stayed
at
this
hotel
and
just
arrived
at
the
airport.
Although
the
establishment
is
beautiful,
I
have
unfortunately
encountered
some
disappointing
experiences.
Despite
a
deposit
being
made
to
avoid
any
inconvenience,
I
was
asked
to
pay
on
several
occasions
when
orders
were
taken
at
the
bar
and
restaurant.
The
lack
of
coordination
between
reception,
bar
and
kitchen
was
evident.
What
deeply
disturbed
me
was
the
differential
treatment
I
observed.
My
white
colleague
did
not
need
to
make
a
deposit
and
was
never
asked
to
pay
her
bills
after
dinner.
Additionally,
the
situation
with
the
shuttle
was
problematic.
I
paid
the
shuttle
bill
at
the
hotel
but
the
driver
demanded
payment
at
the
airport.
He
had
to
call
the
hotel
for
confirmation
before
I
went
to
check
in
my
luggage.
I
can't
help
but
mention
the
non-air
conditioned
vehicle,
unlike
other
white
customers
who
have
benefited
from
more
modern
vehicles.
This
raises
serious
concerns
about
possible
discrimination.
I
would
like
to
emphasize
the
importance
of
treating
all
customers,
regardless
of
their
origin,
fairly
and
respectfully.
Problems
of
racism
should
have
no
place
in
establishments
of
this
magnitude.
I
hope
this
situation
prompts
further
reflection
on
awareness
and
vigilance
towards
these
issues.
Despite
these
issues,
the
staff
was
cheerful,
but
it
is
crucial
to
improve
these
aspects
to
provide
a
satisfactory
experience
for
all
visitors.
