Really impressed by this clinic. The staff is professional, very capable, and on top of that, the communication style is very transparent and polite. The overall mood is friendly and warm, and the team at the front desk is there to help you out with anything. I've had the chance to meet Dr. Croitoru and Dr. Zsigmond, and had procedures done by both of them. Absolute professionals and perfectionists. The place itself is also discretely decorated and clean.

Without doubt the best dental surgery I have ever been to . After many years of poor quality dentistry in the UK I moved to Bucharest and Dental Elite have been amazing. I have always been scared of dentists but the team have totally helped me overcome that fear and I now feel at ease and look forward to visiting them. I knew I needed a lot of dental work and this is the first dental surgery I felt I could trust. Having every speciality in one place was a huge bonus as my whole care package was joined up and took the stress out of explaining what I needed. An incredible experience! From the moment you enter the clinic, you are greeted with great warmth. The reception pays special attention to appointments and reminders are made ahead of time. Regarding medical experience, I strongly recommend Mr. Dr. Dragos Crisu and Mrs. Dr. Zsigmund. Each consultation is conducted with great professionalism and in some places sprinkled with humor. When things take place in such a welcoming environment, I return to the clinic with love. Hats off for the services provided.

The clinic staff is polite but not customer oriented at all. I made an appointment with a toothache, I waited an hour for the doctor to see me, because she was busy. When the doctor saw me, she simply offered me just brushing my teeth, instead of treatment. Because she wouldn’t have time to treat the tooth. I spent 2 hours of time and money just for looking into my mouth and doing a photo shoot of my teeth.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The doctors are extraordinary.

Really great clinic, I did a lot here: teeth cleaning, removing the caries, removing the wisdom teeth. All of this work has been done quickly, without any pain. I can also say that most of the doctors can speak English, so if you don't know Romanian - you should go here. The prices are not cheap, but it worth it!
