Believe me when I say... I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a Jersey Mike's sub. I accidently ordered at the wrong store, which was 30 minutes away from where I was. When I called to have my order canceled, Cassandra, the manager on duty, was so rude to me and said there was nothing she could do because the sandwich was already made. She had such a rude tone. She even screamed at me and hung up! I had to drive the 30 minutes, and when I asked them to remake the subs, which were now all soggy, she refused. She SCREAMED at me at the top of her lungs because she said they did nothing wrong. Yes... I made the mistake of ordering at the wrong store.. BUT SHE made even more mistakes with the extremely rude customer service which followed! I will NEVER eat at this place again since they hire the most unwilling and unkind managers who care NOTHING about CUSTOMER SERVICE. To the Owner: I look forward to hearing from you via the phone number I left to discuss what really happened. As an owner... I don't think that you would ever want your employees screaming at a customer or treating them like she did to me. And there are always things you can do. So please do not discredit me or what happened to me. I, unlike yourself, was actually there. And it is absolutely in your employees' best interest to lie. If she ever treated my customer the way she did, she would have been fired on the spot or, at the very least, put on probation.

Good sandwich but service was slow looks like a lot of trainees. Visited this location again and probably my last. Customer service seems non existent especially by the cashier Benjamin. I was almost overcharged if I didn't pay attention and asked for it to be corrected. The coupon was not applied or returned.

I started going to this location when it opened because it's closer than the fry road one; I'm very happy I did. The service is so great and everyone is so friendly. They know my order and always make it so fresh and perfect each time. Honestly, they make the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Thank you :)

I’ve been to this location 3 times now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (the last 2 times) because it’s conveniently placed across the street from my school but today was THE LAST TIME! Every single time the bread has been stale, hard, crunchy, and burnt. And somehow the sandwich never tastes like the other locations, flavor wise. Good customer service but the sandwiches are horrible! Learning the correct temperature to cook the bread on would be a big help for this place. They have a lot of good reviews so maybe I stand alone in liking fresh bread for my sandwiches or they just have a lot of fake reviews but as for me never, ever, again for this location!

Wow my name is Fernando I never had the class of customer service like I have in this location of Jersey Micke’s they don’t miss a beat the service is excellent every time I thank you guys for making my experience always pleasant

They use sharpie marker to write info about your order on the brown sandwich bag anywho I took out my sandwich with the regular package and it smelled like straight up sharpie and I figured it would penetrate to the bread eventually by the time I got home so I kindly asked for a new sandwich with no sharpie used on the bag. I have seen other shops use regular simple pens why use strong foul smelling sharpie like who is okay with that? It does penetrate cuz the sandwich wrapped paper smelled like it not just the bag. Some people like me don't use harsh chemicals at home for soap and definitely don't use paint chemicals. Dude that looked like a supervisor tried to give me pushback and say it didn't smell yes it did. Anyways I wasn't rude about it. Got a new sandwich but will think twice about this location.

Audrey did a great job packing food her and her manager were very conversation based and overall great banter and great environment I love coming to Jersey way better than subway and Jimmy Johns. Everything tasted phenomenal having it Mike's way, will always be the best way Ps don't forget to add bacon
