The staff alone make this such an incredible hotel to stay at. They are always super friendly and available to assist. Special shout-out to Germaine and Patrick who always go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. On top of the amazing service, the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable and the rooftop bar is the perfect place to relax after a busy day around Dakar. I have stayed here twice now and I highly recommend to any visitors looking for a comfortable stay, near great restaurants, and with impeccable service!

Nice hotel in Almadies. Lacks Gym and morning breakfast can be improved. Rooms are spacious, getting soap from soap dispenser is not an easy job. For a 4 star rating bathroom can have a shampoo and moituriser. Khoudia at reception is very helpful.

We really enjoyed our experience here. The service we received was excellent. I especially want to shout out Samba on the front desk who made our stay extra special. Our French is very limited and he really supported us on our first days in Dakar. This alone would make me come to the hotel. Another highlight for me is the rooftop that served delicious food (including local food) and cocktails. The location is a perfect walk to the bars and restaurants in Almadies. My only criticism is that the room we stayed could have been bigger so next time I'll choose a different one. Will definitely be returning to l'addresse!

The staff were super helpful throughout my stay. Thanks you to all of them. Rooms were big and kept clean (possibly one of the best showers I have had in Africa - by a long way) The pool is big enough to take a swim. Breakfast is okay and I did not get a chance to try the restaurant (only because friends took me elsewhere)

It was excellent because right at the point of reception I was received well and I was ushered to my room. The hotel room is splendid in the sense that it has all the required thing I would need for my stay. The hotel staff are respectful and easily approachable. When talk about food, I must confess I had the best of foods during the course of my stay. My overall impression about Hotel L'addresse is perfect.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The kettle in the room is a really good detail. The breakfast had sugary and salty food, you could also order omelette to the staff . I recommend it to all the tourists that come to Dakar , because it is also well located in the huge city of Dakar. I hope you will go there !

The staff is extremely accommodating and went over and beyond to make sure that my stay here was comfortable. The Suite is spacious and has an excellent modern feel. The food here is better than any of the other luxury hotels in Dakar. I am definitely glad I came.

This is a great hotel. I liked that it wasn't a huge, touristy hotel, and everyone treated us like family. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a really nice stay and can't wait to return!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, quick walk to the beach where there’s a slew of restaurants. The staff were super responsive and helpful during the stay. They also have good food and a nice roof top bar with delicious cocktails.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, modern and absolutely lovely. The staff and service is top notch. The rooms are wonderful and functional. I enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation would be to add mosquito nets in the rooms.

A very nice modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here 4 times over the course of a month, 2-3 days each, so stayed in 4 different rooms. They vary in size, but all well appointed, some have balconies, some don't. Very nice pool with water wall feature too!

Mr. Sarr is a top tier front desk agent. Despite other good looking hotels in the area I have no interest in booking them if I were to ever come back

Very friendly staff who are always kind and courteous. The rooms, common areas, and pool was clean and welcoming. The air conditioning in my room worked well, keeping it cool in my room when I was in and sleeping. In a great location near the beach and some pretty good restaurants. The hotel breakfast was pretty simple so I would recommend relying on it, but other than that my stay was great.

All staff was gentle and kind for us. The service was great from room cleaning to dining. It was very pleasant stay. Absolutely recommended

This place is fantastic! The rooms were small but very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was fantastic. The only problem is that it's a bit out of the way in the suburbs. However there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance/on the beach. I would totally recommend this place.

I had a great stay! The room was bright and spacious, with all the needed extras. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, with prompt responses; early check in; and organizing my transport.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 22 days and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located, has well sized rooms, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and we were always treated as 'special guests'. Breakfasts are great, a swimming pool to relax and top floor pub area where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze at night!

The hotel was beautiful. They had a lovely rooftop cafe and downstairs restaurant. The food selection was amazing. The front desk reception was absolutely fabulous and helpful. They had a money exchange that was very reasonable and we’re able to coordinate taxis, especially those with air conditioner. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless with wonderful amenities. The bathroom had a lighted mirror and hair dryer. All rooms had ample space for clothing and luggage. The room was equipped with a small desk, electric water kettle, and refrigerator. The room had an adjustable air conditioning control which kept the room quite cool and comfortable. The cleaning staff cleaned the rooms each day and provided a bottle of water. Beachside restaurants, French cafes, and small neighborhood markets were all available within walking distance. I came here for work and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic service. All of the staff are very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was always someone at the front desk who spoke English, which was also very helpful to us! Internet worked great. Restaurant and rooftop bar also very good. Walking distance to very nice restaurants.

My stay at Hotel L’Adresse was great. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was good and reasonably priced, and the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I also appreciate that they have measures in place to save water and electricity.

The L’Adresse Dakar is a true ambassador hotel for the country of Senegal. I have travelled extensively in Africa. The hotel and staff is among the best I have encountered. The location is safe and convenient to restaurants and walking. No request of the staff was too small. We are a Family of 4 adults. We all had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I had a delightful time staying here. The area is very safe and they have a nice and clean pool to cool down when it sunny. Rooms are clean and spacious. The food is great and freshly cooked, I had a chance to taste the national dish of Senegal ,Thieboudienne with the local juice, Gingembre and it was amazing. The staff, starting from the receptionists to the cleaners, waitresses, bartenders were very welcoming and patient dealing with someone who doesn't speak french in a French country. They even assisted with finding a taxi when I had to travel around the city. I will definitely be staying here again wherever I visit Dakar.

I am giving a 5 star review of this hotel even though I did not stay there. Why? Because the service I received helping me with all my arrangements & then the sad cancellation due to an accident was incredible. Everything was so efficient starting with the reservation directly on their website - really easy, very clear, and one had full confidence in the booking & price. Next, using my French I learnt at school plus bing translator, I wrote to reception to arrange a transfer from the airport. I was so impressed: Germaine responded fast and again, I had full confidence everything was correctly arranged, even when I was muddling up the flight details and had to write more than once. Finally, my wife had an accident and we had to cancel the reservation - Germaine, Louise & their colleagues in reception were so kind - they really showed empathy with our sad situation and were very efficient cancelling the reservation. Throughout the whole experience, I really got the sense that the team at L’Adresse really care about people. They have a strong sense of service and making their guests feel comfortable. I was so impressed and want to thank all the team for making it such an easy experience and for such excellent fast, clear, and reassuring service. Wonderful! Merci beaucoup! [I have rated the rooms and location as 5 star as I was worried that putting zero stars would drag the average scores down. Although we did not stay there our extensive research suggests it is a very pleasant part of Dakar in which to stay, near the UN building, and more relaxed than being in the centre - yes, you need a taxi to get to the centre of the city, but this is probably worth it for a nicer location in which to stay. The rooms also look very good - I feel confident, given our detailed research providing 5 stars for the rooms]

I travel for business and feel very welcome and at home at L’Adresse. Location is great, roof top terrace is lovely. My favorite cocktail is the Cactus ( mango , ginger , tequila ) the staff is amazing. Samba Sal at front desk, Doudou at front desk. ( very professional and helped me with transportation to meetings ) Yvette from housekeeping , Robert from bar and another young man at bar who let me work before roof top was open and brought me peanuts ( forgot his name ). It is my second stay at this hotel and I hope to return

The hotel is well situated within the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is great but language seems to be a barrier….Absolutely no problems if you French speaking

My wife and I stayed at L’Adresse in December 2021 and it was a splendid stay. The room was very spacious (superior room) and very clean & tidy. The hotel kindly helped us pre-book our airport taxis and were always helpful whenever we had any questions or issues. In particular Germaine and Laure were fantastic. They gave us excellent recommendations in the area and made our stay feel very welcoming.

I had a very comfortable stay at L'Adresse. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well furnished and the housekeeping staff are very attentive. Patrick and the other staff at the front desk were very helpful with various queries and requests. It is the second time that I spend a few days in this hotel and the experience was very good. The staff is always available, and very help full when you need something. The rooms are very clean and modern, and kept in good conditions. The localization is a must, locates in the Almadies area were planty of restaurants are available. At the Hotel the menu is made to match all the different customers, European and local dishes well cooked. The room service is effective and we do not have to wait to much time to get our meal. A friendly environment were a mixt of family ambiance and modern deco offer a wonderful experience. And the AC is quiet.... even when turn on.

When we came in first day the AC was not working. The staff Mohammed shifted us to an a suit room and charged us for the same old room rate. He was very soft spoken and humble. Patric at reception Is also very welcoming and attended to our requirements and is a very soft spoken person and gentleman. Always available when required. However the staff at the restaurant was very rude. At 10.02 am they say kitchen is closed at 10.00 and when we were taking food from the table the staff was clearing the table. I personally found it very humiliating.

I enjoyed the ambience, light, décor, architecture and hospitable staff from all departments, particularly staff on the Reception desk. My room was light, airy and very pleasant to stay in. The spacious Junior Suite I upgraded to has a beautiful bathroom with a huge bath and a separate shower room.

We stayed in hotel for 14 days for business purpose. Rooms were nice, food was nice. Staff on reception was nice. It is not related to hotel but the road to arrive hotel is not good for sedan cars

The staff at L’adresse were incredible. Some of the kindest, most personable people I’ve ever met. Patrick at the front desk was helpful at every stage. The restarting staff always had a smile and made you feel like you were at home. Haha went above and beyond! And if you stay here, check out the rooftop bar and make sure you have their signature drink “The Cactus”

The hotel was fabulous/gorgeous along with all staff members especially Patrick at front desk. He went above and beyond to make every aspect of my stay enjoyable. I was given an upgraded room that was beyond spectacular. I just loved it all. The shower was nice and hot and water flow was amazing. I didn’t want to leave the shower. The bed was super comfortable as well. The hotel is close to ATM and currency exchange and also grocery stores and lots of restaurants and beaches. Perfect location. All the staff was super accommodating, kind and helpful. The roof top bar was fabulous as well. And they have a happy hour each night. The drinks were amazing. Bartender was fabulous as well. The whole entire team at the hotel is there at your disposal for anything you need. My next time in Senegal I will stay here again. This is the hotel to stay at in Senegal!

I stayed here during an on-site training and everything was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room we used on the rooftop was well lit with a good sound system, and my room was comfortable. I would definitely stay again when I'm in Dakar.

I had a really wonderful stay here. The staff were excellent!! Even though I spoke broken French, I was lucky because they spoke English beautifully and were really kind about helping me. I was travelling with my young son and was a bit apprehensive but they gave us a lovely Senegalese welcome. I would stay here again! I also want to comment that not only was the reception fantastic but the other hospitality staff as well including the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping. My room was always clean and everyone was really accommodating.

Great hotel in Almadies area of Dakar. Conveniently located close to many bars and restaurants. The rooms are very clean with modern amenities. The staff is great and were very attentive and helpful. It is my second time staying here and will definitely rebook when I visit Dakar agin.

The staff are very receptive and always ready to assist, accommodation was excellent .Breakfast which was what we opted for was good and they location wherever the hotel is situated makes it seem likely a home away from home. Generally speaking I loved it and enjoyed my stay at hotel ladresse.

Had a lovely time at the hotel. Hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful, from the receptionist who loaned me a phone charger because I didn't have a travel adapter to other staff who were generally helpful. Food at the hotel was amazing too and a very good portion. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish there was a 10 star option. This hotel is fabulous! The staff are so friendly and bend over backwards to ensure guests are happy. The restaurant has a top notch chef and the food is amazing. Rooms are a nice size with all the amenities. I will stay at this hotel again for sure.

Stayed here for a week, and had an excellent stay. Service is excellent, the staff who work here are kind and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop bar, and the hotels location is great. Quiet residential area but close to main street in Almadies and walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy and beach-side restaurants. The main downside was that breakfast is limited and there is so little variety, and there was a bit of an issue with the hot water in the shower, but I would definitely come back here.

I had an absolute wonderful stay here. The staff were super friendly, accommodating, helpful and kind. With the largest and cleanest rooms, I have never felt more comfortable. It is in a safe neighborhood in Dakar and close to many shops and restaurants.

I stayed at L'addresse Hotel in October 2023. It was a wonderful experience. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. It was a lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Special recognition to the most friendly and helpful receptionist Khoudia. Very supportive and courteously offered help whenever we needed throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for travellers be it family or business. I can't wait to be back for a longer visit in the future. Keep up the good work Kelvin
