    The disappointment is at its peak. SGS has lost its former glory where the customer held a special place. With friendly representatives (especially women), concerned about customer satisfaction. Today, despite ICT, having a checkbook, information on your account, etc., is an obstacle course. Not only does your account manager, who is supposed to support you, treat you like an outcast, playing hide and seek with you.

    I strongly advise against this bank. The employees greet you coldly and act as if they are superior to you. No respect for customers. Imagine my advisor who writes randomly while responding to my emails (supporting screenshot if necessary), always responding to me by literally writing “cdt”, “hello”, “Hello”. IMPORTANT: I ​​sincerely think that employees must take a training seminar to learn how to write on a computer, how to act towards customers and especially how to welcome and respond to customers. Not to mention the application that you have to pay for every month (in addition to your bank account itself), which erases your identifiers each time (even when saving it still ends up in reset, and I'm not talking about the word passes but of the identifier) ​​or which bugs.

I haven't stopped calling for almost two months just to receive my bank card and get my salary, almost two months since I haven't paid my bills because of you. The number of the Saint Louis agency does not work and the customer service in Dakar always tells me a different story.
