She was very well informed with all the processes and happily managed to answer all the questions that we had. We also had the great fortune to be visiting during the processing of the merlot grapes and were invited to try the first press "must" juice of the grapes - very special. We ended with the tasting of 5 wines (feteasca alba white, sauvigon blanc, rose, syrah and the region famous feteasca neagra) with a plentiful selection of cheese and meats. We really appreciate the effort that Beatrice and the team put on for just the two of us - above and beyond!
