I accidentally ordered my food at the location at 249 and Spring Cypress. They did not rectify the situation, and I didn't ask them to. I called this location and explained that I went to the wrong location and could I come by later to get my food. Estela was an Angel she took great care of me and I appreciate her AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!! YOU ARE GREAT! 👍

Waited almost 25 minutes to get home to this fancy Grilled chicken apple cranberry salad. Lol 😆 good job guys.. well done.

Great service & Great food! Only complaint is tables not cleaned for next visitor. And flies..that is major turn off! There definitely were plenty employees on hand this Saturday morning. Manager was there but ? Maybe her priorities and attn were elsewhere. We didnt enjoy our morning date while waiting on my vehicle to get tires.

Whataburger #1 is a classic, very large, sized burger and bun. I ordered it with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and extra pickles and an order of fries plus some sweet tea. I had to wait just a little bit because they needed to customize my burger sandwich with the extra pickles, but that's my choice. My burger and fries were nice and hot and the tea icy cold. Compliments to the smiling staff, too. No complaints about my lunch.

Today I went and bought 3 hamburgers, then I asked for 1 more for the promotion of the day which was a free hamburger, when they delivered them to me I saw that 1 hamburger was missing, I told the girl that I was missing 1, there were 4 in total, then she comes. A guy who works there takes the bag of all the hamburgers to the kitchen, comes and pretends to put the other hamburger in and when I get home I check. He never put in the extra burger, I mean. What he did was make fun of me and trick me that he had put the missing one and I showed the invoices, super bad service, before that I was waiting a long time. Very bad service and lack of respect!!

We ought to be able to get this all the time. So I hope it's not just a promotion. I had one of my now top 5 burgers ever. It was the breakfast cheese burger. Yes it has eggs that's all i was expecting and got a whole lot more. Try it you'll love it too I'm sure

This water Burger was nice and clean service was very nice and polite. The people helping us thought that they had made a mistake and ended up bringing us an extra Fry. After a while most of the people had left it was fairly late but the service still came and got us refills and asked us if we need anything else. The bathroom was very nice and clean and the food as per usual up to the water Burger standards was a very good experience.

Amazing staff and food!!! I come here every weekend with my mother and today they greeted me with the usual friendly smile and proceeded to tell me my own order flawlessly (and I even order kinda weird too !?). As many times as I’ve come, I am yet to ever had a bad meal here!! Going here with my mother is the highlight of my week and the staff and service only enhances this wonderful time !!!

I always enjoy going to my neighborhood Whataburger. I love to meet friends and take family to join me for a meal. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They have done well in the midst of the staffing others are having.

This place is a joke. Been sitting in line for 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. If they are waiting on someone's food, they just have them sit there blocking everyone else while our food gets cold. They should do what others do and have them pull to a parking spot out of the way.

I will not come back to this whataburger location ever again. I ordered a double meat with cheese and the patties were cold and my cheese wasn't even melted. When I complained the manager told me that's how it comes...that's a lie...and she put it in the microwave for me. Now it looks and tastes awful!

We went to this location, after taking a couple of bites we bit into two long hairs.

Decent for a whataburger and the staff work quick and well with each other! This place was packed and they handled it like a champ! I do wish that the tables were wiped down more frequently, there were no seats really left and what was had food on the tables. But I do get the craziness and having to time things and it not always working out well

Takes an hour long for your food to get made and than you get the food it’s the wrong order. I’d recommend going to the one north of it.

Waited in line for half an hour and still got barely cooked fries. WhataJOKE.
