I should have looked more closely at the reviews before making an appointment here because my terrible experience seems to be similar to others, especially first time patients. While I came in with many questions, I only asked a few because Dr. Ginsburg's responses were quite rude and unhelpful. I felt very dumb for asking the questions I did and there was no way I was going to be even more vulnerable and ask other questions about my body that I was more insecure about. I was made to feel unimportant and like I should know more than I do about hormones and such. I guess I need to do my own research now and find someone who is patient and willing to answer my questions with at least some empathy. The worst part was that I started crying part-way through and she continued with the examination, not asking if I was okay or if she could touch me, while I tried to calm myself down. This was a traumatizing experience for me and I will be MUCH more careful about what doctor I see next.

Dr. Ginsburg is very kind and answers all my questions, but she does not show any concern for the comfort/worries/fears of her patients. She didn’t ask if I was ready once it was time to start the exam, she didn’t explain anything about what she was going to do or why, and she didn’t warn me when she was about to do something extremely painful. I have gotten a swab taken twice by her and the first time was not painful at all. The second time I expected the same thing, but she suddenly shoved a swab into my cervix where I have never felt pain before, and it was excruciating. I held it together while the doctor finished up, but cried once she left the room, again in the elevator, and again once I got to my car. The pain and shock I had just experienced had overwhelmed me. I think it caused me a panic attack. Either way, it was a terrifying and traumatic experience. Again, Dr Ginsburg is smart and capable, but I am going to look for another OB after today.

I had my first papsmear here and it wasn’t what i was expecting. Part of her job is to make the patient feel comfortable and I felt the complete opposite. She was very short and quick, no explanation of what she was doing so every feeling was a complete shock. I would not go back.

I love this office! Dr. Ginsburg is amazing! Been going to her for 2 years now! They are pretty open with their schedule and never booked out. Dr. Ginsburg makes you feel super comfortable and she’s just straight to the point. Overall Amazing! Her medical assistant is super nice and very easy going. She’s also the one that draws blood and she does great. I would say the best out of anywhere else I’ve been. Highly recommend!!

I visited this clinic a year ago, I avoided posting because I am a private person, I very rarely post negative reviews. I was reminded of my experience when the office called to schedule an annual follow up, which is laughable. I'd suggest prospective patients carefully read the negative reviews, they are spot on with my experience. I raised some concerns during my visit and broke down in tears after her cold and clinical rebuff, she made me feel like an idiot for raising a question. I've since received much better care and you can, too.

I have been seeing Dr. Ginsburg over the last 8 years. Every visit she is kind, caring, professional, and quick to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality OB!

I wish I had read the recent negative reviews prior to going in for an annual visit. I am not one to post negative reviews about providers, as I am one myself; but, I had to share that my experience at OWH mimics the other negative reviews. Dr. Ginsburg dismissed me, made me question my judgment, and did not provide any helpful information (PCOS), other than to push birth control pills. I left shaking and in tears. When I called the office a few days later to discuss results that had posted to my chart, the person who answered said that Dr. Ginsburg was with a patient - only after I expressed my continued preference for my provider to call me back, did she then admit it was in fact her on the phone, and that she had lied and pretended to be the receptionist?! She called me "hostile" multiple times because I was expressing that I did not understand her narrative in my chart, "considered essentially normal." I pushed, and she said, "I have no other way of explaining this to you." This is prime example of why people put off seeking medical care. Don't waste your annual visit at this practice.

I had been with Dr. Ginsburg for years. She really doesn’t care how you feel. After I had my first child she dismissed all my feelings. I felt ignored and I didn’t know who to turn to. I went thru postpartum depression on my own because she said it was nothing as I didn’t have suicidal thoughts, she ignored the rest of my feelings, and symptoms. When I was pregnant with my second baby she was rude to me because I forgot to bring a mask and I came into her office thinking I could ask for one at the front desk. She was very rude and made me feel guilty for not having one in my vehicle. I left crying that day and never went back. As soon as I got to a new clinic and I voiced my concerns I got immediate help that they offer to mom-to-be and for postpartum depression and options on medication, follow up appointment sooner than the regular appointments and often appointments to check on my mental health. If you are someone that is looking for a Doctor that cares for your well being and mental health, someone that listens, and helps don’t go to Dr. Ginsburg!!

Dr. Val was kind, efficient & very knowledgeable with all the questions I had during my appointment. The receptionist went above & beyond to make sure I was set before seeing Dr. Valerie. My whole experience was from when I walked in & checked out was effortless. Appointments like this gives me so much anxiety. However, everyone who worked at this office made feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

Dr. Ginsburg followed me through my first pregnancy. Appointments were always fast and efficient, which I appreciated. However she always had time were there any questions that my husband or I had. After having my baby, she stopped by every day to check up on me in the hospital even though I was there over the weekend. I always felt confident in her knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Ginsburg and staff are all so friendly and professional. she is one of my favorites! She has followed me through and delivered all three of my children- every appointment fast and efficient which i appreciate always asked how you are doing/feeling- and if you had any questions she always made sure she was very thorough in her response! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

I visited a year ago and initially was told Dr.Valerie Ginsburg specializes with endometriosis. My appointment was nothing short of her being dismissive and short. She didn’t care to hear about my concerns and was to quick to tell me I had nothing to worry about because I still get a period. I have had two surgeries prior to visiting her. I went along with doing my annual and at the end of my appointment she wanted to convince me to doing DNA testing for my future child ( because I had just turned 35). I found this completely unnecessary as I wasn’t there for fertility or any concern in that category. Here I am 1 year later they are saying my insurance won’t pay the visit. Isn’t that what the front office does? Confirms insurance before appointment. They have been harassing me for two weeks as I have replied and am trying to resolve this. Terrible business ! Shame on you

Dr. Ginsburg and staff are wonderful! I have been seeing Dr. Ginsburg for about 4 years now (since moving to CO) and she and her staff really care about the needs of their patients. They are professional, they listen to concerns and provide options for solutions and they respond quickly to emails and phone calls. I feel really comfortable with Dr. Ginsberg.

Dr Ginsburg and her staff provided excellent care for me during my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. She was so supportive and respected my birth plan. When unfortunately there was a turn of events during my delivery that led to an emergency c-section, I was so lucky to be in the hands of Dr Ginsburg. We now have a very healthy, happy baby thanks to her. She'll be honest, a straight shooter and I always appreciate that. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Ginsburg and staff!

Really appreciated how small and quiet this office is. My appointment was VERY timely, maybe 25 total minutes spent in the office. Front desk and provider were all very kind and patient. I get really nervous about doctors appointments and they humored me throughout. It was a relief. Thanks!!

I love Dr Ginsburg and Trista. Trista is friendly, helpful, and kind. And Dr. Ginsburg does a great job of easing my anxiety and stress. Prior to getting pregnant, she was my gynecologist and I felt very comfortable with her practice of medicine so when I got pregnant, I knew I’d like to continue with her. Dr Ginsburg has been really wonderful and affirming and has provided me with the reassurance I’ve requested. She’s straightforward, which I appreciate. I’m glad to have her!

First visit with the Doctor. Very accommodating and understanding of my issues especially around hormone management and menopause. Quite a relief to find her frankly. Gave me as much time as I needed and really listened to my concerns and issues.

Honestly was going to be a no show for my appointment... i was so nervous. However the ladies were super friendly, reassured me, and made me feel comfortable... can't thank ya'll enough! I’ve been going to Dr. Ginsburg for OBGYN nearly 20 years. She is smart, practical, compassionate, and funny. In particular, I will always appreciate her approach during the labor process when I had my baby. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

It has been about four and a half years since I had my son, but I still think back to my pregnancy and labor experience often and honestly, I found Dr. Ginsburg to be quite incredible (especially during delivery!!). I’ve always said if I ever had any more children, I’d move back to Colorado just to have her delivering my baby once more. She is very clinical and not so much the coddling type, however; she WILL skillfully answer questions that are asked. She is very blunt and to the point, which I found extremely helpful, as everything else about pregnancy (and everything coming from everyone else) is SO contradictory and confusing. I feel she really cuts through all of that overwhelm with efficiency. Obviously this may come off as cold and not everyone’s cup of tea; it just worked amazingly well for me. Edit: it’s worth noting that I had Medicaid throughout my entire pregnancy and never felt like this made me unwelcome at the clinic. Actually, I recall her giving me advice on how to navigate Medicaid to the best advantage.

She was wonderful. Took time to get to know me as a first visit patient. Asked me for my questions after taking time to review my health history and clarifying my history. Her and her staff were great, I felt assured and listened too. I am 53 and at the end of one life journey and entering another. Would recommend her to any and all!

Dr. Ginsburg is genuinely one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She actually cares about her patients. I cannot recommend her enough.

Been seeing Dr. Ginsburg for 3 years now after my old OBGYN changed offices that my insurance was not going to cover. Everything happens for a reason. I adored my last OBGYN and have been so happy that Dr. Ginsburg provides amazing care, advise and has become my #1 Doctor and made the transition extremely easy.

It has been years since I had an annual, hard to drum up the courage. The relief I felt walking into and out of their office. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the location is fantastic.

Came in 2021 to get my nexplanon replaced and was surprised how seamless the procedure was. Fast forward to now and I decided to take out my birth control and the person I immediately thought of to do this procedure was Dr. Ginsburg since she’s precise, skilled, and straightforward in her appointments. I like Dr. Ginsburgs clear cut approach and no fluff.
