I had a really nice experience at this Chipotle. The food tasted great, and the portions were very reasonable. I was served quickly and everyone there had a smile on their face. I'd be happy to stop by this Chipotle in the future.

The place was very clean, and there wasn't a line at lunch time. The food tasted about the same as their other places. Another positive is they have great WINDOWS and are on the corner. You can park next to the restaurant and keep an eye on your car. Although the parking near the restaurant is not in the Security Camera Zone, I think it's better to keep an eye on your car or truck. --Especially if you have a work truck with a lot of tools and stuff. The cameras in the security zone of the parking lot don't really do anything, I have seen a lot f shady characters begging and checking out cars there. This is the new California and Cypress isn't what it used to be; we all have to deal with this. Unlike other Chipotles employees are restricted from filling up your boals you can only have so much rice and you get exactly on scoop of meat, so sometime the bowl is not totally full.

I don't know what happened this time around. I ordered 2 Bowls online and went to go pickup. I got half a bowl each. The food is not good. It's a hit and miss every time I go. I hope this doesn't happen to you! Edit: I had diarrhea for a week and a half after this weird visit. Being uncomfortable for that long was something I hope no one experiences. I hope it didn't happen to you. This place is usually good.

While I am aware that busy hours can be hectic for the staff, the level of customer service I received was unacceptably low. I found myself repeating my order multiple times due to an apparent lack of attention, only to be met with frustration from the staff member serving me. Unfortunately, even with the additional clarification, my order was still filled incorrectly, with multiple wrong ingredients included in my bowl. The attitude of the staff member, however, was what troubled me most. The extreme irritation on her face was clearly visible, leaving me to feel as if I was more of a nuisance than a valued customer. Her demeanor was so hostile that I felt an argument or confrontation was imminent - not the kind of experience one hopes for when simply trying to order a meal. Being straightforward and clear about my order should have resulted in a quick, efficient process. Instead, I found myself entangled in a frustrating exchange that resulted in an incorrect meal and a disturbingly tense atmosphere. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I have ever had at a Chipotle outlet. I urge the management to address this issue promptly, ensuring future customers don’t experience the same unpleasant situation. A company’s reputation is heavily influenced by its customer service, and this incident falls far below the standards I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

I paid for extra portion of barbacoa and I got not even half. Also asked for a tortilla on the side and a coke, never arrived. THE WORST LOCATION! It’s not the first time. Waisted of money.

Always got to make sure they give you enough barbacoa and ask for extra lettuce like 3 times before they give you a decent amount. Not returning to this location.

My brother ordered food online and picked it up and brought it home. My bowl had everything in it except the meat, which is chicken. How do you forget the most important part of the bowl???? At chipotle, we're only paying for the meat, not even for the rice, beans, vegetables, etc. because theyre all optional. they forgot the one thing that i actially paid for. horrible experience

Food is great as always service was right on pace but as for space in the area it's really small kinda compact
