Yesterday I was there, I ordered some food including drinks. I requested a straw. But the woman with short blond hair in an impolite way told me she will not give straws anymore for this type of drink. (or something like that, my German is not good). Firstly, it was the first time for me that I could not get a straw at McDonald's. Secondly, even if she had the right and it is a rule in Mcdonald’s, The tone of her conversation with me was disrespectful and seemed racist to me.

Worst McDonald’s in the city. Forgot to put almost everything, messed up all the order. Forgot to put 4 sauces, gave cola instead of coffee. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Check your order!

Large McDonalds with an indoor kids play area. My order: tried their spicy chicken nuggets and McPlant burger. Nuggets were decent, especially with Cajun sauce. The burger is pretty average for a plant burger. I've bad better I've had worse. For vegans and vegetarians I'd recommend the McPlant nuggets instead! Very close to normal nuggets in taste. 2/4 order displays were out of commission.

Yesterday I went to drive in for my order of 2 BigMac Burgers. I was asked to go into parking and wait for my order to be delivered but after waiting 10 min no one appears and all cars behind me were served. When I asked them where is my order some Arabic employee start fighting with me and said to me many bad words in German. I think my order was very small that’s why they give me this kind of service. But very bad attitude of staff. 😞

Die komplette Filiale ist einfach nur ekelhaft. Alles klebt, ist dreckig und schmierig. Die Pommes waren zwar frisch, Burger aber kalt, eklig und lieblos. Hier sollte das Gesundheitsamt dringend mal nen Blick drauf werfen.

Ich habe die McDonald’s Filiale mit meiner Familie zwei Mal im Juni 2023 jeweils abends besucht. Das Restaurant war überraschend sauber und ansprechend. Für die Kinder gibt es im Obergeschoss ein Klettergerüst. Das Personal war - auch beim Tischservice - zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Bestellungen waren vollständig. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren in Ordnung.

Wenn man oben essen will sitzt man an klebrigen Tischen. Der Boden ist klebrig und schmutzig… Das Personal sortiert lieber die Tabletts…… Wenn wir nicht schon bestellt hätten wären wir hier nicht rein gegangen.

Es ist oft so ungepflegt da, ich hol mir nur noch Kaffee da und den auch nicht mehr gerne. Heute, Samstag, um 15 Uhr waren die Toiletten total verdreckt, Papier am Boden, der Mülleimer mit Papiertüchern übergelaufen, lag auch alles am Boden, der Waschtisch halb unter Wasser. Da hat sicher seit morgens niemand mehr saubergemacht. Wenn im Rest des Restaurants die Sauberkeit auch so ist, nein, danke.

Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und die Tische sind sauber. Das war das Positive - Schichtleiter redet lieber mit seinem Landsmann als eine zweite Kasse zu öffnen. Neue Kassen-Mitarbeiter werden nebenbei durch Kollegen an der Ausgabe eingearbeitet. Eis wird als erstes Produkt gepackt, Abholbereitschaft wird ca 2 Minuten vorher gedrückt, dass man die Zeitvorgabe einhält. Kunde wartet trotzdem. Eis ist zwischenzeitlich Shake geworden, bis der letzte Burger gebrutzelt war. Viel Luft nach oben, wenn der Schichtleiter mitarbeiten würde…

Hab mir mein Frühstück hier gegönnt, war Lecker Einlass war pünktlich um 8.00 alles war Sauber und Ordentlich und die Bestellung war sehr schnell zur Abholung bereit service sich das Essen an den Tisch zu liefern ging bei einem anderen Kunden schnell und Reibungslos ein Punkt abzug beim Service kann ich nur geben da mir mein Kaltgebrühter Karamell Kaffe leider nicht wie auf dem Bild in einem Glas sondern in einem Pappbecher ausgegeben wurde - ansonsten war ich sehr zu Frieden

Normal things for quick food

Well, a classic Mcdonald's but there are some aspects that I didn't like. There are literally 4 displays to order and therefore it takes a long time to order. The service is quite slow, the staff is not very friendly and the environment is not very clean. Still, for a quick break it's fine

Well if, after getting out of a concentration camp, the first thing you say to yourself, family or significant other is "God I'm hungry" (I suppose in retrospect this probably happened quite often in 1945) you are in for a treat as there is a Mcdonald's just around the corner (although I'm not sure this option was available 70 years ago). In my case I didn't have much of an appetite after seeing what went on just a few short blocks away from here... but they do have great coffee.

Not kept very clean, on the edge of acceptable. Coffee is quite watered down and weak. Not up to the regular McDonald's standards. Condiments stands are all near empty. Had to go to several stands to get sugar & creamer for two cups of coffee. Staff needs lessons on how to give proper and polite service. Still gets a pass. Recommended.

Amazingly fast with the standard fast-food taste. It's McD's you know and love it. I went to the toilette for literal two (2) minutes and my food was done! I spend 5 minutes wondering why my order number hasn't showed up; that's because it was already done! HIGHLY recommended for a quick bite to eat

very dirty and unfriendly place!!!! If you want to get stomachaches that’s the place to go! In the past was a good place but something changed in the management and the bad results are tangible!!!
