken nuggets, etc.. it happens almost every time I come here, but it's my bad for not always checking. They're busy, it's not fast, but the food is still good.

Clean and updated. Typical fast food but was fast and well made. Bathroom was clean

Definitely one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. The shower curtain for the bathroom door would be great example.

Of all the places that have shut down, this place needs to be one of them. Constantly rude service, and just when I think their burgers couldn't get any worse, they proved me wrong with the most chewy, burnt ends, like it literally has been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch. It's baffling how this place is still opened, even just for food violations....

It's Wendy's. The fast food is what you'd expect. Good fries. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very good. Very spicy. Buns aren't fluffy as commercials make them to be, but their buns. They do what you want. It wasn't terribly busy, so the service was easy and the atmosphere was okay 👍

Didn't get any food. Their service socks. Waited in line at drive thru for 25 minutes and only one vehicle moved

I stopped in on the way home from a vacation. I was hungry. The food was good and the service was kind. Wasn't happy about the lack of privacy in the restroom.

The building is falling apart, and the trays were not cleaned. Food quality was sub par and I was not impressed with the overall experience. Usually Wendy's has decently high standards but this was disappointing.

While the cashier was extremely pleasant to deal with and my order was prompt, the dinning area was the reason I didn’t eat my food. From the flys, ants, and other insects crawling around to the mold growing around the windows I was forced to assume the kitchen was equally as bad. The double entry doors were propped open(not sanitary) several ceiling times were missing due to was appeared to be water damage. Not of the damage was properly dried, cleaned, or covered to avoid airborne mold from flying about. Wendy’s you need to do better!!

Was Missing some of what we ordered. For the most part food was pretty good I would of liked If the fries was hot and fresh.

Always good food. They just gotta work on how long it takes to get the food out

These fks want 15 for a meal🤣😅 like it's a actual restaurant. Save your money and go sit down somewhere to eat where teenagers aren't messing up your order with heating lamp food, it'll cost the same

Food is very good, the drive through, while not used properly by most patrons, is plenty long and usually moves pretty darn fast

For anyone who likes the Wendy’s Onion Tanglers they are no longer the same. Really upsetting. You get little teeny tiny pieces (manager says this is the future of the Tanglers) not as many in the container and mine were ice cold. However, I have to say that their other food is wonderful. This review only reflects the Onion Tanglers. Hence only the three stars when normally I give five to Wendy’s

Stopped in for frostys. Drive thru was crazy busy but fast moving. Very impressed with speed and friendly service. Only thing I found odd was the employee asked me if I wanted my 9 cents change.

I think i felt a staphylococcus infection setting in as i walked through the door. The place is in extreme need of a face-lift, remodel, actually, probably need to just demolish it, and start over. Our order was made wrong....missing half the burger. The chicken on my sandwich was litterally a rock covered with breading. LOTS OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS!!!

Nuggets were dry, and service was friendly, but slow. Chili was fine, so standard Wendy's experience otherwise.
