    Food is fresh. Too bad it is ran by 2 grumpy elderly men. They rush you, terribly, there is no one behind you. I don't understand. You do not need to be excited to see people but really? This was my 3rd time here so I thought maybe They were just having a bad day before. Nope! Just grumpy all the time I suppose. Then, when You check out they expect a tip and don't say Anything. No thank you. No good bye. No nothing.

    The older gentleman that works there all the time is extremely rude & loud & has humiliated my 73 year old mom for the last time. My mom loves there breakfast special that is a sandwich & coffee. There is a Keurig and pods for coffee on the counter but they older gentleman told my mom if she wants coffee to go across the street and get it and still charged for the full price for the breakfast combo many many times. The other day he over charged her for the two sandwiches she got & started talking so loud & rude u could have Heard him three stores down. Where I live this location is closed but I will now drive to a further location and start going there than ever step foot in the subway again and allow this man to disrespect not just my mom but a woman and such a disgraceful humiliating manner

    Went to this location around 9:00 pm and the guy who was working had a friend hanging out with him so I’m not sure if he was attempting to show out in front of his friend or not but he was extremely rude!! I ordered 3 footlongs, one of them I wanted double protein as shown online but he argued me down that that wasn’t a menu option so I pulled it up online and the attitude came. He made my sandwiches like shît and I literally couldn’t eat one of them because of the amount of yellow mustard he piled on it. After I showed him the double protein option he literally threw the meat ON TOP on the cheese. I definitely will not be ordering from this location again as long as he’s behind the counter! Subway please give your employees more training on common courtesy.

    Same 2 grumpy old men as mentioned in a previous post. No social skills what so ever. We were rushed, no one waiting behind us. No thank you, come back and see us, no nothing. I will definitely not be back again.

    Those guys are extremely rude and disrespectful with their approaches towards speaking with customers. So unprofessional that I strongly believe they are wanting to get fired but don't want to quit. The Marine in me wanted to explode at them by how he spoke with me and several others people in line before me. 😡🤬

    My Co-Workers and I decided to order subway for lunch today using the subway app since it is convenient to get in and out of there and they usually have good deals on their Aswell. However, I do kno that some store owners like to cut food cost by not adding the additional meats or cheese when it comes to promotions such as the buy 2 foot longs get 1 one free. that being said we ordered a #20Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch which comes with the double cheese and we ordered a #6 The Boss which comes with Mozzarella cheese and Pepperoni as well and they did not add the double cheese nor the mozzarella and pepperoni if you are not going to follow subway standards PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE ADDITIONAL ADD ONS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE TYPE OF SANDWICH THAT I A'M ORDERING IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME WHAT I'M PAYING FOR! just to save on food cost! this is unprofessional and this is the last time i will be coming to this location.

    Never have a problem with this location. They're always busy at lunch time, but still very quick. I was probably 8th in line the last time I went, but was still in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Sandwich was perfect too. Anytime I order online, it's still perfect and I haven't had any problems with that either.

    I ordered Pepper Jack cheese and got White American. I ordered extra veggies and got regular portions. I used the app to order, so I did not get to see my sandwich being made. The management needs to train the staff to pay attention such details. If you're not ordering in-person and watching your sandwich being made, you will be rolling the dice on getting it the way you like it. On the plus side, it was ready when I arrived.

    I stopped at this Subway location after work because I’ve been wanting subway so bad all week. I walked into the restaurant and one of the employees looked up at me. He didn’t greet me or say anything, but I knew he saw me. While he put on his gloves i said “Hello” to greet him. He completely ignored me. So rude! At that moment I decided if I can not be acknowledged as a customer, I should take my money elsewhere. That is exactly what I did. I just said “never mind” and walked out. What a disappointment but I will not be treated like my business is not appreciated. Especially when I’m the only customer in the place.

    Find another Subway if you want speedy service. This store was too preoccupied with online orders to serve the people standing in line in front of them. Really poor customer service. If you can't handle the order volume maybe you should have more than 1 person working the lunch rush.

    On a regular there pretty much love their food their sandwiches. Since the old manager left who I knew personally I exchanged a little bit customer service is not as friendly young people working it but the food still great!

    We go to this subway at least once a week and love it! My youngest child has very unique requests for his sandwiches, and with out fail, each one of the employees smiles and puts everything on his sandwich. Without asking a ton of questions or trying to talk him out of any of it and I appreciate it very, very much! Each employee that has served us has done this and it the reason we come to this location! It is also very clean and usually well stocked with everything! Thank you too the young men who serve us!
