A very nice place with great people. The Cypress office is kind of small but it afforded lots of personal attention. Michael Munoz is the best! I was recovering from knee surgery and they were more than helpful! They listened to my complaints and tried to change things so I would have fewer problems. This is a great place if you need physical therapy.

Going here provided some relief. However, after going to another Physical Therapy center I realized that this place was not effective at all. The exercises are too easy and too generic, promoting general well being. They don't actually target what is wrong. Stretching is not thorough and measurements weren't taken. I would not recommend going here, you'll have better results somewhere else.

Physical Therapist, Matthew Zembal, at Select Physical Therapy is the best! He is excellent in his field, kind, cheerful, and has his patient's best interests at heart. He listens to my concerns and adjusts where necessary. I highly recommend Matthew for anyone who needs physical therapy.

Andy, has changed my life after only 6 weeks of PT on my right oblique and sciatic/hip area. Andy has helped me so much with my balance and strength training. I had 2 toes amputated on my left foot and it has caused terrible pain and balance issues as I’ve gotten older. I thought these issues and the pain were things I would have to learn to live with because of my toe amputations. Slowly I became more and more afraid to do physical activities. Andy was amazing and talked me through my anxieties and my pain. Andy was very patient, he listened and always had a positive and encouraging answer and exercise to help me through! So far evacuated week my balance is better my pain isn’t as constant and I overall feel stronger. I have a much better outlook on life and trying to be more positive with my self that it’s changed me from the inside out! I want to continue this healing journey because I feel so much better that I even asked my doctor for a referral for my left shoulder that I’ve been struggling with for years. Andy, is a huge asset to Select Physical Therapy because he kept me coming back each week with some major results!!!! I’d give Andy 10 Stars ⭐️ if I could. Thank you, Select PT for giving me, Andy!!!

The facility is well kept and the staff is very welcoming and effective. My therapist, Matthew and his team are outstanding. (Now working with Emly same excellent care.) Given that my treatment area is very tender he takes care and is considerate of my pain level.
