For a 4-star hotel that charges you 80 EUR per night please read below what you get. I've spent 3 nights at the resort at the end of November 2021 along with my wife and my 12 yo daughter. On the phone you get something and there you receive something else. Pros: - Room temperature was around 21 degrees (which was great). - "A la carte" food was delicious Cons: - Bathroom is in an advance state of degradation - There was a smell in the room which is hard to describe (very unpleasant) - Very cold in the lobby (same place where you take breakfast, lunch & dinner). The difference between lobby temperature and outside was a few degrees. Wearing a warm coat was a must during your meals. - Breakfast was always cold (omelette or any other meal which was supposed to be warm or hot was in fact dead cold) - Pool temperature (measured by multiple guests) was 20 degrees. Employees said the real temperature was 27 and all the measurement devices are broken. - Flies and other insects are all over the place. All the food is not covered and flies are everywhere. I saw other guests very upset about the conditions. I DO NOT recommend this place.

This place is beautiful! It is perfect for social events, even weddings. The food is great, they also have a pool. The only downside is that they are really far away from any city to get there by foot or public transport. Other than that, i'd recommend it.

Worst hotel experience. Unacceptable reception service, horrible beds just one towel for double room, licking toilet, ruined shower. Though the service and the food in ball room was excellent but that's a separate business from the hotel.

We stayed for one weekend. Enjoyed time at the pool and sauna. The room is quite big and clean, the bed very comfortable. Food was delicious and we had a great weather for lake activities. There is more to be done for sure but the potential for the place is unlimited

There is a big swimming pool and is not a crowded place, but they still have to work on the services they offer to clients, especially they need more options for food and drinks.

We were here for a wedding and the place by the lake was quite nice! The rooms are definitely elegant but could use more lighting. The bride and groom had a few problems with the staff in organizing but overall the experience was pleasant

Kept awake all night by wedding event music. Swimming pool was green and nothing like in the photos. Staff at the pool was rude.

Very poor customer experience. They cheat on minibar expenses. No fridge and no TV in the room. The food takes ages to be served. The pool is ok though but with a flower you can’t bring springtime...I don’t recommend it

Just spent the last week at this beautiful hotel. So clean and modern. Staff brilliant, very attentive and there’s a managers presence throughout. Food and drinks great, would definitely recommend and return

The worst of its kind! Beginning with customer service, food, cleaning, prices.. Nothing is right here. Total chaos. Made us pay in the evening, promised us breakfast at 8am, no one ever showed up. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my enemies..
