Terrible franchise, they charged me 8€ for 12 chilli cheese nuggets. 9 pieces cost 4€. I was confused and asked the manager if that was correct. He said „yes, 9 pieces cost 4€, but you have 12 right ? So its 8€“ BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE ?? Their prices in general are outrageous, not normal burger king prices. The google opening times also aren’t correct. Pretty bad place in general

boss who yells at employees worse than animals. The whole restaurant could hear him. Employees were super stressed because of him. He didn't even call their names, he whistled all the time after them. I literally left crying.

Nimmt keinerlei Gutscheine der Burgerking-App an. Auch den King des Monats gibt es hier nicht, obwohl „digitale Coupons“ und „King des Monats“ explizit in der App für diese Filiale als Service ausgewiesen werden - für mich eine klare Täuschung. Deshalb gehe ich hier nicht mehr hin.

Bei meinem letzten Besuch im Burger King in Dachau erlebte ich eine unangenehme Überraschung. Der Besitzer ließ meinen Burger fallen, und ich war zutiefst entsetzt und entblößt. Es war nicht nur der Burger, der zu Boden fiel, sondern auch eine Gurke, die unglücklicherweise auf meinen Schuh landete. Ein solches Missgeschick hätte ich in einem solchen Etablissement nicht erwartet. Die Eleganz und Raffinesse, die ich in meinem Leben schätze, schienen hier völlig abwesend zu sein. Es ist bedauerlich, dass ein solcher Vorfall meinen sonst so friedlichen Tag trübte. Ein Stern.

This burger branch have exceptional rules. They don’t take order with coupons. But Burger King website says they accept app coupons. The person who takes orders doesn’t ask about what drink you want just ask about things that cause extra. Totally a bad name to Brand. I have been to many places and burger king is always first choice but in Dachau you have to go away from it. No idea how Burger King allow this branch to use their name with such a bad service.

Komme hier ab und zu vorbei um mal etwas mitzunehmen oder auch im Restaurant zu essen. Jedesmal kann ich mir aber sicher sein das wieder irgendwas ist. Entweder weigert man sich Gutscheine anzunehmen oder die sanitären Anlagen auf ein betretbares Niveau zu bekommen. Bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen wird öfters mal was vergessen oder auch die Wartezeiten sind, obwohl oft nicht viel los ist, inakzeptabel. Von Überforderung des Personals bis hin zur totalen Hilflosigkeit mangels Sprachkenntnissen war schon alles dabei. Um Kunden korrekt bedienen zu können muss man eben die jeweilige Sprache des Landes beherrschen; zumindest das Allgemeine. Dies soll keine Diskriminierung von Mitarbeitern mit Migrationshintergrund sein. In anderen Ländern ist es auch so das von den Mitarbeitern die jeweilige Fachkompetenz, sprich auch die Sprache, abverlangt wird. Das kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung sagen. Und dazu gehört, was eigentlich international selbstverständlich sein sollte, Freundlichkeit. Diese vermisst man sehr in dieser Filiale. Da der Franchise Betreiber der selbe wie im BK Dasing ist wundert es mich nicht weiter...

Eigentlich gar keinen Stern. Mitarbeiter sprechen einfach mit einem nicht mehr, auf Nachfrage wieso man keine Coupons einlösen kann. Sehr unfreundlich ! Diese Filiale sollte eigentlich geschlossen werden !

Reine Katastrophe, Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert, Mitarbeiterin weiss von nichts. Antwort auf die Frage, warum die Coupons nicht akzeptiert werden lautete : das ist eine private Burger King Filiale. Die Filiale hat begrenztes Angebot und man kann nicht entscheiden ob man kleinere oder grosse Beilagen im Menü haben möchte. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Dreckig, die Hälfte des Menüs nicht verfügbar und Gutscheine werden gar nicht erst akzeptiert. In der Zeit in der wir dort waren sind mehrere Leute daraufhin wieder gegangen ohne etwas zu bestellen und eigentlich hatten sie Recht und ich hätte das auch tun sollen. Schämt euch!

Expensive, rude staff, badly maintained. This Burger King franchise has it all... The first impression is the parking lot which is dirty and has had banners and portable fences laying around in the same place for years. This kind of "determination" also shows when entering. Pull/Push on the door has been reversed for years now and nobody can be bothered to correct it. Once inside you will get expensive fast food (Burger King simply is expensive in general) and constant upselling by the staff (with bacon? additional patty? extra cheese?) which wouldn't actually bother me if the staff would get the orders right in the end and not slip some extra to your order you never wanted. As it is staff will constantly interrupt you and speak over you when you are ordering trying to upsell. VERY annoying! They don't accept the regular coupons but hand out 10% off vouchers for Burger King restaurants from the same franchisee. Burger quality ranges from fresh, hot and good in rare cases to mediocre or worse. What you will get is kind of a lottery. And to top it all off you get a rude manager! This restaurant has been is in contant decline since the start of the pandemic in early 2020 although a lot of the problems have existed for much longer than that.

Geschmack ist King. HIER NICHT! Altes Brot, Salat schmeckt säuerlich. Kaltes essen und warme softdrinks, perfekt bei diesen heißen Temperaturen draußen 😂

Das Essen war okay, nur leider sind keine Gutscheine verfügbar und der Preis spiegelt sich leider nicht in der Qualität wieder. Für Burger King im Allgemeinen ⭐️⭐️⭐️ verglichen mit anderen Fast Food-Spots aber definitiv eine gut gemeinte ⭐️⭐️ mit Tendenz zu⭐️

A but hidden in the gas station if you compare with the nearby Mc Donalds. In the order I had also a dip but I didn’t get it.

Great vegan options I had a hard time deciding between the vegan burger and vegan ckn patty but went with the burger. Unfortunately the staff spoke no english so when I told them I wanted it vegan, no mayo, they did not understand and there was mayo on it that I just scraped off. We were in a rush so it was a great lunch to let us get on our way. Vegan whopper was 6,99E, nice size burger.

Incompetent staff, three times in 7 years i was there, two times i had stress, i had an amazing cheesy bacon lover double menu in moosach munich and that thing was the best burger i ever had in a fast food restaurant, i told my wife send her a photo from work with the cheese melted on the fries with bacon, that thing was brutal, for 11,49€, two days later my wife wanted to try it so we went to burger king in dachau East, i made the order through the drive in, completely empty place on a friday night, Mcdonald's was busy though, went there for the kids for an happy meals which is next door by the way, so i ordered the cheesy bacon lover double menu twice and she says would you like the dip cheese and bacon on the fries too? and i said yes that's exactly what i wanted, and she says go forward it's 25.38€, ok so 12.69€ each no problem, we paid i said to my wife check the fries cause it must come on a paper box with a fork, no they were normal fries, so i complained to the girl she says that i didn't say anything and my wife and I we were like ok whatever we can pay extra but we want the fries with the dip cheese and the bacon, she turns her back to us and carried on talking to the customer behind me, i'm freaking out i tell her how come i paid 12.69€ for a menu, she screams at me with such arrogance "ah it's a double" you ordered a double burger, my wife goes inside talks to the manager she tells him we came here specially for this menu and the girl turns the back to us!! i mean you have to deal with your customers, solve the problems, not turning your back, we would have pay more but we wanted to be served what we ordered, my wife realised she spoke bad german and she didn't even apologised, i mean the staff over there i guess they will never succeed anything in life with this attitude, that wasn't the first time i had problems with my order, he gave us free fries with cheese and bacon, we arrived home there was barely any cheese on the fries and the burger was dry, bad put together, as you can see on the pictures the nice one was from moosach and the sad one from Dachau Ost, and the place was dead, barely any customers inside, next time i go to Allah or moosach.

No self ordering terminals and had to wait too long to order. Burger was a disappointment compared to other burger king branches. And you cannot use your coupons here as well.

It's ok, nothing special, foods good, quick. The whole shebang. Have to take away a star because they don't do coupons. Otherwise solid food, standard service. It's good

No wonder Burger King hasn't taken off over here. It was just a mayonnaise gooped wilted lettuce burger that was very tasteless. And the fries were disgusting. I'm not sure if it's just this individual Burger King or all Burger Kings in general and Germany.
