Not good experience. Doctor is good but the system is poor. During my first visit I use to stand lilke 3 hours. Staff dont follow proper indexing system for the patient. You just have to stand in front of the doctor room and yell for your turn to come. Lab also does not have professional staff. I have to give the urine sample and for that they gave me container without lid and one has to carry the urine sample in a lidless container from washroom to the lab which seems inapropriate. There was no water supply in the washroom during my visit. It seems like staff forgets to fill the water tank. Dialysis room is just adjacent to the doctor room and there is very narrow space for someone to stand. During my first visit Doctor prescribed me some test. After the test, i visited the doctor the next working day and again I have to stand around 3 hours and exactly when my turn comes, doctor stood up and leave for the lunch and rest. It broke me from inside. I left the clinic without consulting the doctor. I wasted my money and valuable time in that clinic and vow never to visit the clinic again. I only recomment this clinic to those who have enough time and are use to the poor system.

I have not seen such a gentle and soft spoken Dr in my life. A well qualified , intelligent and God fearing Doctor.

Worst administration of this clinic. I don't know much about doctor but my father could not be treated well. Doctor is good but staff will make you stand for the whole day.My main point is there is no management acctually.Patient is roaming every where for one chair to sit. We have to stand in que two times to meet doctor one before and one after report. But is can be avoided by taking report and samples first in general patient as doctor should write in prescription for next visit these test are to be carried out. Then patient will get tests done in morning only.Why to wait in que two times with so much crown in COVID also

Dear sir I have an complaint regarding the system of your clinic When any one visit your clinic for regular check they need to spend his 4 to 5 hours for consultation with dr. There is a wastage of time First patient taking his token number from reception after that wait for 1:50 hour and consulting with dr after that waiting for blood sample report of 1:50 hour and when blood report is coming then another wait for 1 hour for medicine consultation with dr ....i suffering from this issue in Every visit .. So I suggest you please change your system. Which help to save the time of the patient .... Regards Puneet Rana

I visited the clinic for first time last Tuesday. I didn't have any idea there is free OPD on that day so there was a lot of rush but you could always take a slip, pay and consult early which my mother did. But I am writing the review, not for the clinic but for the people who were there. I witnessed that people would come out of cars holding expensive phones in their hand, take a free OPD slip which is for "POOR PATIENTS" & would try to convince receptionist to send them early. These people would spend without thinking on their phones, cars, movies and everything but would throw their grandparents and let them wait just to save some money. Thats the reason India's mentality can never change to health care. Even i work as a store keeper in Canada but at least there people wont do such selfish things. If some doctor (which i feel will be just handful) are having free opd, let the poor patients benefit when most of Indians, unlike other countries don,t have insurances. Sad state. Anyhow Kudo's to the doctor and his team. God Bless.

Most soft spoken and gentle doctor I have visited. Always tries and helps the patient to save money as much as possible & avoid giving un-necessary medications

Dr is good no doubt but staff nd other managment is poor, no discipline see how pateint waiting outside for doc meet

Everything is good over here only lab.test staff always says we wil give reports after 1+hrs even though they have reports in there hands.

Worst doctor he is money minded

Doc saab himself is very calm, nice understanding and respectful. He is very assuring, doesnt give false hopes and tells you the truth. Great experience overall. Would recommend!!

i had lost my father due to them so for me the experience is never going to be change for the sake of good ..moreover my father condition was normal but with their dialysis his situation had been made critically worsen nd continued to be even more serious just for sake of money . For me the experience with them is nightmare to my life!

I dont even wanna give 1 star...my mom's health is worst just bcoz of this doc. He gave such high dose medicines that didnt suit her..he dosnt even knw what type of med. Should give to ur patients..worstttttt🙏✔

Nice doctor and they know how to treat a patient i am from himanchal my father so much serious and they treated them and finally with the help of god my father is much better. I am refer From MISHRA HOSPITAL ALAMPUR
