Amby Fitness kept me fit throughout my pregnancy and I have now gone back to them post partum. Alpha and Élage are very professional and really know what they are doing. They are great motivators who know how to gradually and safely build up endurance. I have been training with them for the past year and cannot recommend them enough.

We found Amby Fitness via a Google Map search for a gym! We had an unconventional need and truly appreciate the grace displayed by Alfa in receiving us. His gym is beautiful and the facility clean. We were offered water and left with only praises for Alfa and his beautiful, homey, gym! Alfa is simply a great human!
