Thumbs up to Jodie and really the whole office. Been to a lot of urgent cares in my day, but first time to an AFC and must say I was pleasantly surprised. Semi busy yet I was taken back to a room actually a few minutes early of my booked time, saw nurse and doctor promptly, both very professional etc so overall a good experience, especially when feeling like poo. Would certainly recommend AFC, this location at least which by the way was actually a really nice facility as well, clean and above average amenities, free bottle water for example

Lacrisha and PA/MA Brad were compassionate and phenomenal to have welcome me into my urgent care visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and like family, despite being a first time visitor from NY! Highly recommend to others looking for quality and fast care!

I scheduled an appointment online for AFC Speer. One of the best browser experiences for scheduling an appointment. Allowing me to upload my documents before coming in made the process extremely seamless. Angel was a great MA and genuinely took the time to assess my sickness. I felt I was in good hands. I also appreciated the follow up call from the clinic the next day.

The staff here is kind, efficient, and they thoroughly listened to my concerns in order to assess best treatment. Too often medical professionals don’t do their due diligence or brush off certain symptoms, but Kristin B (PA) made me feel heard as a patient. Jaime, the med tech, was easygoing and made me feel at ease when getting blood drawn. I will definitely be back!

Shante', Dr. Parks, and truly everyone there today were wonderful from the minute I walked in. I went without an appointment and that wasn't a problem at all. They were friendly, understanding, and professional. The facilities were modern and clean. The medication I required was sent to a pharmacy close to my home. The entire visit was pleasant and pretty fast. That's important when you aren't feeling well. Thank you for making my visit so easy.

I brought my wife in yesterday who had wax blockage in her ear. The woman at the front desk Bethany was very kind and helped us finish the paperwork quickly. The procedure for removal was fast and she was treated so well. The staff gave her good advice for proactive measures going forward. Overall I am very pleased and will be coming back here for any future urgent care needs!

I loathe going to the doctor, especially urgent care - but I was in such pain I had to go. The experience was as wonderful as an urgent care experience could possibly be. Kendall and Jaime were so kind, professional, and efficient. They put me at ease throughout the whole process. Dr. Ahmed was not only very thorough but took the time to listen to me and explain to me his perspective/process. All of them were so caring and considerate, and the office was very well organized and timely. I highly recommend this team and clinic!

The care provided at this AFC is extraordinary. During the check in, the staff member was empathetic about having to fill out necessary paperwork asking after I completed, "I hope it wasn't too mad." After checking in, Kendall brought me to the exam room and was incredibly compassionate and thorough. She really went above and beyond to be empathetic while digging in to my symptoms. When the doctor saw me, he provided the most conservative approach to treating my symptoms while outlining additional options as well. I had a similar experience about 3 years ago here and will continue to use this care center as needs arise. Thank you to the entire team.

I was in from out of town and this urgent care was close to my hotel. I must say my experience was excellent. It was clean, the staff was friendly and SPEEDY! I took note of the cleanliness of this facility, which impressed me. I had a great and fast experience. I recommend, especially if you’re in from out of town looking for a place to take a child.

Had a great experience here!! The front desk staff were really friendly. I did not wait too long for my appointment and once I was in the room I was seen quickly. Gisele was fantastic, she was really nice and efficient. The doctor was great as well, very comforting and addressed my concerns quickly and accurately. I would definitely go back for future urgent care needs.

I have gone twice to this location and both times the entire nursing staff and receptionist were wonderful. Bethany at the front desk was polite and attended to me quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie, sloan and Kendall. They were friendly and really polite. Made my entire process so easy.

Quickest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Bethany at the front was extremely quick and helpful- I was able to do my urine sample before being pulled back since I had to go right then. Payment was easy. Was taken back within 10 mins of my appointment. In and out within another 10 and my prescription was being filled before I even exited the exam room. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and quick! Love it

Everyone at this clinic was super nice and helpful. They made me feel so cared. Jaime was my nurse and he was so kind, I’m not a fan of shots and felt faint, he immediately ran to get me a cold compact, snacks and juice. He made sure I was alright and I felt so safe. Mosby helped checked me in and out and she was so lovely and seemed to really care about how I was doing. Great staff and highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care.

My medical assistant, Jaime, was kind, attentive, and very personable! The facility is very clean and welcoming, unlike many other urgent care centers I’ve been to. Check in was also easy. It did take a little longer to be taken to the back than I expected given that I had an appointment, but they were SO BUSY as we enter flu season, so I understand!

I have had to go to this Urgent Care twice in the past week, due to being sick. I usually HATE going into walk-in places like this, and try to avoid at all costs! But for starters, making the appointment online was extremely easy and when I walked in for my appointment, everything was all set and ready to go with no wait at all. Jenn and Justin, took care of me today and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Not only were they SUPER friendly, but they could tell I was a little nervous and we chatted about other things which really eased my anxiety of being there. They both were knowledgeable, efficient and got me everything I needed in such a short period of time. Sometimes at places like this, you may find people not being as attentive or always missing something that you need, or just not very pleasant, but not today! I will recommend this place to everyone!! Kindness can go a long ways, especially after the past two years with the pandemic. And as someone who is in and out of hospitals regularly , these two went above and beyond and I truly am grateful. By having such awesome staff, this place will continue to succeed!

This was the best urgent care experience I could’ve asked for! Came in needing stitches and every person that helped me out was so friendly, efficient and made me feel comfortable. It wasn’t crowded and I was able to make an appointment for 30 minutes out. Kendal was the MA that finished me up with bandages, and I unfortunately can’t remember the names of the person who took my vitals and the PA who did my stitches, but it happened around 3pm on a Saturday so I want to make sure they get their feedback too :) would definitely come back to this location in the future!!

Came to Denver to visit a friend and was feeling under the weather. The staff here was great! Kept apologizing for the long wait but they were quick. My medical assistants Kendall and Jordan took very good care of me and the PA Sarah was kind and knowledgeable. Thank y’all for the wonderful service!!

Brittany and Dr. Ahmed were some of the most compassionate and empathetic urgent care providers I've ever met. They were gentle and reassuring when they sent me to the ER (I'd never been before, in addition to having just moved here away from my family, so it's scary for me). They also made me feel validated, as I feel the sickest I've ever been and I'm worried its something more serious, and they agreed. I appreciated their care this morning a lot and I hope they get their free lunch😂

Had to take a drug test. Grace was efficient and quick. Yesterday I called and no appointment needed. Showed up, filled out form and drug test was taken. No wait and got it done quickly. Kudos to the staff here for being efficient and listening to the patient. Definitely will go here if needed for services. GS

You never know what to expect at an urgent care facility, but this place was great. From the moment I was greeted by the lady at the front desk, and all the way throughout my visit I was treated very well. Also, the entire office was immaculate, which means a lot. My MA Jaime was very pleasant, as well as knowledgeable. I truly recommend this urgent care facility, it is over and above. Got my problem solved, and I thank you all!

I am blown away with how amazing the staff are at this urgent care. I was in quite a bit of pain when I arrived and the front desk was so empathetic. Bethany immediately took me back to provide a sample which really helped expedite the process. They were busy and there was a line. The MA, Mackenzie was a total doll. Also very compassionate and could tell that I was not at all comfortable. She was really efficient and was able to get the provider to see me very quickly. The provider and his assistant were awesome as well- very fast, understanding and was able to get my script called in and ready for pickup within 20 mins. Anyone needing urgent care should absolutely visit the Speer AFC location. Amazing staff- people who care.

Our family's go to urgent care in the area. They are always very helpful and kind. That goes for all the medical assistants, care providers, and staff. Bethany at the front desk was super friendly when we came in last night despite there only being 40 min left to close. We will continue to come here time and time again.

I was hesitant to go to an urgent care due to past experiences but this was such an easy and lovely experience! I feel like a brand new human today and am SO grateful I got such quick, kind and professional help! The front desk attendants were efficient and friendly, Jaime was professional and Stew knew exactly what to do to get me on the road to recovery. The facilities were clean, they had a cozy fire place and I was in and out within 1 hour!

I was able to easily schedule an appointment the same day. Everyone was kind and efficient, knowing exactly what I needed. I had a couple questions and they were very knowledgeable. Jaime facilitated an easy experience. In and out super quick!

The staff here is so kind and helpful! I had an appointment and got in shortly after I arrived. I was seen by Gisele within a couple minutes of being taken back to the exam room and Dr. McGurren came in shortly after that. They were both efficient and fast as well as kind and listened to my concerns. I got in and out in about an hour and had my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy before I walked out the door. Thankful for the quick and immaculate service! It’s usually not too busy but if you can, book an appointment to expedite the process and fill out the paperwork beforehand.

Got bitten by my neighbor's dog and had to come in for stitches and antibiotics. Really nice staff on a Saturday (Erica checked me in and cleaned out my wound and Sarah stitched me up). This was my second time here. The first was for a COVID test a couple years back and we had a similar good experience. Place is clean, calm and welcoming, check in process is easy. Convenient location and very pleasant experience overall, considering.

The entire staff was very kind and helpful. They all welcomed me to Denver (as I just moved here) and did everything they could to get me seen as soon as possible and feeling better. Erica was my medical assistant and she was very kind. Emma, the nurse practitioner, did a thorough exam and listened to my concerns. Wonderful urgent care center!

Went in for some X-rays and had an amazing experience. I scheduled an appointment online and did all the paperwork quick and easy so when I went in for my appointment was all set. Mackenzie was very nice and helpful. The X-ray tech was super nice. Also the doctor j saw was knowledgeable and cared. I was in and out in an hour. I will go here in the future and would highly recommend this location.

I feel very lucky to have AFC as my neighborhood urgent care. The staff has always been tremendously friendly and empathetic when I’ve been feeling my worst. Shoutout to Kendall who is one of the sweetest nurses I’ve ever encountered. The wait times are never long. They’re extremely timely and get you on your way in a timely manner. Love this place

They run such a great urgent care here. Never have I waited more than 15-20 minutes and usually it is more like 5-10. They are so kind and make me feel so comfortable. They get me in and out in a timely manner and always call to follow up to make sure you’re doing alright the next day. The worker at the front desk Maryssa was very kind and welcoming when I went for my visit today. Top notch place.

Making the appointment online was easy. The instructions given were clear and easy to understand. After arrival, the wait time was no longer than 15min. The staff was very courteous and compassionate, I felt genuinely cared by them the whole time. The rapid test's result came back by a phone call within an hour. This was the most pleasant urgent care clinic visit and I would definitely visit again in the future when I need to and highly recommend to anyone who is in need of urgent care service.

I traveled from out of state to Denver and injured my wrist snowboarding. From the front desk to the technician Jaime, and Dr. Ahmed, everyone was amazing! The clinic was one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever been too. I scheduled a same day appointment online and I was able to upload my ID and insurance card online. I also received a text confirmation soon after scheduling. My appointment was completed within 45 minutes, including x-rays, Dr Ahmed reviewing the images with me and Jaime providing the temporary cast. They also made a CD of my images to follow up with an ortho once I returned home. Thank you for making a frustrating day better. You all are the best!

Had a great experience taking my sick 3y/o to this Urgent Care! Even he had a good time. Maribel and the rest of the staff were excellent with my kiddo. They even had a special exam room just for kids. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a sick kiddo and can’t get to your pediatrician right away!

After getting flu symptoms last night, I needed to get swabbed asap for my job and I’m so glad I came to this clinic!! The appointment scheduling was so easy, they got me right in and Cheryl the lovely MA was so helpful getting my stuff expedited. She was incredible. Brad the PA was great and got me what I needed and in a timely manner. This place is so clean and nice. I just moved here so it’s great knowing where I’ll feel comfortable for future incidents. Thank you again!

I have been sick for going on 3 weeks and felt dismissed by other providers UNTIL I received care from this AFC. All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Mackenzie & Dr. John Moore showed great compassion, listened to me as the patient and was determined to get me feeling better. I had such a great experience and plan on returning for future needs. Overall, this is the place to go for high quality care!

Always impressed whenever I need to go here. Shout out to Bethany (front-desk), Cali and Shannon for giving me excellent care today. I felt like my concerns were attended to and taken seriously from the start, with great bedside manner putting me at ease during a difficult time. You guys are awesome and I highly recommend this location for AFC Urgent Care. 🤘

I highly recommend this AFC location on Speer and am appreciative of the care I received. PA Abby, Gisele, and Bethany were all very accommodating and compassionate. Even on a very busy holiday, they took the time to carefully listen, discuss, and devise a treatment plan together with me. 24 hours later I feel remarkably better! That is not a coincidence.
