Hallo Zusammen, wo fang ich an.. Der Empfang war sehr einladend. Sobald wir mit dem Auto ankamen, stand gleich jemand bereit der uns zur Rezeption gebracht hat und zack 5 min später waren wir im Bungalow. Da Wenig los war, hat man uns auch angeboten ein Upgrade zu bekommen, für den gleichen Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr groß- es hätten noch 3 Weitere Personen reingepasst. Das Zimmer war sauber und jedes Bett hatte in gutes Moskitonetz. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber und groß genug mit Dusche. Keine zwei Minuten entfernt, war die Bar und das Restaurant. Also wir darauf zugingen, kam auch gleich jemand und hat die Bar geöffnet für uns- Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung und es war alles da was wir wollten. Der Restaurantbereich und die darüberliegende Terasse für Getränke, sind sehr schon eingerichtet und sauber. Am Abend haben wir ein 3 Gänge Menü bekomme und für mich gabs es auch ohne Probleme was vegetarisches- Das Essen war ein Traum und die Bedienung auch super schnell und zu vorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut! Man kommt von jedem Punkt der Anlage in 1-2 min zum See und auch zu allen anderen Punkte, wie Pool, Rezeption, Leseecke usw. Wir haben über das Hotel auch einen Ausflug über den See zur Salzaufbereitung gemacht. Auch super einfach und unkompliziert zu buchen. Die Tour war auch sehr lehrreich und ist nur zu empfehlen. Zum Schluss noch das Thema Rosa See- dafür ist er Lac Rose ja bekannt. Egl ist er in der Trockenzeit von NOV- MAI immer Rosa gewesen. Was er leider aktuell an der Oberfläche nicht ist- was an der starken Regenzeit liegt und somit eine größere Menge Süßwasser oben drauf ist. Wir haben eine leere Flasche mit einem Stock in Richtung Boden befördert und was rauskam, war tatsächlich Rosa- was bedeutet, der See hat seine Kraft nicht verloren- es dauert nur etwas länger bis das Süßwasser weggedampft ist. Für mich gibt es hier in allen belangen nur die Möglichkeit 5 Sterne zu geben. Es war sein sehr schönes Erlebnis!

Chaque case dispose d'un petit espace extérieur avec transat et hamac. Le coin restauration est également chaleureux et très propre. Il y a même un espace bibliothèque avec de nombreux livres et jeux ! La restauration est copieuse et de très bonne qualité. Mais le meilleur reste le personnel vraiment adorable et aux petits soins. Grâce à toutes leurs attentions nous avons vécu un réveillon du 31 déc dont nous nous souviendrons toute notre vie ! Mille mercis à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur organisation parfaite !

It has one king size bedroom superconfortable,  the toilet was very clean and spacious with everything we need.  The terrace has an spectacular view to lake Rose! Jona and Pap, rescued us, because our car got out off battery in the middle of nowhere, they were taking care of us in every moment. On the restaurant Momudou prepared delicious food, an special salad with cucumber,  cocoa and carrot; Senegalese chicken with potatoes .  We're so pleased for all U've done for us. Breakfast was a la carta, with all kind of fruits, delicious coffee and chocolat chaud, toasts, boulangerie... simply perfect! Plenty of energy for starting our tour to Bandia Reserve The decoration of the hotel is very etnic, I cannot stop taking pictures of every corner. All the staff was superfriendly. It was a short stay but intense! We have to come back, for sure! Definitely Le Gite du Lac  is a Paradise on Senegal!
