So my sister decided to pick-up an afternoon meal for her, myself, and my mother. Upon biting into the below subway sandwich I felt something hard cut my gum and hurt my tooth. Upon slowing removing the sandwich out my mouth I found a piece of broken off plastic. I’m so angry for multiple of reasons one being Covid-19 is very real and I don’t know where the plastic has been in contact with. Second my General safety especially being my tooth hurts and my gum was bleeding. Being it is a freshly made sandwich how did they not miss this piece of plastic in the sandwich. In any case I’m very dissatisfied with this matter! It’s November 15, 2021 and management still hasn’t reach out about the matter! I see where the workers get the culture of this particular franchise from. It’s now January 25, 2022 and management or the franchise owner has responded. I think that’s definitely represents a poor work culture!

This location has been the worst every time I’ve been there. Unfortunately it’s the nearest location and I have no other choice but to go to this one. Every time I order a sandwich not only is the bread squished, but as well as the final outcome as well as it being a mess. The older lady with blonde highlights who’s usually making them has no delicacy and puts very little veggies on them. The last time I had a mobile order and when I arrived to pick up the order at the time the app said it should be ready, they hadn’t even started it. Also I put special instructions for the sandwiches which were ignored since one was not to be toasted yet everything ended up being toasted. If management reads this review (hopefully) the staff needs to be retrained especially the lady with the blonde highlights.

Awesome customer service! The lady was super kind, and very respectful of all the current regulations. My food was prepared to perfection! The restaurant was tidy and the vibe was inviting. Thank you for making my day!!!

wowowow. i am so disappointed. after making an order of 3 sandwiches online, only one came with the correct order. we ordered a STEAK teriyaki sandwich, and guess what we got? CHICKEN teriyaki. and it doesnt even taste like teriyaki. i asked for chicken with a bunch of stuff including avocados and cheese, but i think i messed up when i changed the size so im not even going to complain about that. UPDATE: my mother just went to complain about the incorrect order about the sandwich and received the WORST customer service by someone who was super rude who said his name was “D” and had a tattoo on his arm that says “Margaret”.

HEALTH HAZARD WARNING: MOLD, BUGS, AND UNWASHED SAUCE BOTTLES Go here only if you want old mayo (contains eggs for those who don't know) from unwashed bottles, gnats and mildew in your drinks, moldy onions, poorly washed dishes holding your toppings, and multiple kinds of contamination everywhere. I can guarantee you that in the span of multiple years exactly ZERO staff were trained properly in how to clean that drink station. In fact, there was no training at all. Free ice ain't free if it comes with mold and an *exciting* time in the bathrooms nobody wants to clean thoroughly. What a lovely kick in the shin there. If you are strictly NO MEAT or find yourself to be the *lying few* who were "allergic", don't bother entering. Everything has touched the meat. The bread, veggies, and cheese. Everything. *(I say "lying few" because they returned often despite the contamination being an actual constant. Clearly they saw no repercussions to keep them away.) Just saying. You're better off avoiding this place like the plague. But that wouldn't stop management. Even during covid, they tried to get people to work after they had called in sick. But you'd never know if said employee were masked. 🤷 ~From an ex employee who actually did care about safety and not potentially poisoning people during an already hellish time of viruses and polarized politics. ✌️ P.s. The manager, Nicole, is the one perpetuate these dangerous behaviors and so following employees do the same from her teachings, risking food poisoning or even killing those who are immunocompromised. Still wanna eat here? That's *you're* gamble. I've said my bit now I'm done with the entire company for good. VKC and Subway can burn for all I care. (And yes, if they think you can't speak Spanish, they will talk about you and make fun of you when you point out something they're doing or have done wrong with your order. They think they're impervious to doing anything wrong because their main focus is being too fast for quality and care.)

This subway is by far the worst one near the barker cypress area. I’m all for understanding that everyone needs work and needs to start somewhere but you can see that no proper training has been in place here for a while. Every time I go to this location I’m constantly having to repeat myself because most of the employees don’t understand english and only speak Spanish. It’s fine if they don’t understand completely but can still do their job but when I’m repeating myself 6 times my order STILL comes out wrong it’s a problem. I ordered a simple tuna sandwich with swiss cheese lettuce and spinach and honey mustard. She repeated the order and started making my sandwich. I then take my attention off the employee to pick out some chips and the sandwich was made with no cheese, no lettuce barley any tuna and with Mustard not HONEY MUSTARD!! It’s not that hard to follow instructions especially with me pointing at what I want and repeating myself over and over. Then when you ask them to remake the sandwich they give you attitude and talk in Spanish to the other employees laughing as if it’s your fault they messed up your order. Last time going to this location.

Small store on Barker Cypress at Tuckerton. Was not impressed with the sandwich. The trend with most establishments is that prices are up but quality, service and product has diminished.

I ordered online on Saturday. The order came wrong, I stead of a steak teriyaki I received a chicken teriyaki without any sauce, it didn't taste teriyaki. I went back to the store and the attendant, who named himself "D" got my phone to ask the manager Nikole to call me back on the next day. I am still waiting. I sent an email to the store and nothing happened. After reading the reviews I realized that they don't care for the online orders and prepaare whatever they want because people will see at home only. So, my suggestion for those who want to order online is to choose another store....

The food was okay, but the cleanliness of the place was really bad. The restroom was dirty and even saw a dead cockroach inside (restroom).

This location has gotten a lot better as of late. The ingredients are more fresh and the services is ALOT faster! I use to set there and watch the lady and wondered if she was ever going to get done making my sandwich. The store is clean and food is fresh!

I purchased a foot long which I normally do once a week. The next week, I purchased the same sub and it was a dollar more in a weeks time? I understand the issues with supply chain and inflation but this was ridiculous and unacceptable. No more Subway for me.

Never had an undesirable experience. Food is always fresh and well assembled. Will continue to visit this Subway.

I hadn't had subway in a while and was really excited to try it again. The food was okay, only giving 4 stars because the food wasn’t as good as I remembered it to be.

Good service and clean restaurant located in a strip center. My sandwich was good (forgot to take photos) and the toppings were fresh. Subway no longer has black olives. All stores have discontinued that topping. They must be the only sandwich shop who sells the Miss Vickie’s Spicy Pickle chips. I only see them at Subway. They are spicy, but oh so good!

The staff at this location is friendly and they make excellent sandwiches. Lettuce is usually a little brown, but they don't mind grabbing from the bottom if you ask politely. Restaurant is usually clean and neat.

I went I to get lunch and I asked the lady to put extra veggies no didn't even bother I plan on paying for the extras I don't expect anything for fee
