I
have
NEVER
been
treated
so
poorly
at
a
Jersey
Mike's
sub.
I
accidently
ordered
at
the
wrong
store,
which
was
30
minutes
away
from
where
I
was.
When
I
called
to
have
my
order
canceled,
Cassandra,
the
manager
on
duty,
was
so
rude
to
me
and
said
there
was
nothing
she
could
do
because
the
sandwich
was
already
made.
She
had
such
a
rude
tone.
She
even
screamed
at
me
and
hung
up!
I
had
to
drive
the
30
minutes,
and
when
I
asked
them
to
remake
the
subs,
which
were
now
all
soggy,
she
refused.
She
SCREAMED
at
me
at
the
top
of
her
lungs
because
she
said
they
did
nothing
wrong.
Yes...
I
made
the
mistake
of
ordering
at
the
wrong
store..
BUT
SHE
made
even
more
mistakes
with
the
extremely
rude
customer
service
which
followed!
I
will
NEVER
eat
at
this
place
again
since
they
hire
the
most
unwilling
and
unkind
managers
who
care
NOTHING
about
CUSTOMER
SERVICE.
To
the
Owner:
I
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
via
the
phone
number
I
left
to
discuss
what
really
happened.
As
an
owner...
I
don't
think
that
you
would
ever
want
your
employees
screaming
at
a
customer
or
treating
them
like
she
did
to
me.
And
there
are
always
things
you
can
do.
So
please
do
not
discredit
me
or
what
happened
to
me.
I,
unlike
yourself,
was
actually
there.
And
it
is
absolutely
in
your
employees'
best
interest
to
lie.
If
she
ever
treated
my
customer
the
way
she
did,
she
would
have
been
fired
on
the
spot
or,
at
the
very
least,
put
on
probation.
