I love these chains and personally believe that there are on of the best thing that ever happen for senegal. Good products and price affordability ..you can pretty much find anything you need or used to if you were living in a modern country.. I personally support the idea to simple fact that they are contributing to the employing of young people..Kudo to auchan...

Clean, well lit, rather expensive products, good service and packed when I was there. I particularly noticed how VERY slow the cashiers were compared to their counterparts at French Auchan supermarkets generally. No judgement, just cultural difference. We take our time in Senegal ☺️

Best local supermarket. The prices are reasonable if not inexpensive. Selection is nice including a number of "American" items such as Pringles as well as extensive french products and some local favorites like Dolima fresh milk. Usually well stocked although they may be out of a particular item on a particular day. Produce isn't always as fresh as local vendors but often a better and more reliable selection. Accepts credit cards.

Definitely a neighborhood supermarket, it has the basics and a little more. Some of the cashiers refuse to give correct change. There's a large parking lot. The security and staff vary in friendliness and responsiveness. If you're looking for eggs or a specific cut of meat, there's about a 50% chance it's in stock. No actual butcher, but they have pre-packaged selections. Produce is hit or miss in terms of freshness. Fairly clean. Credit card machines don't always work.

Pretty much all the same... You go to one, you've gone to all the others... Products are basic, though they try to add more variety of local products. Displays are as expected. Customer service is horrible as can expected... So yeah... Just the basic of basic
