I especially enjoyed the experience at Goree Island, Bandia, Lompoul and Langue de Barbarie. In all the of the hotels we went to, I found the people working there to be also be generally friendly and professional. Cheikh was professional friendly, very knowledgeable and shared details about things that we saw along the way in Senegal which helped us to understand the country better and obtain new perspectives. His driving was great, safe and he was very punctual. He always helped with our bags and always made effort to accomodate our needs for instance, finding a clean toilet stop on the long drives etc. It was clear to see that he enjoys his job.

As one of the leading tour companies in Baltic States we started cooperation with Nouvelles Frontieres since 2019 year. It's been pleasure working with them pre-Covid and as well now at Covid era. Recently another our group returned from Senegal with very positive feedback from the clients. Despite all the challenges that happens nowadays, everything was organized in high level, hotels were well selected and great value, guide Fallou and bus driver Bandara were great as always and received high marks from our tourists. Working with many African destinations I know it is not so easy to find good and reliable tour operator, so thank you Nouvelles Frontieres and Mr Aristide for being professional and keeping high standards as well in Covid era.

We made a tour last Thursday (04/01/2024) and it was very disapointed. We paid €250 for a half day tour in Bandia Reserve (8 am to 12:30 prm) to wait more than 3 hours in the sun. At 1pm, after the guide refuse to inform us how much longer we had to wait, we took a taxi to the hotel. The guide refused to call us a taxi, and we had to go on the road alone! They simply don't plan anything, or do they care about the the client. Terrible organization. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. The seller, Mr. Salion, refuse to answer our mesages or our phone calls. I strongly recomend agains this company.

We have just returned from a 10 day tailor made tour of Senegal with NF. We had a truly fantastic holiday. It was very well organised with great choices of places- Touba, Sine Saloum and Casamance. Our guide Khalifa was wonderful, very professional, organised and helpful. He speaks over 8 languages and enabled us to communicate with many local people. Spontaneous interactions with local people were some of the highlights of the holiday. Khalifa is a very good driver and we felt safe with him at all times. The activities were perfect for us- visiting Touba mosque, Casamance Island, several boat trips, cycling, meeting the King of Casamance, visiting markets, a fortune teller and a museum. We really enjoyed the range of hotels. We highly recommend NF and Khalifa.

I have used them for my tour to Ivory coast. I was very worried at the beginning because of the destination but with NF and their trustworthy guidance we operated an awesome tour with them. Just flawless!!!
