First time here. Never heard of the place and wasn't even sure what Zaxby's was. Theirs no advertising around their establishment signifying they sell food other then these flimsy signs that you can't really notice driving by. If you want people to know who you are and get more business you need adverting in your big windows facing the street and on your big sign by the street. You have a company logo why not put that too? I would have never know you existed of I didn't have a delivery from here. My First impression I'll come back to try some of the other foods. The fried pickles were bland and grainy. Also not a good idea to put the sauce container with the food? Kinda gross, germs and grease all over it. Luckily there was a napkin in there bag, all the dark areas in the napkin just came from the sauce packet. Also one of the employees that I could actually see in the drive through had very long hair not tied up. All employees with long hair usually policy is have you're hair up and a hairnet. Hair can get into food. You guys might have potential so hopefully you guys read this and try to bring more business to keep yourself open. When I drive by and even in a weekend you'll are basically dead. I see today you put a fabric sign up just one. Those don't last you really need stuff in your windows I will come here with my friend someone this week. Hopefully what we order is good if so we'll spread the word...

We go at least twice a week, because my daughter goes to gymnastics right across. Im so tired of always getting super old, greasy and cold. I have spoken to them multiple times and they still get upset. Today was the last drop. The manager is not wearing a hat or hair net. Took my food back replaced the chicken and put back in the same plate. I was so disgusted that I just throw the food away and left.

Okay sooo I always go to Zaxby’s. Especially this one. Usually it’s good, sometimes it’s OK. Today was NOT that day. Today (August 7, 2023), it was HORRIBLE. The fries were over cooked. Not seasoned at all. The wings were DARK. Wings aren’t supposed to look that dark. And they taste absolutely horrifying. Whoever was the cook today around 10am-2pm… please FIRE HIM/HER for the sake of your restaurant. Not worth the $22. It’s unfortunate I had to eat it.

Over 10 minutes to receive my order. I understand things happen, but the customer should be made aware of delays BEFORE ordering. One I received my order, there was no apologies for the time it took, or even a thank you. The egg rolls were way overcooked! The staff was loud and boisterous and seemed more interested in socializing then tending to customers. Very disappointed!

First time going - been seeing the commercials, and on a scale from 1-10, 1 being the lowest, I give this location a BIG OLE 1. Extremely poor customer service!! When I entered, I was not greeted nor recognized. I stood at the counter for at least 20 seconds, made eye contact, but still ignored. Finally, I had to get their attention (2 African American girls who were not friendly-did not smile). Food was not that great. I guess that’s why everytime I pass, I see no more than 2 to 3 cars in the parking lot. I always try to give an establishment the benefit of the doubt, so I will go back to try something else. However, if I receive the same treatment a 2nd time, I’ll write another negative review and WILL NOT be returning. Zaxby’s salad (top), Dairy Queen’s salad (bottom). Dairy Queen beat Zaxby’s hands down - taste AND presents!!! Zaxby’s, y’all need to get it together cause it looks like the cook just threw my salad together. 🫤

First time to eat at a Zaxby's. I get a simple chicken fingers with fries and my family member got loaded fries. I asked for my fries to be extra crispy which seemed to confuse the cashier. Got soggy fries that appeared to have been laying out for hours. The chicken was hot but nothing special. I went back and asked to try there hot mustard sauce which again confused the cashier. I was told the loaded fries were OK but the chicken on top was not very tasty. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and the place very clean but being one of three parties to sit and eat on Memorial Day should have told me something. Not likely to return with other places close by to try.

First time in this place. Average quality of food. CANES AND CHICK FIL A are much better. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant was empty. There was NO paper towel available in the restroom. This restaurant in gonna be out of business soon.

Super clean atmosphere, very friendly staff , hot fast food , very good energy in the building. Speedy service ,really clean restrooms. Brooke the cashier is super polite friendly and urgent with giving quality service and food to the guest. The cook with the dreads *(kerra) *is on it with the food and the other guy as well im super impressed bc its only 3 people running the whole building. You guys made my birthday. Foods amazing service was even better and the atmosphere as well . Thanks zaxby staff . Please acknowledge them for exceedingly doing there job you guys are awesome.!
